Stock Contributors

I'm unable to submit my design to Adobe Stock, despite everything being fine with the vector file. Why is it not being submitted? How else can I submit it?

Hello,Payoneer has blocked my account, and I can't log in, and they won't help me open it.I've been using my Payoneer account for years when receiving payments through Adobe, but they've closed it for unknown reasons.Even though I stated that I could provide all the requested documents, I still did not receive any results or a solution.How can we trust Payoneer?Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?There is currently no other option I can use in Türkiye other than Payoneer.I'm waiting for help.

Hi everyone,I'm completely new to vector illustrations and recently started exploring this side for Adobe Stock submissions.I have a few beginner questions and would appreciate any guidance:What types of vector content does Adobe Stock accept?What artboard size or specifications should I use in Adobe Illustrator when creating vectors for Adobe Stock?I’m familiar with aspect ratios for raster images like 3:2, 16:9, and 4:3, but not sure what’s appropriate or required for vector artboards.Is there a recommended resolution or dimension (like 5000x5000 px, A4 size, etc.) for the custom artboard?Should I focus on square, vertical, or horizontal layout? Any tips on which works best for vectors?

Hi everyone,I'm a new Adobe Stock contributor and recently submitted an AI-generated image, but it was rejected due to "Quality Issues".I used [ชื่อโปรแกรม AI] to generate the image, and resized it to 8000x10000 px.I’ve attached the rejected image below.Could anyone help point out where the issues are (blur, artifacts, composition, etc.)?Any tips on how to improve AI images for Adobe Stock would be very helpful.Thank you in advance!

Hi,I previously had 8,335 items on my dashboard. Suddenly, I found that there are now only 8,334 items. I don't know where one item has gone or which one it is. I haven't deleted anything from my dashboard. Can you help me find the reason why I have one less item on my dashboard now?

asper your advice donot send similer images ,how can we know the particuar similer images in your stock,please give example  two images  are smiler

Hi,im trying to access ftp to upload video onto the contributer portal using a variety of ftp programs. None of them can connect to the server. I wrote to support and they said they stopped supporting ftp. I don't think they read my message properly Can someone confirm that Adobe does not accept videos anymore? Or have shut off for access? thanks!

while submitting image adobe stock Showed  "not all of your images could be submitted for moderation". What does it mean?

 Why this Photo Quality Issues 

Several users have reported that they are unable to see their portfolio when they click on 'My Portfolio' in the dashboard, in fact I'm one of them.   I discovered this simple way to view images in my portfolio.   When you click 'my portfolio' and don't see your images: Navigate to url, it's form is like "https://stock.adobe.com/eg/contributor/0000000/username" Edit the country abbreviation to any other country, something like UK or FR   [Moderator cured the topics. I have opened a new account and it's been 6/7 days, but I still can't submit the file. Why??? Is there any issue or when will my account be accepted?

I submitting images intended to have room for text, which phrase/keyword would cause them to surface to searchers better - "room for copy" or "room for text"? I'd like to put one or the other in the title; not sure which is best.

 A large number of photos are being rejected due to quality issues I do not believe these photos are bad their resolution exceeds 24 megapixels and each file is around 8 megabytes in size this has exhausted me
