I work as a stock photographer and have a substantial collection of over 5000 images and illustrations on multiple stock sites. I recently became a member of Adobe Stock and encountered a problem with the image submission process. It seems that I can only submit 51 images at a time, whereas I read on a forum that Adobe stock platforms allow the submission of up to 500 images for review. I'm wondering if there is something I'm doing wrong or if there might be a technical issue causing this limitation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, someone can help me with this?I dont understand why adobe rejected me this illustrationThanks!
here is a "dilemma" I have been "torn" about for some time now and wondering if others have similar questions to themselves: I have many old photos - going back say about 7-8 years - that I took with a decent (back then) "pocket camera" and depicting good subject matters, but naturally they can't stand up to todays photo technology! but these photos sell quite well at other sites! (they are fine in terms of digital size (8-10-12 Megapixel), is it worth to gamble acceptance (especially considering the recent very stiff "standards") or forget them and be happy that they sell elsewhere (for pennies though)? My angle that keeps me from "gambling" with such submits here is that I don't want to risk the 51% required acceptance rate required by Adobe for handing out the free annual Photoshop subscription! i.e.: I can produce a perfect (near perfect) technical quality, but the substance may not be there (so what's the point of submitting)? I can't possible recreate or duplicate those old photo
tengo baris fotos rechazadas t entodas se me dice lo mismo,no cumplimiento de estandares, flou, posible ruido y demas, podria ser mas especificogracias
I'm new to stock photography, so this may be "user error," but I was confused with a rejection of one of my images (below) on the grounds of an Intellectual Property violation. There is no recognizable feature that I can imagine that warrants this specific type of rejection. Any ideas? Is the canoe the problem (there is no brand name visible that I can see)? Thanks,Jon
Hey guys! Sometimes my images are being bought twice by the same customer for the same price in the same second. So I wonder if they had some technical issue or is this some sort of a "extended" license? Not that I have anything against it, but I'm just curious.
Muchas gracias [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]
Rejected on this image, saying quality issues. I'm new to this so help would be nice. Appreciate the feedback in advance.
I'm a new Adobe Stock contributor. I work with Ai Art. I uploaded the Ai Art to my Adobe Stock account a few days ago and they are published. And from there I also got some downloads. Last two days I realized after Adobe Stock's Generative AI content article that my uploaded ARTs do not match their requirement. After that, I delete all the files. Would it be possible to upload AI ART to my account again now? Will the previously downloaded dollars be added to the newly downloaded dollars?
Hi, This is my first image i have uploaded. It was rejected due to image quality. Could someone help me what i must do to make this image Adobe Stock acceptable? Thanks
do you have any information about the 50 photo upload limit? does it only apply to new users? because if the limit is 50 photos and the checks last for 1 month it is practically impossible to do anythingthanks
More than three weeks ago, the Adobe team closed my account on Adobe Stock, which contained about 400 photos and more than 120 dollars. When contacting them, they said that the reason for the closure was illegal downloads, and I swear that I did not do that. When I contacted them again via e-mail They did not respond to me. Is this considered a kind of fraud?
Hi, yesterday I submitted my first pictures to Adobe Stock. For a mere error, I submitted duplicate pictures. As I read the guidelines, I noticed that submitting duplicate images can cause the ban of an account! I thought it was not such a big issue and that, maybe, reviewers would have just automatically removed duplicate pictures. We're talking about 4 pictures in total. I really want to avoid any misunderstanding from the Adobe Stock reviewers and I surely don't wanna be banned now that I just posted my first pictures. So, is there a way to remove some pictures from the review process? I can't see any button to do so from the "in review" tab of my account. Please, help me!
Hi everyone, I'm new to Adobe stock photos and I would like to know how many days do I have to wait for the review process. Its been 4 days since I uploaded my images. Thanks
Do you have problem with submitted contents? Since 10 days all photos that I have submitted were rejected for quality problems. It never happened in 4 years since I started as contributor. [moderator cured topics. Select only the relevant ones!]
Lg, Herbert
I have submitted several images where I forgot to meet the AI requirements in selecting the type of image, title and tag. I did select the checkbox that it is AI generated content when submitting them in the first instance. So these where rejected with the reason that a release form was missing.I then modified the images, made hem illustrations instead of photo's, added 'Generative AI' to the title and keywords, but I now get them rejected again, with the same rejection reason, some for the second time. What is going wrong or what am I doing wrong?
Hi, I have an issue when log in into adobe, adobe contributor account and behance. I can't reached the site using chrome, firefox and safari browser using my device (macbook pro). When I try to log in, it will appear 'auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect' on screen. I've checked the connection, proxy and firewall setting and it looks OK. Please, anyone can help? Thank you.
Hello,Since the beginning of the year, after years of contributing, adobe has started rejecting every picture I submit for "quality issues." I edit in Photoshop and I noticed at the beginning of the year, they changed how you can save pics as jpegs, to where you save a copy as a jpeg. I'm wondering if this has something to do with why all my pictures are being rejected now? Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hello Community! My contributor ID from portfolio link: 207682249 (TRAVELARIUM)Yesterday I received an email that my Adobe Stock account has been temporarily blocked. In this email there are many possible reasons that could have caused the blocking of my account: - The Generative Ai box “Created using generative AI tools” was not checked or selected during the submission of these files.- The content was not correctly tagged or labeled (Keywords and Title).- Submitting portrait images created with Ai that are based on real/famous people, characters from popular culture, and/or other existing subjects such as video games.- There are no releases attached to the portrait images of people generated with Ai.- If you upload content that depicts people based on non-existent people, you must upload a property release.- If the people depicted are based on real people, a model release is required.- The technical and aesthetic standards of our collection also apply to content generated with AI.
Hello community. Refused for technical reasons. Thanks everyone for the advice in advance.
I received an apology email from support contributor support who ASKED ME if I had received any email informing me of something. No email. I'm in the dark. What is she talking about? She said that my payout button may be disabled during an investigation! What investigation and of what!? My contributor account is several years old. Then support refuses to respond when I ask what they are referring to. Cryptic and then they don't reply. Who can I talk to about this? why can't I get any I get any I get any real information from support? have I been singled out for this strange treatment and why? 🙂Merci beaucoup
I understand and take in consideration the fact that it can take some time to get images reviewed but I have for example submitted a lot of images several weeks (2-3) ago and they are still not reviewed but lots of images submitted a shorter while ago i.e. - after - the ones submitted 2-3 weeks ago, have already been reviewed and approved.Maybe there is a technical problem with part of my queue? It seems that newer images are reviewed erlier than older ones, is that normal?
