This will be my 9th payout, so I have received payments before without any issues. My balance is above the minimum threshold, but the payout button is still not active. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a delay or a specific reason for this?

Hi Guys,I uploaded 51 vector files more than 12 days ago, but they are still in review. Additionally, I have over 200 more files waiting for submission. I understand that review times may vary, but this delay seems longer than usual.Is my account still under verification, or is there any issue with my submissions? I would appreciate any insights on the review process and whether I need to take any action to speed things up.Looking forward to your response. Thank you!

Kaixo,I am writing with a question that I have not seen in the threats.I am a contributor based in Spain, whenI submit content I do it in language English, title and keywords. The rest of the categories are in Spanish in the Web UI. How is this managed when exposing my contribution account photograhs? In Spain appears in Spanish .... and in USA appears in English. Is it only marketed to Spain? Or is it market all over with local translations for each region for the title and keywords??Many thanks.I..

Hello.   If I draw a pencil drawing on a drawing paper, then transfer it to a computer with a scanner, and then finalize it with graphic editing programs, can I submit such a work to Adobe Stock?   Is this kind of work allowed or forbidden?   Secondly, if such a thing is accepted, how can I prove to Adobe Stock that it is not artificial intelligence? Because 95% of my archive consists of images generated by artificial intelligence, so I need to prove this somehow in order to prevent my submission from being rejected for reasons such as "AI-Flag Missing".   Thank you, good work.Side note: For my own non-AI drawing experiments, a graphics drawing tablet is probably a much more elegant way to go, but a good tablet costs around $2,000 and I can't afford to spend that kind of money for a test job.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi. I am now very upset about Adobe. I see so many AI photos on Adobe when I search and the review takes way too long.My photo was rejected due Quality issues. I now use Topaz AI to sharpen my photos. Unfortunately it doesn't work with that either. What do you think? Is the photo too dark and the sky not blue enough? Is the white of the flag too dark? Is it about the artifacts on the blue fabric? The fabric is shiny, so this won't work any better. Thanks Chris

Hi,I've just started contributing to Adobe Stock although I've been contributing to other stock agencies for over 20 years and am getting a lot of rejected images due to Quality Issues (approx 1/3 or my submitted images). I never (or extremely rarely) get quality problems elsewhere - is this normal? I've no problem with Adobe rejecting images if they don't fit their requirements, don't think they will sell or they already have similars but I can't understand why they are being rejected due to quality issues.Attached are a couple of sample images which were rejected. Any comments / advice welcome.

I want to ask, initially my account only had 500 assets with traditional watercolor assets. but when I added ai with photos of various niches. my sales decreased, does this have an effect on the algorithm and should I delete the ai assets and refocus or just refocus on my previous niche

Hello, A contributor is using artificial intelligence to create images that are almost identical to mine and hundreds of other contributors! It's blatant. He's not inspired, he's copying. Copied images are the origin of vectors. I won't give his name here, nor any examples... I don't think that's allowed on this forum. Who can I submit this problem to? Thank you.

I have sent an email to contributor-support@adobe.com and at first they sent me an email stating that I had committed some infraction (I still don't know which one) and that I had to fill out a form (https://survey.adobe.com/jfe/form/SV_74fM1z4DvUPyPlk) to which I have never received a response and now I am not receiving any information by email either. Any advice on what to do to talk to them and recover the account?

Where exactly will the images I uploaded and accepted be displayed?

I uploaded an image of a lion lying with a cub to a stock site, and it was accepted into the collection. Later, I uploaded another image of just the lion's face from a different angle, and it was rejected by the moderator with the reason 'Similar Image(s) Already Submitted.' I don't understand why these images are considered similar (I don't have more lions in my portfolio). This is just one of many examples of my images being rejected for this reason recently. The issue started about a week ago and is only getting worse (more are being rejected than accepted). I'm in a panic! I don't understand what's going on! I'm a beginner neuro-artist with a very small portfolio (339 images), and the number of rejected works (as similars) has increased sharply. I'm even afraid to upload anything now for fear of lowering my rating even further. Please help with advice!

Sorry to bug you guys, but I struggle with Adobe website. After days of trying to figure it out, I guess I have to ask for help again. When I go to my Adobe Dashboard, there is a link to My Portfolio. At My Portfolio, there is a link for My Libraries. MY QUESTIONS: (1) Is my portfolio seen by buyers? I'm not sure what My Porfolio's purpose is. (2) Is it connected to selling Adobe Stock Photos? I guess I have the same questions about My Libaries. I'm not sure what its purpose is. Is it connected to selling Adobe Stock Photos? One more question. When I go to my Dashboard, My Portfolio there is a banner. I know how the Banner got there, but what I can't remember is how to change the name in the middle of the banner. I'm sure I entered the name at one time, but now I want to change it and can't find where I made the change. The name's font is kind of bland. Can the font be changed? Thanks again for your help.
