Stock Contributors

Hello, I've submitted several vector illustrations that have been approved, I just got my first rejection yesterday and I'm having trouble understanding the reason. This is the reason given to me: "Your file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file." Now, I believe none of these actually apply to my submission so I'm wondering if it's possible the issue wasn't actually listed here. I've included a link to the ai file(as I can't attached it for some reason) as well as the jpg. Is possible to get back my account? Is there any one is happened with you. and you unblock your account? I want to know, is it my fault to increase sale?Many of the contribution are facing this problem. Is it a system error, or adobe stock team it do manually?What can I do now? How can I unblock my account. I send theme Mail then they reply this mail.Then I send them another Mail 5 day ago but they do not reply my Mail. Hi! I uploaded two images approximately a month and 15 days ago, one of them was JPEG version and other one was PNG Transparent background version. JPEG was approved after around 28 days. However, PNG today was "Not accepted". The given reason for rejection is "Quality Issues". Could someone provide insights or guidance on the specific quality problems with this picture? Although I'm confused why JPEG was accepted and PNG was not. today i received an email from adobe stock stating that one of my video is sold for $42but i had deleted this account last year ,the images and videos are still on the website.the problem is i cannot login as my account was deleted and after creating a new account with the same email my earnings are zero.help me with this

Hello community. How are your sales this fall? Usually every year there is a noticeable increase, but not this year.

Iam at awe at the number of images of mine being not accepted due to technical issues and needing property releases where non is need.    I work with 6 different well established stock agencies and have done really well.  All of my images have been approved except on a rare occasion where a logo or branding slipped by me.  I have been a photographer for many years and worked as a commercial real property and their services photographer until my retirement.  Because of this work I have a lot of knowledge about releases and when it is necessary to acquire them.   I sell almost daily on Adobe Stock with the ones that were accepted.  Funny to see what they declined as technical issues and needing property releases are some of my non editorial top sellers on other stock agencies.  I believe the reviewers are not of top quality, or training.  Anyone else have this issue.  

I've been having trouble checking status for a month now.I'm tired of worrying, getting upset and trying to fix the situation. We apologize for this unusual circumstance" All my works are AI marked. Both in descriptions and keywords. The buyer must know what he is paying for.For me this is a fundamental point. I am primarily a photographer, AI was a new opportunity for me. We all need to evolve and try new things. I don't plan to go back to AI. Once I've uploaded everything I've done in my month of subscribing to midjorney, I'll be fully back into photography. Yes, it’s possible that some of the work was ticked off. And you know it happens. I've sent a lot of files, but why does the review take so long, it takes a month, unlike files that are rejected, sometimes within 5 minutes of being uploaded they are immediately rejected, then files that are approved take so long, can't it be accelerated, especially when I'm chasing moments like autumn in my content that

I got a lot of irregular downloads in the month of september. I can't out why I'm getting so many downloads. Will there be any problems with my account for this extra download? And what will be the solution? I am very worried about it. Thank you.

My account is blocked. Even before the blocking, I submitted a request to withdraw funds. Three weeks have passed and the money has not been transferred and I have no access to my wallet. Administrators do not respond to emails.

Hello nice people!The first submission round seems to be capped at 51 assets for a new contributor, but does anyone on the forum knows how the second round of submission looks like? Is it capped at 51 too, does it depend on your first round and/or on the type of assets submitted? Thank you very much in advance for any feedback.PS - Please forgive any language mistake, I live in Switzerland and I am a native French speaker.

Several hundred assets, in review for many months, seem to have disappeared between this past Friday and today. All were in my "in review" queue (I think I had about 700 or 800 there, with 254 remaining today). I don't see any of them in "not accepted," nor in "reminder." Any idea what could have happened? Do they just time out eventually if they don't get reviewed in time?I believe several were images that had been sent back previously (6-8 months ago) for a release or other finessing of the description/keywords, and had been resubmitted after their issue(s) were addressed.

Hi, After 3 month i went to log in to my account and it show me, that my account does not exist.So i created it again with the SAME mail but i can not see my Contributor Account any more. And it does not show my  Portfolio.It  looks like my account was deleted(!?) But still could see my sales  on my mail.And it already rejects to synchronize my Fotolia account again.

While my account with 60.000 photos and 30.000 illustrations is suspended since August for ai issue... No control on uploaded images by other people??I asked to contributor email and contact ed adobe on website for immediate action and i get no reply. Should i start an immediate legali action? Is there a legal department of adobe to address to? 

Hey guysI have made a request on sunday through the contact option in adobe stock contributor page (contact form). I didnt receive any confirmation email. So Im a little bit confused^^. HiI requested payment on the 10 April it's now the 15 April and I'm still seeing the message 'Payment Pending'.Is there a cycle for payments?I can't seem to find out any information about payment cycles or reasons why a payment remains pending.Many Thanks
