New Adobe Stock Contributor from Indonesia. Unable to verify my XL phone number. Error: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later." Tried multiple browsers and incognito mode. Any solution?

The attached photo was rejected for soft focus, filtering and artifacts.    Can someone help me understand, especially filtering?

Why was my photo rejected for quality issues 

Is it because I left “Lifeguard” or maybe the wheels are recognizable, or even both?

I have applied for a withdrawal from my Adobe stock contributor account on 3rd of June. But so far I got no reply and no payment. from Adobe stock contributor. I said on many places online and found out to get the withdrawal within 7 days after application even after 7 days so far I didn't get my withdrawal

Hello,I am an Adobe Stock Contributor from Indonesia and my sales have drop to 0 since last May until now (although I’ve never had 0 download this year at all before them) recently I noticed that all of my files, even the older ones that were already live, suddenly show a 404 error when I try to preview them. I also tried searching with keywords and even with the file ID for example #1574852996 and #1508589156, but none of my files appear in the public search results.Could you please confirm if this is a known bug or if my files are under review? I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this, because right now I think my portfolio is not visible to buyers.Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello everyone,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was recently deactivated due to alleged violations of the Generative AI submission requirements.I had over 900 vector files in my portfolio (both AI-generated and manually created vectors). While some files had previously received rejections for similar content, quality issues, and occasional intellectual property concerns, I never received any account warning before the deactivation.My account had approximately $197 in earned royalties at the time of deactivation. I have already submitted an appeal and requested both an account review and clarification regarding my earned balance.Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, were you able to get your account reinstated or receive your outstanding royalties?Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hello Adobe Stock Community and Admin team, I am an Adobe Stock Contributor, but I am currently completely locked out of my contributor dashboard. My registered Gmail address was permanently deleted by Google, meaning I can no longer receive the 2-step verification codes to log in. I have tried contacting Contributor Support directly via email (Case ID: 00519061), but the automated system keeps rejecting it because it is classified as an Adobe ID credential issue. The live chat bot also blocks me because my new email doesn't have an active paid subscription plan. I desperately need an Adobe Moderator or Community Manager here to manually escalate this case to the Global Accounts Security Team so they can update my old Adobe ID to my new active email address [REMOVED BY MODERATOR] I am fully prepared to provide my official Government ID and payout history to verify my identity. This is generated to a scene to illustrate a small-town day to day activity. it is rejected.This image was generated with AI (declared as Generative AI at upload) and submitted under the Illustrations category. The title clearly states it is a pencil sketch/graphite illustration. It was rejected for quality issues.I cannot identify what the specific quality problem is. The image is 3072x2048px, well above the minimum resolution requirement. The pencil sketch style is intentional cross-hatching, monochrome linework, and stone texture are deliberate aesthetic choices, not artifacts or noise.My questions for the community:Does Adobe Stock's automated review system flag intentional pencil sketch texture as "artifacts or noise"? I have been contributing to Adobe Stock for over a year and a half, and yesterday my account was deactivated for a Terms Violation. I believe I may have been the victim of a scam.On February 23, I was contacted on Behance by someone claiming to own a small Christian company with a limited budget. The website looked somewhat generic, but still believable for an early-stage project.This person wanted to hire me to create a loop video of Jesus walking on water, based on a video I have on Adobe Stock. I ended up giving them the original video from my Adobe Stock portfolio for free through Behance messages. After that, the person never thanked me and stopped responding.On March 5, my Adobe Stock portfolio was suddenly blocked without any prior warning. A few hours later, the website of that Christian company went offline.
