Hello, my illustrations have been on validation for over two months now, will they be validated or just left hanging there forever, I was wondering if this is a normal situation or if I did something wrong, and if this is a normal situation what did you do?Thanks.
Hello,I want to upload Generative ai images. but i have read out many messages where peoples account got banned due to copyright issues in generative ai images. what types of things i need to keep in my mind when it comes to generative ai content?
Hello, I would like to understand the requirements for the photo submissions. I have uploaded two photos: one was accepted, while the other was rejected due to "quality issues." Both photos were taken with the same phone, using the same settings, and on the same day. Could you please clarify what is wrong with the second photo? Thank you! Accepted: Rejected:
Someone can explain me why this picture was rejected please? Thanks a lot!
The atached images did not meet quality standards, however I am not sure which standards are not satisified. Are the images noisy, soft etc. The quality standard is not specific and any help identifing the issues is appreciated and will avoid making same mistakes in future submissions.
Hi everyone, have the upload limits changed? Are the limits weekly?I’m seeing the following message even though I haven’t submitted anything yet this week:"You either have too many items waiting for review or you've reached your weekly submission limit. You'll be able to submit more once the pending items are reviewed or your limit is reset. Thanks for your patience."Thanks and take care!
Dear,AI images are rejected a lot. The question is, if an account has a high amount of rejections, do you ban the account? Or do you have any rules in this regard?
As a contributor on Adobe stock, I noticed an update on submission limit in adobe stock recently. I see this attached file. Now may I know what is the weekly limit in adobe stock? Thank you.
Hey, I recently started stock photography using AI-generated images.I currently have around 600 images in my portfolio. I’d really appreciate it if you could review my profile and let me know if there's anything I should improve or change. Here's my portfolio:https://stock.adobe.com/ma/contributor/212701732/Bindern
I would like to hear the detailed reason why this image was rejected...
Like in past years, I got an email to opt in or renew stock content that could be added to the Adobe Stock free collection. But this year, there are 2 options: One year term and Perpetual term. I noticed that I could check an asset for BOTH one-year and perpetual. I thought they are mutually exclusive--either the asset accepted into free collection on a one-year term ($4 per asset) OR indefinitely ($10 per asset). How is it possible that I'm allowed to nominate assets for both at the same time? Can someone please help explain the difference between the two?
I checked into my Dashboard just now and found I have assets eligible for Adobe's Free Collection. This is my first experience with this. I am a bit confused, and I do not know if this is something that contributors usually pursue or participate in. The image I get from reading descriptions about this is as follows, and I am wondering if my understanding is correct. If nominated assets are chosen, ...1) contributors will receive a one time payment of $4 per asset for the Annual Free Collection, and2) contributors will receive a one time payment of $10 per asset for the Perpetual Free Collection So, does above mean that assets, if chosen, will no longer generate any other sales outside of the one time payment received for being selected for the above Free Collections? Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
I used to upload my images and wait for around 20 days, after which a whole batch would be reviewed all at once. However, recently, I’ve noticed that the review speed has become extremely slow only one or two images are reviewed per day Even more frustrating is that nearly all my images are being rejected due to too similar reasons, even though each image is truly unique, with clear differences in concept, composition, and colors. All of my content is ai generated, but the assets are not duplicates. I’d appreciate clarification on whether my account is subject to any limitations or if I should change my submission strategy to avoid this issue
Hello, I have spent a few days trying to resolve it via help desk chat. No help from them at all.Very confusing situation : I legally purchased photos and now I don`t have my old license history to prove it. I purchased a photo in 2017 from Fotolia.com. I didn’t know that Fotolia was merged with Adobe. So, I didn’t synchronize my account. Now I have got a legal issue: the author of this photo wants to make a lawsuit with me.I can’t enter my old account in Fotolia to download license and there is no old history in my new account on Adobe. I registered again in Adobe using the same email as I used in Fotolia. How can I prove that I really purchased this photo? What I have now is a photo itself with a Fotolia number on it. I have a letter from Fotolia giving me a link to download. My bank doesn’t keep the history older than 5 years. However, I have a letter from Fotolia that suggests I have paid for photos. How can I get the license history for it?Never thought I wou
Hi! I have a question about prices for authors. as far as I know, the lowest price should be 0.33 cents, but today my images were bought for 0.29 cents. Why such a price??? Maybe I don't know something
2 Days i upload batch of 51 images all are rejected due similar content already in our collection is this consider spam can this issue suspended our account....expert can guide us
I got one exact similar image (a violet headphone with pink background) accept while the remaining ,attached blow, are rejected based on quality issues, Need experts opinion on what is the main issue and what things should i keep in mind before submitting Ai generated images?
If I create a vector design using a paid AI tool, then manually recreate it exactly or with some modifications and upload it, do I need to mark it with the 'AI' tag?
I find it implausibe to believe--and I was very descriptive and I used accurate keywords when I uploaded it--that there are many images on Adobe Stock similar to my photograph that I submitted this month of sea pink wildflowers on a cliff with the Atlantic in the background, having had to squat down and crawl to the edge of a cliff in a not-so-well traveled part of Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland. But the pic was denied because there is "similar content in our collection." Keep in mind, Ireland is not known for its sunny days. After playing around with search options on the Adobe Stock, I found one photograph--just one--that was slightly similar to mine. By the way, there are other stock photo services out there. Is this a case of AI running amok on Adobe? My level of asset refusals have skyrocketed in the last month, and after doing some research here, I'm not alone. If I am doing something wrong, what is it?
I'm trying to upload a zip file containing (EPS/AI and JPEG), but when uploading, I'm facing errors. Please, somebody help me. Thank you.
Hello everyone! I'm a new adobe stock contributor. I uploaded 2 footage and it's already approved by adobe. I'm just confused because when i click "my porfolio" or public profile, it seems that my portfolio is not appear in the search engine (I attached a screenshot for the details). Is anyone knows why and how to fix this problem?
Hello,I have uploaded several AI-generated PNG illustration files created using Adobe Illustrator. While uploading, I selected the “Illustration” category and also enabled the “Generative AI” tag. However, after approval, these files are being placed under the “Photo” category instead of “Illustration.”All files are vector-based and exported as PNGs with transparent backgrounds. I believe this misclassification may impact their visibility and relevance to potential buyers. Please look into this issue and let me know how I can ensure that my AI-generated illustrations are correctly categorized as “Illustration.”Thank you for your support!Best regards,Emon
Hello all,These pictures are rejected, can you please let me know the reasons
Hello everyone, All my photos were rejected due to quality issues, like there is too much filtering, noise, soft focus and problems with exposure. I would really like some constructive criticism. I was going for a softer look in these photos.
I have many files in review, now I want to modify them a bit more. I want to delete them, modify them a bit and upload them again. Will there be any problem? Please help with the correct information. [Moderator cured HTML formatting errors.]
