Hello, I requested a payout of $80 on May 10. I understand that payments usually take around 7–10 business days, but this time the waiting period has exceeded the normal timeframe and the payment is still showing as "Pending" until now.My sister requested a payout on the same day and received her payment normally after 6 days, so I am worried that there may be an issue with my payout specifically.I contacted support on Saturday but have not received any response yet. I am also concerned because while this payout is still pending, I cannot request another withdrawal.Has anyone experienced something similar before?

Can I use my own still images that have performed well in the past, generate short AI-animated video clips from them, and then submit those videos for sale on Adobe Stock?

 I previously posted some photos and now I want to delete them. They no longer align with the type of content I currently provide, and might cause a drop in sales due to the reach and distribution algorithms.

Hello everyone,I am an experienced Adobe Stock contributor (portfolio of ~7,900 assets) with a clean compliance history.Recently, all my new batches of non-AI, manually created Jigsaw-Sudoku puzzles have been completely rejected for "Quality Problems" issues (e.g., File ID: 2036527278).These assets are high-resolution digital graphics (PNG format), perfectly sharp, with no noise or compression artifacts. They are unique vector-generated grids, not automated duplicates. I suspect this might be an automated filter glitch or a keyword misinterpretation.Additionally, my public portfolio count suddenly dropped from 7,900 to 7,899 without any notification.I have attached an example of the rejected file below. Has anyone faced similar mass rejections for vector/graphic puzzles lately? I am a 5+ year Adobe Stock contributor from Bangladesh with 57,000 assets. My account was blocked on March 31, 2026 — 60 days ago. I have one active case: 00512234. (Previous cases 00488551 and 00505905 are now consolidated under this single case.) Adobe Care responded on Twitter twice promising follow-up. I submitted through the official helpx portal with full payment proof from Adobe Canada Services Corporation. Still no resolution.Adobe Stock is my sole income. I support my mother in Bangladesh. Can someone please tell me how to make something different than 2 million images on Adobe?I work with my own prompts; I don’t use anyone else's images, and I am tired of spending 2 hours on each picture only to have it rejected because there are similar images. There are over 2 million! let the buyers decide which they want and which artist they want to work with! How can you make anything different>I made red bands, worked 2 hours , made sure kitchen was different.I checked to make sure there were different pieces and movement. Let the buyers decide. I worked too hard on these! 2 million pictures, it is not possible to make a different AI that will sell. My psychodilic butterfly got accepted, but it will never sell. I am upset! The kitchen is the one I am most upset about. And there were no quality issues because I ran them through an AI generator to find mistakes.

All I am asking for is a simple declaration defining my income for 2025, which I need for the german tax office.I dont find any valid information, where to get it. I just want to know the specific reason why my designs not accepted i made it by self on paper with pen then comvert it digital using canva  . I am seriously pursuing it to upload atleast minimum 5 designs on adobe on daily basis. Tell me exact reason so that I can make changes. I didn't use AI at all to create designs but use Gemini for tittle and keywords.Please tell me exact reason so that I can understand and make changes.

Hello Adobe Forum Moderators and Staff,I urgently need your help regarding a severe technical glitch/loop on my Stock Contributor dashboard. Here is exactly what happened:1. I recently requested a category correction from "Photos" to "Illustrations" for my approved assets. 2. Following my request, Adobe support moved around 324 of my previously approved files back to the "Reminder" tab so I could resubmit them correctly.3. I began resubmitting them one by one, but after just a few files, the automatic system triggered a safety block, stating that my submission access is temporarily paused due to maximum limits.4. Right now, my "In-Review" / pending section is completely empty with ZERO (0) files, but my "Submit" and "Upload" buttons are completely frozen and grayed out. Because of this system loop, I am totally blocked from recovering my 6 months of hard work or uploading new content, which is severely impacting my contributor rank and monthly sales. Could an official moderator please

 I’ve been uploading AI-generated videos to stock sites for over a year; the acceptance rate used to be around 60%. Now it’s almost 0%. The moderator says the issue is with the quality. What has changed? Where can I see the specific problem?

I want to create a second account and sell my AI creations on that account. Is this possible?

Over the past two to three weeks, many of my assets have been rejected, and I would sincerely appreciate understanding the reasons behind these rejections so I can improve the quality of my future submissions.I have already tried several improvements, including changing the video generation models and experimenting with different image generation tools and workflows. Sorry for my english, I’m italian, I’ve been publishing my photos in adobe stock since 2019 and I have about 900 photos in my portfolio, but the last 10 pictures have been rejected due to quality issues. My style is always the same, as the subjects, so I wonder why, it happened only a few times and now apparently they reject all the pictures.Thanks for the help!Cecilia 

Hello everyone,I joined Adobe Stock Contributor about two months ago and I mainly upload motion graphics / animation videos. So far, I have received 8 downloads in total, but 5 of those downloads came from the same asset.  Because I am still new to the platform, I am a little concerned and confused about whether this is normal customer behavior or if it could be considered suspicious activity or fake downloads. I have never tried to manipulate downloads or violate any rules.I want to know the best and fastest way to contact Adobe support for contributor-related issues. Should I use live chat, email, contributor support form, or another method?

One of my clients sent me stock footage from Shutterstock that was AI generated in Adobe Firefly, as they are cross selling the same footage on both platforms in violation of Shutterstock’s policy. The footage itself is terrible quality with doubled frames every couple frames as if they added a pulldown from 24p to 30p. I am sick and tired of having to deal with this poor quality stock by hack users, as I had to output an image sequence just so I could remove the random double frames. I have reported the user on Shutterstock and I’m reporting them here too:Shutterstock account with Firefly generated footageSame profile on Adobe Stock:The saddest thing is knowing how much of other users (and my own) 3D work has been absorbed by these generators who just spit out slop based on 30 years of dedication and discipline honing a real craft. I wish corporations were more ashamed of their absolute piracy.
