My picture got rejected for quality issue, just want to know how to improve
Hi all! I'm new to the Adobe Stock community and am working to build my collection. I have submitted two batches for consideration. In the first batch, all but 2 were approved. The 2 not approved was due to "Similar Content...". The second batch of 22, only 1 was selected and 2 are still in review. All 19 not selected were for "Quality Issues". I can understand the similar content rejection, but I cannot accept the quality issue rejection. My image quality cannot be the issue. First, every image was between the required size, more than 5 and less than 45MB. You can see in every photo the focus band (on the subject) if the aperture was low, so I'm positive my subject was in focus. According to the histogram and my eyes, the images are properly exposed. Zero of my images are heavily edited (containing no filters or oversaturation), and I have the RAW files to prove that. And I use a Nikon D850 and D4 so my use of higher ISO would not be an issue with noise, especially si
I used Payoneer with adobe stock some time ago. Recently I’ve noticed that it was disconnected. Now every time I try to connect in by clicking “reconnect payoneer account” in payout information. It transfer to a page where I need to create a new account. There’s now way to login into existing. I’ve tried to log out and clean cache and cookies. Log in into payoneer account first then hit “reconnect payoneer account”.Change payout to paypal and then back to payoneer. Payoneer and Adobe emails are the same.Any ideas how to solve this issue?

rejected for quality issues. AI image what can I do to improve my AI submissions.
rock in water creekplease help me tell what wrong and how to improve it, thank you
It’s visually similar to the former one, but behaves differently. I still don’t know what CONTROL is, or why every log-in attempt has failed so far. PROS:Lots of cool new emojis 🇬🇱 😎🎨The code insertion tool is much improved. <html><head><title>Testing...</title></head><body><div style="text-align: center; margin: auto;"><br><br><?PHP print $message ?></div></body></html>CONS:Discussions are all non-threaded now. It’s not a deal-breaker, but threaded replies are easier to follow, IMO.My saved screenshots & macros are nowhere to be found.😫And there’s no HTML option for escaping out of blockquotes. Not sure why we need a SPOILER (collapsing panel). Your thoughts?
Hello dear Adobe community, my account has been deactivated for over two months now, and I still haven’t received any response to my inquiries. I know that you probably can’t help me directly here in the forum, but maybe someone has had a similar problem and can give me some helpful advice (so I don’t get even more discouraged).I uploaded over 12,000 images, and since I wanted to build a reliable side income, I always tried my best to follow the guidelines. That’s why I was all the more shocked when I was told that I had supposedly violated them.Nevertheless, I’m still hoping to get an answer—especially about what I might have done wrong and what steps I can take now.Apart from the fact that I mainly uploaded AI-generated images, I also submitted around 2,000 photos and videos that I created myself. So here’s my question: Can and should I resubmit my photographed images using a new account? Or is it better to wait for a response and hope that Adobe reactivates my account? I’d also
Hi the community. I've got 2 videos with Intellectual Property refusal. Can you explain why? Thanks
Hello everyone, I would like to ask for clarification regarding a contributor account review related to duplicate submissions. Some of my files were initially rejected for being identified as AI-generated. I contacted Adobe Stock Support to explain that several of those files were not AI-generated, and after review, some were later approved. During this process, I unintentionally re-uploaded some of the same files while they were still under review. I forgot to remove the duplicate submissions before sending them, which may have appeared as excessive or spam submissions. This was not intentional, and I fully understand now that this was a mistake in managing my workflow. I would appreciate any guidance on best practices to avoid duplicate submissions in the future, and whether there is a standard appeal process contributors should follow in situations like this. Thank you very much for your time and help.and they said Your account has been blocked for submitting content that viola
Hello,I have a question regarding files rejected for similar content. As a new contributor, we did not fully understand at first how Adobe Stock evaluates similarity, and as a result many of our submissions were rejected for similar content (in practice, almost all of them). We are also contributors on other stock platforms. Is there any issue or restriction with publishing on other platforms files that were rejected on Adobe Stock due to similar content? To clarify: these files are our own original work and were only rejected because of Adobe’s similarity criteria, not for quality, rights, or policy reasons.Thank you very much for your help and clarification.
Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team, I am facing an issue with my Adobe Stock Contributor account. For the past two months, the “Submit for Review” button has not appeared, even though all uploaded files have complete titles, categories, and keywords. I can upload files successfully, but cannot proceed to submission. I have cleared browser cache, tried different browsers, and checked all metadata fields, but the problem still persists. Please review my account and help me resolve this issue. Here are my account details and relevant information: Name: Juleka Begum Email: [Moderator deleted private information. I have a case for this: 00473461. I was notified as I usually am that a picture had sold. As usual there was a link so I could go to my account. When I tried, I saw a message saying I could not enter the account because I have multiple accounts. I don’t. I have gotten in for many years. How do I get paid now??
Modern Business Team Working Together in Bright Office Meeting Room to DiscussI keep geeting quality issues, I upgraded the image using high upscaling settings, but it doesn’t seem to work. Can anyone tell me why?
Hello everyone,Is it legal to copy the keywords of another contributor's image and apply them to my own image? Sometimes I find very successful images. Can I copy the same keywords and apply them to my image, or do I have to change some of the words, or is that not allowed at all?Thank you!
How to get lost 300 approved videos back
Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise.
Ok I tried this last year and I seem to be making the same mistake now. I use this link to wanting to view my 1099 InvoiceInfo - 1099 Request Form I enter my SSN as it is entered on my W8. I then enter my Adobe Contributor Member-ID. I get the error that they do not match. How do I get a 1099?
When I opened my new account, I started uploading files before my payment method was fully approved. It took several weeks to complete that process, and during that time dozens of files ended up marked in red, but they are at “New Content” already. As a beginner back then, I clearly misunderstood what “similar content” really meant. I only create seamless loops, but many of those early uploads were poorly tagged and described. I now understand that, even if the visuals are different, semantic similarity alone can cause rejections. My question is simple: Can I safely delete all those files that are still in limbo? Is there any downside to deleting them, or should I just let them be rejected? From my current understanding, they are very likely to be rejected anyway due to semantic issues, even if the content itself isn’t truly similar. I’d like to clean things up properly and move forward with correctly described content.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you very much.
Hi,I’d like to better understand how “similar content” is evaluated when submitting seamless video loops, especially in natural scenes (water, fog, smoke, landscapes). In many cases, the value of the clip is not the subject itself but the perfect loop behavior, which may look visually similar in a thumbnail but is technically different. My question is:-Is the similarity check based mainly on visual appearance, or does it also consider loop structure and temporal behavior?-Are seamless loops evaluated differently from standard video clips?Any clarification would help contributors better decide when a variation is meaningful enough to submit. Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone,I’m currently working as an Adobe Stock contributor and recently came across a screenshot showing the following stats:Stats shown:• Downloads: 91• Earnings: $1,410.29• Content type: VectorI’m not making any claims—just genuinely curious and looking for clarification from experienced contributors. My questions: Is this level of earning realistic/possible on Adobe Stock from vector sales? Could this be the result of extended licenses or enterprise subscriptions for vectors? Have any of you experienced similar earnings with a relatively low number of vector downloads? I’d really appreciate insights from long-time contributors. Thanks in advance for sharing your experience!
Hello Adobe Stock Team,I am requesting a manual review for Case #00470056 (first submitted on Jan 18th). All of my 100% original hand-drawn illustrations were removed by the automated system as "unlabeled AI." I have already shared a Google Drive link in my first appeal containing video recordings of my iPad procreate layers and illustrator creation process for these assets. I’ve been a contributor since April 2024. I deeply value this platform and have invested significant time and heart into building this portfolio. My account was in a strong growth phase with consistent Extended License sales and peaks of 19 downloads per day last November. However, since this batch removal, my sales have experienced a sudden and sustained drop to near zero. This has been a devastating blow to my motivation and business as a creator. Could a moderator please kindly look into this case and help restore these assets from the backend? Re-uploading manually is impractical given the volume and loss of hi
Hello Adobe Stock Community,I've been a contributor for a while with over 6,200 live assets (mix of vectors, PNGs, AI images, backgrounds, and videos). Previously, I was getting 50-60 downloads per week consistently, but now it's down to just 10-20. Here's my download trend chart showing the sharp decline since November 2025:I've attached the image of my stats for reference. My portfolio is diverse and quality-focused—I upload regularly, optimize metadata, and follow guidelines. No major changes on my end.Has anyone else seen this drop? Is it:AI saturation (nearly 50% of database now AI-generated)?Algorithm changes reducing visibility for large/mixed portfolios?Broader market slowdown or buyer shifts to generative AI tools like Firefly?Tips welcome: niche focus, keyword tweaks, portfolio pruning, or anything else? Similar experiences with 6k+ assets? Thanks!Download Insights
