I don't need it any more, but I wanted to report that the vector version of this stock image is the wrong file, from the same artist—this one. The JPG version is correct.

I don't have an email address for customer support, but I found threads where it mentioned I should contact them. I'm working on a project that requires downloading dozens of vector art files, and converting them into stroke editable icons. Sometimes I find good starting points that are already editable stroke, and I'm more likely to download those, because this saves a lot of time. I'm finding that some creators don't understand what "stroke editable" means, and have posted outlined strokes while listing them as "editable stroke". Technical issues should be easy to report because a lot of creators don't understand key production principles and end up misrepresenting specifications in this way. Example: 605466676 is a vector file, described as "editable stroke". Dear Adobe Stock customer services I’m a long time user/purchaser of your stock images - great choice, easy to use site but most importantly high quality images. However I’ve been really disappointed with my recent experience. I’m working for a small business start up & decided to use a selection of ‘roomscapes’ to illustrate their working practice  it was really important to get the right atmosphere as well as suitable colourway & content. To this end we shortlisted one of your images 543990190 for use on the client’s website, ads, business cards & flyers. This image was selected as one of 5 to appear on business cards & flyers & this went to print. The lamps stick together and many edges are wavy.Such poor quality is unacceptable.

Estou a tentar licenciar um dos videos aqui da Adobe Stock. E quando vou a tentar pagar aparece-me sempre a seguinte mensagem: "Lamentamos, ocorreu um erro de sistema. Well it took me ten minutes to figure out how to even create this post.I'm trying to change my password but it's saying "not include your name or email address."Obviously I'm not doing this. I did not purchase the Adobe Stock program, but it was purchased and a fee was charged. I canceled it, but I saw a statement saying that I would be charged. I would like your support for this.

Modifying the search string is a great idea. I predict that eventually the Supreme Court and copyright law will severely reduce AI imagery licensing, at least here in the US. Models never approved their usage in composites, and Adobe and Getty (who is even more aggregious) are scrubbing the internet for images without express permission. As a professional photographer its extremely disturbing.

i want my organization to switch to only using adobe stock instead of another stock service that we currently use.  but with the other service i can send a 'preview link' to someone who doesn't have an account. they can look through the catalog of images available for our account and send me the images they want to download.  is there a way in adobe stock to do this?

Perhaps it's the image metadata describing the image or video or something else, but I've noticed some strange results. I wanted to find some contrasting stature images of people by entering the words: 'tall man, short woman', or visa versa. A significant portion of the results have nothing to do with those words. What I have seen are many images of woman mostly, showing their middle finger 'flipping the bird', and in some strange positions. I don't know, does the search algorithm take those keys words as 'offensive', meaning the woman is short compared to a man, and the output should be '-f- you?'

Hello Adobe, I got a year long subscription for my birthday for your creative plan (student) and have been using your apps since may. My dad recently notified me that there have been extra charges and I was very confused - struggling to see what exactly they were (my computer is very old and your creative cloud wasn't really working on it).
