Can't download license record

I have licensed an image, but it is not showing up in my License History when I search for the image ID. When I look at the image’s page, it says the license has been transferred and “Re-download for free,” which indicates for me that it was indeed licensed. But when I go to license history and search for the image ID, nothing comes up. I do not have multiple accounts.I have tried logging out and then logging back in.I have tried searching license history for the last three days.In the past, images that I have licensed do show up in License History.I don’t seem to be able to start over and license the image again, because it’s already licensed. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Suspect AI generated vector images.Open for Voting

Many vector assets are falsely described as “Editable Stroke” or not marked as AI Generated and after downloading turn out to be either live-traced slop or AI generate and not usable for my needs. I make sure to toggle ‘Exclude GenAI Content” on every search as I don’t want any AI generated images. This is a waste of credits. Hi there I was told by the Adobe staff to write this compalint here: I find the image censoring on Adobe Stock far too loose compared to other stock sites. As many general searchs such as "travel glamour" reslut in  very sexualised photos of women - I really don't wish to see images like this on a regular basis. Is there a way you can implement that users of your product don't continually come across these images.This is across the board not just in particular searches.

I upload vertical videos in 4K and have noticed that my files are displayed with the following dimensions: A bug in the search results for 4K vertical videos.HD: 1080 × 1920 pixels4K: 2160 × 3840 pixelsHowever, when I apply the “Vertical Video” filter and "4k filter" in Adobe Stock search, no my videos appear. The videos I do see under that filter are listed as:HD: 1080 × 1920 pixels4K: 3840 × 2160 pixelsSuppose this is all "old vertical" videos. The 4K dimensions shown in the filtered results appear to be in landscape orientation, which seems inconsistent with the “Vertical Video” filter. I’m concerned that this may be why my vertical 4K videos are not appearing in those search results. Could you please check whether my (and most another) videos are being classified correctly and whether there is an issue with the search filter or the way video dimensions are displayed?I.e., if you don’t check the “4K” option, my videos appear in the search results, including via the “vertical video”

Just a like button. Creators will be notified of which of their images are liked by users so they make more of the correct type of images. Sometimes I want to follow a specific user, but they only have a few items that I like. If they knew which items people like the most, there is a stronger possibility they’ll create more of that type of image. (I also had an illustrator friend tell me the same thing).

Adobe stock is no longer fit for professional use due to the proliferation of generative AIOpen for Voting

The subject header says it all really. Working on an environmental documentary series that cannot use any generative AI images. Due to the amount of un labelled gen AI video, I'd decided against using any Adobe stock. However, I needed a few additional videos and went against my better instincts to download some previews. Then today I was dropping some of these into a timeline and out of the ten I'd downloaded, something seemed off and upon closer inspection at least 3 were gen AI . The responsibility shouldnt fall upon the user to police this, it should fall upon Adobe. Any supplier who cannot provide some form of proof of authenticity for non AI conetent shouldnt be allowed to label it as such. End of story. These very nearly went into the final cuts and as gen AI gets harder to spot it's going to become more of a problem.

I was searching stock for “cute chick” and asked it to exclude AI generated images and exclude humans, but the search still showed some (nearly) x-rated content and humans.

Liebe Community, liebes Adobe-Team, wir wissen bereits, dass wir über die Lizenzübersicht alle von uns erworbenen Bilder (über 3.600, zum Teil auch von Fotolia) finden können und bei Bedarf einen  gesonderten Lizenznachweis über den Kundenservice anfordern können. Trotzdem würden wir gerne die Lizenzübersicht bei uns archivieren, um ggf. auch in ferner Zukunft stets zuverlässig darauf zugreifen zu können. Gibt es die Möglichkeit, die komplette Lizenzübersicht in vereinfachter Form herunterzuladen (bspw. als Excel-Datei) bzw. sie sich vom Kundenservice zusenden zu lassen? Vielen Dank für die Hilfe und herzliche Grüße,Barbara
