Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Adobe, hier meine Gründe: Es werden ohne Angabe von Gründen, meine hochgeladenen Bilder abgelehnt.Keine Ahnung warum, es sind gute Fotos, 20MP und in sehr guter Qualität (Screenshot). Zitat ADOBE:Vielen Dank, dass du dein Bild eingereicht hast. Hallo Ihr Lieben,habe es mal mit animierten Bildern versucht und 2 MP4 Dateien hochgeladen. Die wurden auch angenommen. Allerdings erscheint auf einer Seite, wenn man das Video anklickt "Page not found" und beim 2. Bild nur der Titel zum Bild aber kein Bild bzw. Video. Ist das ein Einstellungsfehler von mir oder Adobe oder woran kann das liegen. Habe einen neuen Mac. hello! im a bit new to stock photage, and was curious if anyone knows why these got rejected due to copyright disclaimers?It is my own photoage with no audio, and I had a couple of other files (just in a different direction) that was approved, and i honestly cant tell why those got accepted and these didnt

I uploaded only EPS format, so the search filter does not work for "illustrations", only as a vector, although the site automatically generates JPG/PNG, which narrows the range of users who can find both the "illustration" and "vectors" filters.There is no point in automatically generating a JPG if it is not found in the search for "illustrations".

I'm receiving daily earnings report emails to an email address that currently does not have an active subscription or any assets on that account. I can search for the photography page as a "customer" on adobe stock and clearly see all my old photos but for some reason, I do not see any of the earnings or assets on the admin side of the page when I'm logged into that account.  I've reached out to Adobe multiple times with their customer services agents not able to ever transfer me to the right person eventually leading me to the last person who says there is no phone customer service support for adobe stock contributors, only an email address. I've received no responses from that email address since sending emails to them.

Help...it seems like Adobe stopped reviewing my work all of a sudden. I have only 56 images in my portfolio. I have been up loading 7-10 per day with low rejection rate. I have made 3 sales since joining last month which is great! I have both AI and non AI with 95 images sitting waiting for review. It's been 14 days since any reviews. It is hard to build a portfolio at this rate....

I have a serial of photograhies waiting agreement or not since 4 monthes , and it is indicated 1 year Each time i write to adobe the answer is allway the same : 8 week needed!!!!

Lately I have had many rejections. Some of them I can see the “quality issues” reason, but with other illustrations not at all. What I overlooked? . I need to know it before I send more works.There are all AI based (and edited in Photoshop, obviously).Thank you for your help.

I know that no one knows about Adobe Stock's algorithm. But I have some guesses. I request that our community experts add something and correct me if I am wrong.I believe that when a new contributor uploads an image to his portfolio, Adobe Stock's algorithm shows that image to some people. And if it gets some sales, Adobe Stock continues showing it to others, but for a limited time so as to give chance to the other assets of different contributors. And if the image doesn't go well, Adobe Stock just limits the visibility of that asset for a limited time. Actually, I believe that because, as I remember, I read one of the community experts say that he had an image in his portfolio for three years and it didn't go well, but after that much time, it started having sales again. I think he was  @Jill_C. Bonus Question. What's the maximum number of downloads you've received for a single image so far?Mine: 78( Am a newbie) 😊

"750 standard assets a month US $ 199 99 /mo (US$0.26/standard asset)" I focused on this type of subscription and made 2 calculations. If the minimum for a contributor is never below $0.30 and that subscription allows the buyer to purchase a photo for just $0.21 per image Adobe collects $0.26 and pays me $0.30. Does it make a loss? Thank you.

Adobe is pathetic why i am saying that because they don't any feelings towards the hardwork of arts and artists blocking anyone's without mentioning any reason is something not understandable  . 2ndly they don't reply on support email Try whatever you want  .Before blocking or deactivating an account a proir notice should be given bu they don't. .If an asset is suspicious then don't accept it blocking an account on the time of withdrawal is the most disgusting thing they are doing    [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

When you send a vector image Adobe also makes it available in jpeg format. If you buy the vector format you don't need to know how many px the image is made up of. But if a buyer chooses the jpeg format because he is not interested in the vector I'm wondering:what logic does Adobe use to establish how many pixels to create the jpeg image to deliver to the buyer? Will Adobe generate it from vector by enlarging it by how much? How many Px? How many DPI (72? 96? 300?... the customer may want to print it). Is there a calculation that allows me to know for each image I send how the jpeg (or transparent png) will be distributed to those who purchase it in terms of px dimensions? Thank you.

 Hello. My account has been blocked since February 17, 2024. I was never told the reasons. And the funds withdrawn several days before this date never arrived on PayPal. How can I find out the reasons for blocking and how to get my account back?

I have many different photos. but some photos show the model's face. but these photos are my own. Some models do not want to fill out documents that confirm my copyright. they are busy filming, photo shoots, etc. There are very much photos. and each of photo to check to copyright is imposible. Hi everyone,I started posting a few days ago and am just trying to gauge the types of photos that are acceptable and why. They were all accepted on Shutterstock but only some on Adobe Stock. They have been accepted on Getty too. I did very light edits in Lightroom. I have two main questions, I suppose. 1. Composition. Most of our photography so far is at Nigerian food markets. I know food is high competition but there are some unique foods to be found that people might find interesting. What is any advice you have for photographing food and how do I use keywords to be noticed? Also, struggling with how to get tall trees in a shot as well. Or should I just focus on texture and not worry about cutting bits out?  2. Will photography as niche as this ever get noticed? Should I just stick to the trending lists? Other than that, please feel free to critique and more importantly, suggest advice. Thanks so much.
