Substance 3D Assets and Community Assets

Hi,how do I transfer all my Allegorhitmic Substance credits to my Adobe CC account to be able to use the credits to download assets (from Adobe Substance 3d Assets) once the Allegorhitmic Substance-Service will shut down in September?I dont have a running Adobe 3d subscription since I have perpetual Allegorhitmic Substance licenses and dont need additional licenses by subscribing to Adobe 3d tools for a whole new year...Thanks for every hint,best R.

Hello, small issue I found in the asset library: this material"Dirty Cinderblock Wall"https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/allassets/bac4b2d1fe6a9f00218b9cdecd8f5facf71c5c54?q=cinderblock&u=cinderblockhas an abnormally large file size 280mb, instead of the usual 10kb - 20kb.

I am trying to download from source the "Cataphote Rear Wave Dents".By default, the normal maps are not downloading.I can modify the source in the webplayer. But how can you save your own preset and download your own preset with the normal map?

Hello, for about a month I've notice that in the Substance 3D Assets website, the items are not loaded till the end whatever family I choose or if I do a personal search. The engine loads 20 or 30 items and then it stops while the loading icon on the bottom reamins active. Even if I reload the page the problem persists.Maybe you have a server issue? I am surprised that nobody posted anything about it till now.Thanks in advance,Dionysios -

I subscribed to the 3d plan to transfer over about 700 source asset points. Can I refund the subscription and keep the points? Do I need to wait 14 days and then I can cancel? I've read elsewhere my points will be reset to zero if I do that. I'd just like to keep the points without spending extra money on a subscription for no reason since it won't be used.Thanks

I have had this issue several times already, I never had a Substance Allegorhithmic account, yet when I login online into my adobe account, I am most often than not, not able to access my download points. Just today I saw I had enough remaining, but when I visit the site again suddenly, even though I am logged it, and there can not be any confusion with a Substance account, since I never had one, I am not able to access my points. Sorry for repeating myself. Accidentally I sometimes am able fix it again, by logging in a different way, for example by pressing "launch" in the Creative Cloud desktop app on "Substance 3D Assets". However now it doesn't work that way either. What I fail to understand is why the website is not able the verify what benefits I am eligible to, and which not, even though I am logged in. Can someone explain to me the correct way to login to the Adobe website?

I used to have a lot of substance points, but after I clicked migrate, the adobe account did not increase the previous points. And I can't log in to my substance account. 

Using the CC app (CC Library 3.19.8.2) it is impossible to download a material or send it to Painter. I can "lisence" it (the word appears once I've clicked the asset) but if I try to download/send it just enters an eternal loading animation. If I X out of that I get a small red box saying "failed to send asset {}". 

Hi! I have a perpetual license for Substance Painter 2019, and was wondering if I could move that license over to my Adobe account, since Substance3D's legacy website is being shut down later this year and I'd like to keep having access to the license key when needed.

Hello, I'm running into a very recent issue which appears to only impact some of the newer materials provided in the Adobe Stock (formerly known as Substance Source). I find myself unable to import certain new materials - such as "Metal Air Vent Escher" - either via the option to 'send to Painter' or by downloading and manually importing the resources. The error I am getting is attached as an image to this post. It unfortunately doesn't provide any hints as to what might cause this issue. Many older materials can be imported or sent to Painter perfectly fine, and a lot of new materials also seem to work, but so far I've tried 3 different 'air vent' hard surfaces and each one gives the same problems.

I need to simulate wood cutting.I found in substance source Oak Wood Varnished     As you can see there no wood end grain (wood ring). How can I fix it? or other material can simulate wood cutting? ThankTravis

Several users try logging into : https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/ But get an error message that reads: The users have valid Substance 3D collection licenses assigned to their email addresses which they are using to try to log in.The same credentials worked to license their adobe apps. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks  

OK. It's not about whch password i'm using, I can't eneter any password. I have a creative cloud, adobe and substance desiner password.  Doesn't matter what I use (I'm not allowed to enter anything, it's just a spinning blue login arrow forever. I havent typed a thing, it's there spinning when the page opens.). SEE PIC I tried coming in through the internet, through substance designer and theough the CC. Doesn't mater always the same spinning arrow over login.  And it never, ever, ends. Help. LOL

Hi Would somebody be able to explain how i go about downloading substances from the substance library now Adobe has merged?I have an adobe license that is run by my IT team, which i normally just log into adobe with and download whatever software i need. However, when i go to https://substance3d.adobe.com/  it still tells me i need to sign up to download 😞 .   Under my account it says im a 'user' and the IT team is a 'viewer'. Do they need to link an account or something? thanks for your helpNick

I have a subscription license for the Substance suite, but I am unable to acivate the installed software, because the licenses are accessible on creativecloud.adobe.com, and I need to log in with substance3d.com account.I am using Linux, which is shows as a supported platform on Substance3D.com.

So I am a student at SCAD and they have a partnership with adobe to provide us students with adobe products, but I needed to buy some materials for Substance Painter and didn't have any credits to download them. I subscribed to the monthly plan in order to get the credits and the payment went through successfully with a confirmation email and everything, but the plan does not show up in my adobe account and it does not recognize that I bought a subscription when I open the Substance 3D Assets webpage. I'm thinking it's because the student account plan and the subscription are conflicting with each other? I'm not sure how to fix it, at this point I'd just like to refund the subscription but I can't contact Adobe Support because I am "not the organization administrator" on my plan (I'm assuming that SCAD is the admin). Any help would be much appreciated! 

I had a subscription last year from May 2021 - Nov 2021 but had issues with my credit card so the subscription lapsed. I had not used any of my downloads for at least 4 months. I resubscribed this month and started over and I'm wondering if the downloads don't roll over from month to month? As in, if I don't use all my downloads in the same month, will I lose them? If they DO roll over, is there a way I can get the downloads from my previous subscription onto my new subscription? It's the same exact account just with a different credit card,

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had knowledge on Substance 3D assets (points). Is there an option to share assets between adobe team members. If my teammate and I are collabrating on a project and I send them a file which includes a material they dont have liscensed will the file open?

let me get this straight.... to be able to transfer my 749 points, which I have paid for through YEARS of subscription, now it turns out that I have to SUBSCRIBE AGAIN to not lose them? seriously? I am really confused, I don't want to spend 749 points that I have been saving to download things that I need, on anything as long as I don't lose them. Seriously Adobe, was this the best way to keep customers? I've been thinking for a while whether to keep using these tools or move to more user friendly ecosystems... this doesn't help. Do I really have to re-subscribe to keep those points? do I have to keep subscribing to be able to use them in the future? or by subscribing for a month, will I be able to keep the points and use them even if I don't have an active subscription?

I'm getting this error when trying to download an SBSAR from Substance3d.Was working last week and I have the correct profile selected and I get the same error in a different browser on a different machine.

Hello, I am unable to successfully link my Substance Account to my Adobe account. After logging in with my Substance account, I click 'Link your Substance account to Adobe' and it brings up a small window with a blue Login with Adobe button. After clicking this button, however, it just logs me out of the Substance account with no further way to input my Adobe credentials. Even if I follow up with a manual login into Adobe, my points and assets are not transferred. I have tried this in both Chrome and Edge. Thanks for any information.

I have been unable to successfully access the source.substance3d site that contains all of the 3d assets. Each time I try, I successfully log in and choose my profile but then I am immediately booted back to the log in page once the source site loads. I have tried this on two different computers with both safari and chrome. I have also tried it with each browsers private mode with no success of accessing the site. Any help would be great. This is an on going situation I have had for the last two weeks and needs to be resolved.
