Stock Contributors

Hi all,  I have a problem. My account has been unable to submit files for more than a month. I contacted Adobe Stock Support, but they didn't provide a satisfactory answer, and the issue remained unresolved.  I am not sure what the cause of the problem is. Has anyone here encountered the same? Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hi,Someone bought my photo on adobe stock, I earned just $0.93 for the photo. I find out that there are few servers where they are selling my photography printed on canvas. I don't think the licence does not authorize them to do so. Where can I check under what licence was the photo sold? What are the steps to make them pay if the licence does not authorize them for that?

Hi all - I keep getting "Something went wrong - Please Try Again Later" when using Firefly to generate a video from a still image. It was working fine (slow, but fine) and then suddenly nothing is generating.  Things I have done that have not helped- Signed out and back In- Cleared caches and cookies- Switched browser- Used Incognito window My account has unlimited generations so no restrictions there.  Anyone else faced this???

Hello Adobe Support Team,   This is my third follow-up regarding case #00456540. It has now been over one month without any response, and my account is still unable to upload any files due to the persistent “Upload limit reached” message.   I have 0 files under review, and I have already tried all recommended troubleshooting steps (different browsers, devices, cleared cache, tested small JPG uploads). The issue is clearly on the server/account side, and I urgently need a manual reset of my upload limit.   Please escalate my case to a supervisor or technical specialist. It is becoming very difficult for me to continue working as a contributor with this unresolved issue.   I kindly request your immediate attention. I would like to sell my clipart on Adobe Stock and wanted to make a test, by uploading a .ZIP folder with 4 identical files, in different formats - AI/EPS, SVG, PNG and JPGBut I get the following error:  Couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type. Valid vector formats are AI, EPS and SVG. Vector zip files are no longer supported.So according to the error message, you can no longer upload your files in a .ZIP file?I can upload each file separatly, but how do I then bundle them together, to create a single listing (with AI/EPS, SVG, PNG and JPG), instead of individually listings, each one with a single file format?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi everyone, I am facing an issue I just uploaded 30 images and submitted them for review last week and now I can't submit images for review as it button is not allowing me to click on it. here is its screenshot. 

My adobe stock payment is pending for 10 days, I request the payout on 4 November and today is 14th November, I used Skrill option. Can you tell me why didn’t I got the payment yet?

I received a rejection for a vector illustration but I don't see the problem.Hello, I received this rejection for a vector file uploaded as AI (Adobe Illustrator) with the following information from Adobe:Quality issues:The file has one or more of the following issues:- The vector file contains a raster image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.- The compression level in the JPEG preview file is too high, causing texture issues.- The JPEG preview resolution must be at least 5000 x 3000 pixels (15 MP).- Antialiasing was not used when exporting the vector to JPEG, so there are line issues in the JPEG.Can any expert please advise?I have checked this file many times, but I still cannot understand what the problem might be.Thank you.

Can someone please help me understand why this stadium at the University of Iowa is being rejected for Illustrative editorial? It follows all the rules, there are no people, and they're accepting ground photos but not drone photos and it's not making sense to me. I have other universities and professional sports stadiums in my portfolio so I don't understand why these specifically aren't making it through review. The photos turned out great and I know that they'd sell. There's nothing listed for this stadium in known image restrictions. Thanks!  

I am currently researching and noticing that my uploaded files are not properly optimized for SEO, and the keywords are not arranged in the correct order. So now I want to re-edit all my assets, reorder the keywords properly, and add new keywords if necessary.Does Adobe Stock allow this?Can I do it?Will this boost my SEO?Is there any chance this might negatively affect my profile?Thanks in advance

Hello. Im new to this community of creators. I uploaded my first image and it was rejected due to quality problems. Could someone explain to me why the photo was rejected? The moderators' message doesn't give a specific reason. Is it because of the haze in the photo? It was intended as an artistic effect. Adobe Stock doesn't tolerate such photos? Thank you for your feedback.

Dear Adobe community, I would greatly appreciate your help in understanding what is happening with Adobe, as my contributor account has been restricted without any justification or reason. I have never violated any terms or conditions, and the content in my stock has always complied with your content policies. So, I do not understand. I would appreciate understanding what I can do to have this decision reversed.
