Creative Cloud desktop

My adobe photoshop is not downloading the files from Adobe Cloud. When i try to download, it stucks and do not process. First i thought it might be a RAM issue so i upgraded from 16GB to 32GB. After upgrading the RAM the issue is not yet resolved and such a great bottleneck within fast pace work system. I Have tried every thing to bring it back on track but after everything it is still not downloading files from cloud.Any solutions and guide would be appreciated. Thanks

It can take 20 seconds or more to move from image to image. Sometimes I have to switch between images to get edits to show. The remove tool, spins and spins. When it finally catches up only part of the selections shows. 

I keep getting a message in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop "There was a Problem loading some of the content".When I click on the Pre-release tab I only see the pre-release for Illustrator not any other pre-release apps. When I look in the folderC:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE the only folder it contains is \PDApp.I have deleted the app and reinstalled it.I have logged out and back in again and repaired the installation.Can you advise how to fix this.

Hello,    Before this inevitably gets taken down, allow me to vent about how Adobe is one of the worst companies to exist. When I first got into digtial media design in college, the CCS was pushed to every student so that we could complete projects.. IF you made the mistake of buying any app for a monthly fee, or assuming that you could cancel without paying an early cancellation fee, you're sorely mistaken. AND, AND, Adobe loves to do this thing where, upon trying to cancel your fee, they try to keep you paying for their service, so they offer you a discount price for the next few months, or even just a few months free! How sweet of them! Hey, I have an insane idea haha, why don't you just take the money that you wouldv'e lost giving me a discount/free months, and just [cursing removed] REFUND ME FOR THE TIME I AM NOT USING THE PROGRAM. Anyways, [cursing removed] thank you for the time 🙂

Comment modifier le disque d’installation des applications photoshop et lightroom. J’ai essayé de suivre la procédure décrite dans https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/download-install/apps/manage-installed-apps/change-install-location-creative-cloud-apps.html mais rien ne se passe quand j’installe les mises à jour.Je voudrais installer les applications sur D:/ program files au lien de C:/program Merci d’avance

Photoshop Ver 27.6 is giving me this error saying it cannot load measurment scale presets. I can open old files but it i save then or make a new copy I cannot open them again. How do I fix this?

Depuis quelques jours je constate que l’application Creative Cloud empêche d’installer dans un temps raisonnable les apps. plus de 24h !!!!!!!Dois je désinstaller et reinstaller Creative cloud ? PS message d’erreur en PJ Par avance merciThierry 

For a few months now, the Updates for any of the CC desktop apps have been, and are still, VERY slow to download. And then, it will stall out anywhere from ¼ to ½ way through the download.Adobe acknowledges this by having a “pop-up” message at the bottom of the screen stating there is a problem and they are working/trying to resolve the issue.I have cancelled the downloads, restarted the computer and restarted the whole update process but to no avail. I have done this multiple times and what is puzzling, is that after I do all this, I have to re-install the apps, which I was trying to update, and the download process (of installing the apps from scratch) works just fine … and is installed with the latest updates.It’s just the “Updating” process that has a problem.It is not my computer causing this as all my other apps run and update just fine … and it is not my Internet connection which speed tests at around 170Mbps DL / 40Mbps UL.So, Adobe … why is this happening? Estoy desde la mañana intentando entrar a Ilustrator y Photoshop y se queda cargando sin respuesta alguna. Desintale los programas y pasa lo mismo, intente desintalando el Adobe Creative Cloud pero de igual manera sigue pasando el mismo problema. 

I have a new laptop and since then in Photoshop I am not getting a border/frame around my images.How do I fix this please. Thanks in anticipation Susan

This is just one of the errors i get. I have had several issues where when using photoshop, my computer will give me the error in the screen shot, or it just completely freezes and restarts the entire computer. I can not open more than 2 photos at a time or it happens more often. This is the ONLY software this happens with. I have been having this issue for months and i kept hoping updates would resolve but nothing. I originally reached out to support and they had me change my driver to my GPU, which did not resolve the issue either and being that this is not my main source of income I do not have the time to consistently reach out to a software company that I pay for (with zero tax write offs) to ask them to fix this issue. I saw someone with the RTX 3050 is also having a similar issue I have the RTX 3060. please help!

The eMail from message@adobe.com regarding Creative Cloud ("We have received your Creative Cloud Pro payment") contains a link error. The "Print invoice" link in the eMail leads to https://accounts.adobe.com/fi/plans/xxxxxx, which does not work. The correct address is https://account.adobe.com/fi/plans/xxxxxx. I have reported this issue before. Could you please fix this link error? Thank you!

Long time subscriber to Cretaive Cloud, but just recently saw the advertised "50% discount" to dropbox. I am already a subscriber to Dropbox. I contacted them and discovered that if one is already a subscriber, then there is NO 50% discount. Coming on the heels of a 50% increase in CC rates, this game playing by dropbox is disappointing and CC should mention that if you already subscribe to dropbox, no 50% discount for you. It is only for new subscribers.

I was having a persistent error in Creative Cloud Desktop "Libraries Sync Error. A problem occurred. Your library has been refreshed." I think the error was due to a corrupted file in my library. After trying a whole bunch of stuff I finally found a fix that worked. Note: This resets your libraries to their default empty state so you'll need to rebuild your libraries.1. Quit the Adobe Creative Cloud application2. Go into Task Manager/Activity Monitor and quit any processes that belong to Creative Cloud (not sure if this is entirely necessary but it doesn't hurt.)3. Go to the location of the library files:Win - C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud LibrariesMac - /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Creative Cloud Libraries4. Drag all of the files out of this folder to somewhere else on your drive5. Restart computer and Creative Cloud Desktop 

InDesign is doing this semi freeze thing when I place or replace images. Random images and random formats. The background task hoop turns on and I can do somethings sometimes but not always. If I close everything then close the program there is a message but it's up for a half a second, dissapears and then a new start window opens and refuses to do anything else. I have to "End Task" to get it to close. I've deleted tempfiles, uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off GPU, and did that Ctrl + Alt + Shift thing.

When I find out there’s an updated version of a Photoshop plugin I use (in this case Web Sharp Pro), and I hit Manage Plugins in Photoshop to open Creative Cloud--or if I open Creative Cloud directly, and go to Manage Plugins--the page takes forever trying to load, and ends with “Something went wrong. If reloading the page doesn’t fix the problem, please contact customer support for help.” and a Reload Page button. Hitting that button doesn’t reload the page though, it takes me to the Featured Plugins page, and there’s no way to open Manage Plugins and reload the page.When I search for the app to do the upgrade manually, it just gives me the Install button (it’s already installed, of course)--pressing that sends it to try and install the app, which fails after about five to ten minutes of trying.Once several weeks ago, after an update to Creative Cloud, it worked perfectly and the plugin was updated; but since then there have been several new versions, and I’m still on the old version.

I’ve recived an e-mail that my cancel plan request has been approved, but I didn’t asked for it. I’ve paid for 12 months, there are 10 months left but now I don’t have any active plan. Please help me, I don’t know why and how this bug occured 

in the update of photoshop 27.6 action not run properly for exemple when  i up the colors throw action and i want to use fade for set the color range the fade command not working.. and action panel totly chnge and dificult to oprate this

I have been experiencing inconsistent behavior when using multilingual input (especially Japanese IME) across several Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.The same OS and IME settings produce different results depending on the application. Examples include unexpected mode switching, premature text commitment, or differences in how the composition state is handled.This makes multilingual input difficult to use reliably in a Creative Cloud workflow.I would like to know if: this is a known issue there are any recommended settings for stable multilingual input the behavior differences between applications are expected If needed, I can share additional observations.Thank you.
