Buenas, Quería aprovechar que Adobe permite durante unos meses el pago por licencias con un mínimo de $1 para solicitar el que sería mi primer pago en la plataforma, pero tengo un problema y una duda:* al solicitar el pago vía Paypal e indicar mi dirección de correo, me devuelve un mensaje "Lo sentimos, no se ha podido completar el pago", sin más información. ¿Es un problema puntual de Adobe o puede haber algún problema por mi parte? Tengo mi domicilio fiscal en España y mi W-8BEN validado.* para mi contabilidad necesito emitir una factura, ¿cuales son los datos de facturación de Adobe Stock?, y ¿debo enviarla a alguna dirección, o basta con que yo la haya emitido y contabilizado?Gracias,

Hey, I've been submitting AI generated images since July, I have a bunch that I submitted close to a 100 days ago and theyre still in review. I have been a visitor to the forums regarding this topic since a while so I am well aware of the 2 month review time on average for AI images and I have had a few hundred assets approved during this time as well, to put it out there. Just wanted to know whether having assets in review for over a 100 days would be possible, since I was hoping to maintain an upload schedule, which is proving to be difficult with this coupled with the cap on the number of images you can submit. Thanks for any info! Sorry if this was annoying 🙂

Hi, guys. Trying to submit for the Mission Flags, but after uploading some 7-8 photos the submission button is not active. How should I proceed?? 

If you enlarge your AI images substantially, it's a good idea to check the image boarders. I don't think this would be cause for rejecting an image, but one never knows how picky a particular moderator might be.   In the example attached, note the light border that is created after upscaling a 1456x816 (72 dpi) AI image to 30" wide @ 300 dpi, which can easily be corrected with Content Aware Fill or a very slight crop. Then, after you've corrected that, look for more major issues one last time. 🙂

To me, there seems to be a lot of difference in these four images, now I would like to know from you whether these four images can be considered as a seminar if they are submitted to Adobe stock. Please see my pictures and help me to know the correct answer

It's more than two months since my account was blocked for the issue of "highly irregular sale" while I didn't have any illegal behavior. I replied to their e-mail 3 times with no answer from them till now.Who knows how long it takes to answer?

Buenos días.hace varias semanas intententé cobrar el importe acumulado de ganacias. Pero no pude. Simplemente apareció un mensaje que decía que no se había podido realizar la operación.Hoy he vuelto a probar, dos veces, y el resultado es el mismo. No se puede completar la operación. Entonces he intentado escribir un correo, pero Me dice: "Lo sentimos, se ha producido un error al enviar tu asunto. Mientras solucionamos este problema temporal, puedes publicar tu pregunta en el foro" Total, que si el pago no funciona, y adobe está "missing" lo llevo claro. A alguien mas le ha ocurrido esto ?  

Hello,I mostly use Luminar Neo as photo editing software. Most features are  AI driven (adding realistc shadows and light, sunrays, neon lines around an object is a new thing etc. ), Is this really use of AI and I have to check the AI box then (since the photo itself is not AI generated at all)? thanks for help

On September 22, I received a letter:"Your account was temporarily blocked after noting that you have submitted Generative Ai content that is not within our guidelines." The letter says that I may have violated one of the guidelines for submitting Generative Ai content, although I always try to work honestly, conscientiously, responsibly. I make sure that prompts don't use references to other copyrighted authors. I try to attribute each work carefully. Furthermore, I don't deny that I could have missed something somewhere, missed some extra word in the list of keywords, made a mistake in something. Hi,Just wondering if there is a way that the file name of the file I upload would populate as the title of the image on Adobe stock? This way I wouldn't have to rename the title to the file on each file.Example I'll upload file ABC1 and in the title on Adobe stock it will just say Untitled design - 1 instead of ABC1. Would be cool if the title just populated the actual file name of ABC 1.Thanks

Someone bought my photos with free accounts to get my account blocked. That's why they closed my account.
