I'm getting the message "Your ID card was rejected. Please submit another one before continuing." and when I click on "Let's go" it just doesn't go, I tried to contact support but I couldn't, I don't know what to do because I tried everything and I can't send the photos for sales analysis. Hello community. Tell me the possible reasons for the rejection of the photo for technical reasons. Barbecue photo.
Hi I have trouble to connect my account with the adobeWhen I enter the Adobes site it saysWe've noticed that you are selling on Fotolia.Fotolia is now part of Adobe Stock so let's get your accounts synced. But I get e same error all the time "Your credentials could not be authenticated. Please try again."I have tried thousands of times I tried to solve it here in the other thread but they sent me to FotoliaFotolia latest answer is this:I am really sorry to hear that Nikos. I can see that you are currently logged into your Fotolia account, so there's nothing wrong with your Fotolia login credentials.I guess my next question to ask is; are you able to log in to your Adobe Stock account? If yes, and you are still having difficulties sync'n the account, please contact Adobe Stock at +1-800-833-6687 for assistance with this (Unfortunately from here we do not have access to the AS platform). If you are not able to log into your Adobe Stock account, you should also contact Adobe Stock for suppor
I have a problem because when I send photos, when adding it, always a few photos lose quality and my photos are rejected due to lack of sharpness. More than once adds a particularly slightly blurred (1.8 aperture) but the photo looks in my opinion very nice and in Adobe Stock they reject. I use a translator. Best regards
Hi, Not sure why lot of pictures with very good exposure and quality rejected. Thanks
Hello everyone! My photos have been rejected due to the noise and I'm not sure if you agree with me but I really love the noise on the pictures, it gives them a documentary look, specially if you take pictures with a fujifilm camera with the gorgeous textures it generates. And I'm not taking about high ISO, the ISO are fine on my pictures (see on the attached image the ISO is 160)So I'm feeling very sad that I can't upload my pictures due to the noise which I don't think is bad at all, at least on most of my images. And the noise is not very visible on a 27" screen (but it depends on each picture), so normally it's only visible when you zoom in or when you have flat colours like a clear sky.It seem Adobe just want very clean and perfectly made shots, which is sad, I think the final user should at least decide which picture to use or not. Or the internal people who approve each photo should at least understant what's a high ISO and what is just a simple texture.Anyway, what do you think?
Is there a way of adding the same keyword to all of my 1700+ images already online with Adobe Stock?
New to contributing to Adobe and had some images declined, i would appreciate some feed back fro future reference. Thanks in advance
Ces illustrations ont été rejetées , avez-vous une idée de la raison ?
Hi community,I've fairly recently joined adobe stock. I use a number of other stock agencies and I've so far been getting less than a 10% recection rate for my submitted photos but I've started getting entire batches of photos rejected that have then been entirely accepted on other sites.I've pulled two out of my last batch of 18 as the ones I can make the best argument for why they'd be rejected (the sunflower and dried artichoke). Both I could make a case for focal point being too short and that contrast could be an issue. They were all taken on an fx camera at low ISO, reasonably high shutterspeed, haven't tampered with the colours in editing, just reduced the black point and highlights to balance them out a little. I acctually had to shrink them to upload them for this post so I can't see how basic image quality can be an issue. Decent if basic composition....I've had a few dozen photos of similar topics/types accepted in the last few weeks (the leeks, which I could argue the same i
Hello community. I got rejected for technical reasons. Please tell me what could be the reasons for this.
Hello, Sir, I can't talk digital painting or photoshop files can be created. Thank You, Sir Reply Msg [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
My account is showing the message "Your account has a validation status issue. You should contact us." When I sign in now. I have submitted a lot more photos recently (I've been feeling really motivated to get to 10,000 uploads on my page and wanted to dive in and crush it) a lot of which got rejected, which is fine. I'm not upset about that. But I am wondering if all my new uploads caused my account to be shut down. Right after I got the email saying I had a validation issue, I got an email saying "As the result of your contributions to the community, you have earned a new rank. Your new rank is Spectator . We appreciate your efforts and hope you will continue to be an active member of the community." (Being blocked makes it hard to be an active member in the community ha ha...) I have uploaded a lot of stuff in the last few days, (like 2,000 photos a lot), which makes me think I got flagged for too many too quickly. Anyone else have this experience? Help!&
Hello community. Tell me if it makes sense to cut out objects from the background. Do such photos have more popularity and sales than without clipping? Because cutting out the background is quite a laborious job.
Wanted reasons about why my photo is not accepted, and how can I revise it These are the not accepted photos, Thank you !
Hello! I am an author from Russia. I would like to sell my works through Adobe Stock. Why can't I register?
When I try to login I'm told I'm already logged in and won't let me go any further. I don't have any other tabs open to get this message. I've looked at other people's issues as I have the same message suggesting I link the accounts however they get an error while I just can't open the fotolia account. I've changed my password so thats not the problem.
please critique this image and provide me with the reasons of rejection
I assumed them being software generated illustrations that a 'quality rejection' would not be referenced, almost as if it's being considered an out of focus photograph? Any criticism or suggestions will be greatly appreciated, for I am obviously having a problem processing and submitting digital art. Thanks in advance >buzz
Hola compañeros, me han rechazado estas fotos (todas las que envie) "Lo sentimos, pero no podemos aceptar esta imagen en nuestra colección porque no cumple nuestros estándares de calidad." ¿En que he fallado? Adjunto algunas muestras. Muchisimas gracias
All, So I can correct my submissions going forward, I am looking for any additional insight as to why the photos I submitted may have be rejected due to quality issues. Thanks in advance for your input.
The reason for the refusal is quality problems. I think the reason may be in the specially added grain. Initially, it was not planned to sell photos on stocks. Than I could try to get rid of the grain. (Because all my photos have grain). But maybe I'm wrong. Can you please suggest what is wrong with the photo?
Does anyone know if there is a way to find out if a particular stock image of mine has been been sold under an extended licence? I suspect someone of selling my image as a poster online and I want to find out if that image has ever been sold with the extended license. It has only been sold 3 times so it shoud be easy to find out.
Adobe me refuse cette photo pour "propriété intellectuelle". Pouvez-vous m'indiquez en quoi cette photo contrevient à la charte adobe ?Cordialement
