When I try and load the Frame.io (v4) panel in Premiere, it give me the "Get Started" prompt to login to my account. Then, when I click the "Get Started" button, it changes to the message "Authenticating, please continue in the browser". Except, no browser window ever pops up to have me log in. Tried numerous times, tried changing my default browser to something else, tried restarting Premiere and tried restarting the computer. Nothing changes.
Running Premiere Pro 25.6.3
Frame.io account is v4

Hi @bacreative
Have you tried logging out of th Adobe Account complelety and then restarting the app, log into your Adobe account then try FrameIO v4 again. If that does not help checked the secruity settings on your Mac to be sure nothing has changed in the Secruity and Privacy section. I attempeted this and was able to log in through safari on an M3 Max Tahoe 26.0.1.

Have now tried that and it still didn't work. However, I reinstalled the Frame.io V4 Comments "plugin" from the marketplace and that worked, but it's a completely different panel inside of Premiere. I was attempting to use the native panel. But I guess for now I'll use this one until they fix it.
On a related note, I checked the Premiere Pro Beta native panel, and it worked with no problem whatsoever. So it's gotta be something with the current shipping version of Premiere.

Okay - quick follow update. Just tried the panel again inside of the non-beta Premiere. And something happened that it now works. This is a little maddening. Once I ran the panel inside of Beta, then closed beta, the panel in non-beta functions. So strange.

@Patrick Southern @BJ Warshaw @Suvo Sur - Have you seen this behavior?

Yep - Try deleting the com.adobe.frameio.token in Keychain Access and reauthenticate again. (You may need to restart Premiere Pro.)
