I have uploaded five Ai photos to Adobe Stock that have been waiting for approval for over a month. Where is the problem? Why is it taking so long?File ID: 608698353608698343608698340608698339

Hi there.I've submitted some graphical art back at the start of may, which is still "In review". I have heard nothing from Adobe what so ever. I mean the confirmation text clearly states: "Thank you for your submission, your files will be reviewed by the moderation team within the next few days", so how come this process has taken like 20X that time, and still no movement.......Also you get no response from support either. I've sent a ticket to "contributor-support@adobe.com" on the 2nd of July, and still no answer.Is this really the norm here? 

I submitted a pdf content on Adobe Stock 4 months ago and right now it is still pending review by Adobe Stock since I submit that. It does not yet show anything positive output after I submit that content. It also does not show any preview but only shows pending. So can anyone give me some support to solve this problem so that I can delete this file from my adobe stock contributor account?

Hi everyone,  I have been trying around with AI a bit and uploaded some images labelled as "generative AI" to Adobe Stock. However, my images have been rejected with the reason "image quality"/"quality issues". I'm looking for advice on why exactly they have been rejected, as it is not specified by Adobe. Would be really helpful to know in order to avoid these mistakes in the future, or to even change the images to an acceptable state.Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

I have sent photos many times and they write quality questions 

In my last group of 18 photos, none of them were accepted.   I have a lot of other photos that have been accepted and am confused that not one of these was accepted.  Has anyone had something similar happen recently.  Thanks!

Hi everyone,  My account was blocked a month ago due to submitting files as photos instead of illustrations. I removed all wrong files and uploaded them again as illustration following the guidelines. But now I have been published several files, and they labelled them as photos (when I am sure I uploaded them as illustrations with the tick marked as AI, all of them).Is that something adobe is doing right now, publishing some as photos instead of illustrations? Thank you very much in advance!

Hey pals.  My photos have been in review for approx 3 months now. I mean it has been a lot of days since I submitted it. Is there any issue that I am not aware of? Or any way to escalate the review process? Honestly, 3 months is a long time.

By that I am referring to the level of detail (not to be confused with sharpness, pixel count, etc. etc.). To convey a measage, sometimes more detail is less effective. Studies have shown that people learn more from simpler images. For example, a sharp photpgraph of a person with a confused look on her face with a complex background, may not convey confusion as well as a more graphic rendering of a confused looking person with a simple background. Also, am I correct that text bubbles should not be used, or are there exception? Thanks to you who respond!
