I don’t know what happened with the moderation lately, but I really don’t like how it’s been working since this summer (maybe it’s just me). It used to be fine, all my photos got reviewed within 2–3 weeks. Now, however, I have some photos that have been pending for over five months.I read here that some people recommend deleting and re-uploading photos, so I tried that, and while one or two images get reviewed after a couple of days, they’re always rejected for being “is similar”. As a result, I’ve just accumulated a bunch of photos that no one moderates. What’s even more frustrating is that beautiful and unique shots are being rejected for “similarity,” whereas before at least one or two would get accepted. Now it’s 100% refusals.Does anyone know what’s going on with the moderation system?
Why does Adobe Stock keep rejecting new AI submissions as “Similar content” when there is clearly no similar image in my portfolio or on the platform?I carefully checked using the Visual Search and manual keyword browsing — and found nothing even close in style, color, composition, or subject.❓ So here’s my direct question:Where can we see what Adobe considers “already existing” in the library?Where is the list of “overused themes or visuals”?How are we supposed to compare before uploading, if these resources are not public?I’m not talking about random gradients or textures. My content is well-styled, curated, and market-friendly. But I get rejected with “similar” without any actual references. If Adobe is moving toward exclusivity — fine, but authors need clarity. We are trying to work with the system, not against it.Please provide real examples or guidelines, not generic advice.Thank you.
I had an image rejected with a rather stern warning of 'violation of the guidelines. I'm flabbergasted! Its an image of a water lily with a reflection with nothing else in the frame. How can an inocent flower picture be a violation of the guidelines??? I have several other examples like this. How can I be sure my submissions are not going to be randomly rejected like this????
To the Adobe Stock Contributor Moderation Team, I am from Bangladesh and trying to set up my first contributor account. I am currently blocked due to a systemic technical failure with the mobile verification process. Issue: I cannot add my mobile number and also dont receive the SMS/OTP code to verify my number (+880-XXXXXXXXXX) for any Adobe service (standard ID or Contributor setup). History: I have spent days in Customer Care chat and email (Case ADB-42263060-F8B0), but the generic support teams cannot resolve the technical block. Action Required: I urgently require a manual account review and I am ready to submit my government ID (National ID) immediately to a specialist. Please assign a Contributor Support moderator to process this manual verification directly. Thank you. [Personal info removed by moderator] [attached picture removed by moderator. My contributor account was recently deactivated, and I received an email stating that it was blocked due to a violation of the Adobe Stock submission guidelines or contributor terms. However, I believe this may have been a misunderstanding. I have already submitted an appeal form to Adobe Stock about 3 weeks ago, but I haven’t received any follow-up or update regarding my case yet. I would really appreciate any help or guidance on how to check the status of my appeal, or if there’s any other way to contact the support team directly for updates.
How long does it normally take for nominated assets to be approved for the free collection? Is this done manually?
Hi, I want to ask a few questions, I tried to look for my assets on Adobe Stock, I really copied and pasted the exact title but I couldn't find my assets, even when I tried to click on the link to view my portfolio from the dashboard it showed 404 page not found, can my account only be accessed in certain regions or countries, and my country is not included? if yes, why don't my assets go internationally
Why my submit button is Grayed out

No downloads since last one month:May I know the reason why there is no download from your website for a long time? I am publishing more new files. why is there mo dawnload? what is the reason for this?
I check all of my images at 100% on a 27" monitor that is calibrated. The many images that Adobe has rejected they were accepted in other sites such as Shutterstock and Dreamstime, somehow I am skeptical that your reviewer did in fact check carefully each image. It is easy to reject now that the site has grown with many contributors in my opinion.
Hello Adobe Community,I need your help! I’m looking for the best strategies to create effective titles and keywords for my stock photos. My main goals are:1. To improve the ranking of my photos.2. To increase sales. Are there any tips, guidelines, or methods I can follow to achieve better results? If you have any experience or suggestions, please share them.Thank you in advance for your guidance!
I was at a photographers meetup in Los Angeles last week, there were maybe around a hundred people there, many from the stock photography world. I met one guy who said he works at Adobe, and he told me something really interesting. He said Adobe might be looking into buying CyberStock.lol or doing some kind of partnership. Apparently it uses real buyer search data, like something around 50 million or so, to generate titles and keywords that actually sell. I was curious, so I even reached out to Adobe Contributor Support just to ask if it’s true. They replied with this message: We cannot verify or deny it. Please follow official updates for more information. I am not sure how true that is, but if anyone here works at Adobe, it would be great if you could confirm or deny it. If it’s real, that could be a big deal for a lot of photographers.
My Adobe Contributor account was unexpectedly disabled without any apparent reason. I have thoroughly reviewed their guidelines and am confident that I have not violated any of them. On the day my account was disabled, I had to received my funds (I believe it was the 10th business day), which I was due to receive. Despite having sent an email to address this issue, I have yet to receive a response. I am seeking advice on how to proceed in order to have my account reinstated and to successfully withdraw the funds owed to me.
Hey everyone, I wanted to ask — how are things going for you with uploading projects to Adobe Stock lately? For the past two months, almost everything I submit keeps getting rejected. I work in my own unique style, creating futuristic grunge graphics, and my sets have been selling really well — sometimes up to 300 sales in the first monthafter upload. But recently, Adobe has started rejecting my new sets, even though they’re completely original and not related to my previous works.I’ve already tried changing the format of how I prepare the files — no effect.I thought maybe the issue was with titles or keywords — also no result.I understand that many of my works share a similar aesthetic, but that’s my signature style — both I and my buyers love it. Yet Adobe seems to think I should change it for some reason.Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to fix it?Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
Often I'm the problem (PEBCAK), however I am certain I have clicked ever page, link, or option and I can't seem to find ways to do the following:Export a list, CSV, txt files, what have you of previously uploaded files and their original file names.Delete photos that have been submitted with either an error, or because after review I realized that they were already accepted. If I can solve for the former than the latter is likely to not happen again. Other stock sites AT LEAST include the original file name within the cataglog when a list is show or an individual image is clicked. I upload to the portal via a web interface.
hello, i got an email from adobe about this mssion on shooting "Pair Editing | Object Position and Replacement", seemed like a fun challange and want to participate, but i dont have something clear.the caes is for example, i have the 1st scene below i have replaced the orange with the apple. in the 2nd scene or an other x scene can i do the same replacment but with diffrent scene, or use the same object. for exple this is my 2nd scene below on top of a wall i replaced the banan with the apple, does it count? if i had put an orange and switched with an apple (like in my 1st scene) would it still count? Thanks for your time!
I’d like to know why these two photos were rejected for “quality issues.” Could anyone please give me some feedback or advice? Thanks!

Hi, I uploaded some of my photos, but most of them got rejected, and i don't know the reason for it. Can you please help me improve my pictures to get more approvals? I attach some of them here.
Hello everyone,I have uploaded around 20 images to Adobe Stock, and they have all been accepted. However, I noticed that I haven’t received any downloads yet.I’m wondering , could it be that my images are not appearing in search results, or maybe they are too low in ranking? Is there a way to check how visible my images are or improve their chances of being seen by buyers?Any advice about keywords, titles, or how to make my images more discoverable would be very helpful.Thank you!
Hi, I just want to know why I have a file that's been under review for over 4 months and they haven't told me if it's been accepted or not. I already deleted it and re-uploaded it, but the same thing happened; another 4 months have passed and it's still under review. Thank you in advance. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
