Hello everyone, I need some help!​Many of my original handmade icons and unique AI surreal artworks were rejected on Adobe Stock for 'Similar Content.'​I am confident they are unique, as I've used distinct titles and keywords for every single file. It seems like the automated system is flagging them incorrectly. I have many other images that were also rejected for the same reason. ​Has anyone faced this? How can I get a manual review or fix this issue? Any advice would be a huge help!"

Adobe stock didn't accept my this EPS File... Any reason? 

I can't click the buttons inside the banner for free collection nomination (2026). I followed the steps to enable pop-ups, but nothing works so far. Anybody else is experiencing the similar situations? Any leads will be highly appreciated!

I am an Adobe Stock video contributor and currently experiencing the weekly submission limit restriction. Because of this, I am temporarily unable to submit my prepared videos for review.At the moment, I continue uploading my content as drafts and carefully preparing titles, descriptions, and keywords in advance so they are ready once my quota becomes available again.I would appreciate if you could kindly provide more information about:how the weekly submission limits work,which factors affect contributor quotas,and whether there is a way to increase my current submission limit over time. 

Hello Adobe Team, I found a third-party site “AdobeTrack” claiming to track Adobe Stock contributor downloads and analytics. Is this allowed under Adobe policies since no official contributor API exists? Please clarify if this is safe or violates terms.

Hi everyone,I am an Adobe Stock contributor. I have heard from many people that if you use the Drop Shadow effect in an Adobe Illustrator file, Adobe Stock may reject the submission, and that Drop Shadow effects should not be used in stock files.Is this actually true? I am feeling quite confused about this and would really appreciate some clarification from experienced contributors.Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

my image looks beautifull in my opinion and is quite original nobody else photographed this train i also have one more that looks nice but got rejected for the same reason i also have one that got rejected for ip infringment but it clearly features a generic pharmacy sign (also the pharmacy was closed down when i took the photo) cna somebody explain if this is a fluke or what is wrong with my images (i understand there is a small mistake in the photo with a finger i belive being visible due to  a reflection i think but is that the whole reason?)

Over the last nearly three weeks, I have followed up three times via email providing definitive, concrete proof that 100% of my content is original—including screenshots of my Adobe Premiere Pro editing timelines, raw camera/D-Log video file structures, and metadata. I submitted my appeal through the official Contact Us form and received case number 00503355. I also sent a polite follow-up in the same email thread after waiting more than two weeks.At the moment, I have not received any additional updates regarding the review status. I would simply like to know whether this waiting period is considered normal for contributor account investigations and whether there are any further steps I should take while waiting.Thank you for any guidance.

not sharp enough in the corners? can I crop and resubmit? 

I’m new to stock photos, and after uploading my first batch of landscape photos I’m struggling to find out why some of them got rejected. I’ve attached one example of a photo rejected due to quality issues. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance :)  

I haven’t uploaded photos for a while, and when I recently started uploading again, I noticed that the approval rate for my cutout PNG images has becomes much lower, even though they used to be approved very easily. Have there been any new rules changes? Also, is it better for PNGs to have a slight shadow now, or no shadow at all?

If my images contain close up shots of hands, do they require a Model Release?

The Artist Name Confusion: Adobe also flagged "use of another artist’s name." However, I have thoroughly checked my artwork, titles, and file properties—there are absolutely no artist names, trademarks, or brand names present.  

Can I submit a content created via Adobe firefly and submit the image/illustration in Adobe Stock . Will it be accepted 

Hello,I read that we're not allowed to use recognizable people in Illustrative/editorial content, but I’m not 100% clear. Does the rule only apply to models? Or would it also apply to a mural?Sorry if this is a dumb question; sometimes I overthink things.Thank you

At that time, I did not fully understand that this type of content violated Adobe Stock policies. I now clearly understand my mistake and already admitted it in my appeals.However, I am disappointed because I have already submitted two appeals regarding my blocked account, but I still have not received any meaningful update from Contributor Support.Today is May 14, and it has already been around one and a half months since my account was blocked. I worked on a Native American reservation for 8 years and for a few July 4th celebrations while I was there  the public was invited to attend. I took some nice photos of the participants while they were dancing. I am under the impression that images of people in a public outing or festival do not need model releases. What are the rules with Adobe Stock? Thank you.

Hi,I would like to purchase two images at a higher resolution and I would like to know if this is possible. I tried to call today but the line quality was terrible. Has anyone been able to source imagery at say 50MB in size?

I submitted some of my custom paintings of some cabins in the woods. They were rejected saying I need a property release form? How can I get a property release form if they are custom paintings?
