Stock Contributors

I have committed no crime. Some suspicious files were sold to my account.I informed your team but then seven days afterI paid out my account was blocked.I am not with any offense. 

Any word or recent discussion regarding the "Feature request" for the basic ability to set the thumbnail for submitted videos?  From what I am reading here, this issue has been going on since 2016. This request being ignored makes me wonder just how serious Adobe is about selling video.   This five-second spec is not reasonable and is certainly costing us all sales,  You can't possibly expect buyers to watch every single clip to get to the best part of the content.  This is a huge disservice to ALL parties concerned.  C'mon folks it's almost 2024.  Either give us some control over how our content is displayed or give us a workaround, such as putting a 5-second jpeg at the beginning of each clip.  (Which is considerably more work for us.) Imagine the chaos YouTube would be in if content creators were not allowed to choose the thumbnail for their videos. Can anyone comment on this portrayal of AI? Reason for rejection: poor quality, whatever that means?

İlkini usulsüz satışlar nedeniyle engellediklerini söylediler. İkinci kez, aynı gün içinde 100 satış olduğunda, hesap tekrar devre dışı bırakıldı. İyi, ama neden. Pues esa fundamentalmente es la pregunta: estoy creando una sesión de AI con imágenes de cámaras fotográficas y veo que aparecen letras en los objetivos y en los cuerpo de cámaras. Como sabéis no es legible y no se puede leer ninguna marca en especial. Mi pregunta es ¿Adobe me va a rechazar esas imágenes tal y como están? ¿Tengo que retocarlas y quitar todas las letras? Hello Adobe Stock Contributors Community,I've encountered an issue where the images I've uploaded to Adobe Stock are not visible when searched within the platform. I've attempted to locate them using the Image ID, but I'm greeted with a "page not found" message. This issue persists even when I try to view the original image from my Behance profile, where I get the same error. Strangely, I've noticed that there have been three sales of these images.Could someone please guide me on why this might be happening? Is there a typical delay in visibility, or could this indicate a problem with my account or the way I'm uploading the images?Any assistance or insight into this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It's been 3 months since my Generative AI content was sent, but until now none of it has been reviewed, I have also sent an official email so that my content can be reviewed, but until now none of my emails have been answered. 

The option for payment activation is not appearing on my account, even though my payment has reached 30 dollars

Hi. Is it allowed to resubmit AI images that have been rejected due to quality issues after the problems have been fixed? Or is the image "dead"? Do I have to rename the file? I have had many rejected, but have since found some causes.Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a rejection with "we don't need that, thanks". I don't want to re-upload images that were rejected because they were unusable, even though it said "quality problem". Thanks for help

I've uploaded more than 51 photos and just 5 of them AI generated waiting for more than a month in review... Can anyone help?

Hi guys just recently i changed my paypal email address however i forgot to verify my KYC which is needed for paypal in India.My paypal got verified after adobe sent a payment and naturally i did not get my payment, i tried contacting adobe through their customersupport no response. What happens to my payment will paypal refund adobe and will adobe refund it back to my account?? what would be the time frame then??My anxiety is killing me:))))

I am quite new as contributor. I uploaded 50 images, illustrations and photos and most of them are accepted. But for a series (18 illustrations) none of them are accepted. Unfortunately I saw later that I uploaded them as Photos, not Illustrations by mistake. Now the rejection cause is quality issues but maybe my mistake is the reason?I uploaded some of them. I respectfully address the gentlemen of Adobe (review), the reason for my query are the repeated points:- I am not doing my work with artificial intelligence (AI).- The titles, graphics and vectors are my own work and authorship.- The graphics do not seek to offend anyone, much less name any well-known character.

All of a sudden Adobe is not accepting any of my images  I already spent quite a bit of time cleaning these up.  What does Adobe want?   Adobe does not tell me what they are seeing so I can't fix the issue.  The first is a statue it is not supposed to be perfect.   UGH I wish they told me something more than "quality issue"

I have 12 illustrations been rejected due to quality issues some of them are 5120X7680 with more than 33mb in size, something is not correct i can say and unfortunately i can't upload them here now. that's so frustrating please fix that Adobe

Hello,  I've submitted over 40 illustrations, digital painting (without AI) and all of them were rejected due to quality issues, I don't understand the standard so much and it make me nah.  First of all, thank you to everyone here for helping improve the community and moving forward together, I appreciate it so much. I tried to search the discussion community and found that some of my pictures might be blurry. Noisy, poor quality, blah blah (Agreed) I think I'll always keep Adobe Stock's standards in mind and try to improve before submitting new artwork. I finished the new artwork, make it more quality painting, no noise effect or over color, anything that following the guideline of professional's bible in this site. And sure still got rejected...  So today I tried to find out in Adobe Stock what the quality of art should be. ADOBE STOCK ALREADY CONTRIBUTOR PROBLEM Hello, I hope someone will be kind enough to help me, I've been making requests for several times and no one helps me or seems to understand my problem. I am a Adobe Stock Contributer (Formeley FOTOLIA)  and I am unable to log in to my account. I have a photo portfolio for sale of over 300 photos on your site.I am unable to log into my account to, for example, fill the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) Withholding Tax.   I've been trying to log into my Adobe Stock (formerly Fotolia) contributor account for a long time. I still get the error message below (in red). I changed my password several times, nothing to do, still this error message. Yet I still receive emails about my sales.
