i had a year plan and it started 19 nov 2023 and now one year later i want to cancel it but it says if i cancel it to early i have to pay them 2100 swedish krones what is the problem???

Hello, Please help. I  uploaded my 30 images in several batches. after got reviewed I tried to find my images and didnt find any of my images.I asked gpt there's a chance library indexing or something. as I waited and uploaded a few  more images. and the new images approved. I can't find any of those images in search with my keywords.And I realized, when I clicked my Image Number ID, I can't even open the image informations.or is there some steps after the image approved? but I dont find any steps needed as I researched.

Finally accepted the trial after being a seller on Adobe Stock - after accepting the trial i've lost all access to my pictures and albums in Lightroom.     Is there a way to merge this trial with my old account?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello, I'm interested in the rules for AI videos. I read the instructions on the website, but I don't understand them. It says that videos shouldn't be upscaled to a higher resolution, but I see that contributors mostly work in 4K. So, I'm curious about your expert opinion: is it better to upscale a video from HD to 4K or leave it in HD?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hey guys, could you please help me find out why these PNG files were rejected? Nearly 75 files were rejected, but I'll attach some of them here. They are made with AI and of course, all of them were checked as AI.Adobe mentions this reason: Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering, or artifacts/noise.Thank you!

Adobe Stock rejected my images for a few reasons: "Undeclared Generative AI Content." MY ARTWORK WAS NOT GENERATED BY AI!!! Another reason being: "Non compliant use of another artist’s name"when clearly my artist name is my middle name unless someone is stealing my work. How can I fix this?My artworks are imagined digital paintings that I PAINTED in Procreate.

Why are most of my AI-generated images being rejected, while some top AI contributors, despite submitting excessive similar assets, low-resolution images, and easily noticeable errors, are still accepted?

Hello!Two months ago, I started uploading AI-generated photos to Adobe Stock. During this time, I submitted 48 photos, and almost all of them were accepted by the moderators, except for one (due to an Intellectual Property Issue). This success greatly motivated me to continue.I was even more motivated when I unexpectedly had my first sale - approximately a month after I started. At that time, I only had around 30 photos in my portfolio. Since then, that same photo has sold two more times, and another photo has also sold once.However, things unexpectedly changed a week ago. I submitted two new photos, and the next day, both were rejected due to quality issues. While I understood that not all photos could be accepted, I continued working and soon submitted four more photos. I would like to note that I do not submit multiple photos at once; instead, I upload each photo individually, spacing them out at different times to ensure I carefully review each submission including titles and keywo

Hi Adobe Team, I need your assistance in re-evaluating why my high-resolution and best-quality pictures are being rejected, even though one was accepted before. Both AI-generated and camera pictures are of similar resolution and quality. Please let me know if there are specific criteria I need to be aware of or any adjustments I should make.

I now have assets that have been in a review status for over 3 months.  These are not AI images.  I really don't believe the line about "first come, first reviewed" as I had several assets that I uploaded at the same time that were reviewed within a couple weeks (i.e. a couple months ago).  If it's really first in first out for reviews, all of these assets ahould have been reviewed at about the same time.   Either the review times have continued to get worse or there is a glitch in the algorithm used to determine the order of assts that need reviewing.  Any ideas ?    

For a rectangular image of a Marble  What do you think people will use it for? As an image for web sites or do you think it could be use to print (on paper sheet etc...)? Do you think that if there are 2 images on Adobe:3200 x 1500 pixels and 6400 x 3000 pixels People will prefer the second one (6400 x 3000) for a marble image or it is indifferent ? Thank you for your opinion.

Some time ago, my account was blocked and then reactivated, but after it was reopened, the number of downloads was not as high as before and kept decreasing over time.
