Sorry about that. I am trying to download Flash Pro 5.5 Professional and the estimated time is 12 minutes. So far the progress has been pretty smooth. At the risk of stating the obvious, can you check the download speed on your computer? If that's great, then you can contact customer support (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/) or wait for a response on this forum.

Can you try resetting preferences? Double-click the desktop icon, press and hold SHIFT-CONTROL-ATL keys untill a dialog box is displayed. Click Yes.

If you don't find anyone else answering your question soon, use the Contact Us page (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/). You can use the options on this page, or wait till a chat window appears to talk to chat with a customer support person.

Did you uninstall Photoshhop before trying to install it again. If you haven't done it already, uninstall Photoshop 10 and Adobe AIR, and reinstall Photoshop. If you have already done that and it did not help, let us know.

Is it looking for CS4? Can you try deactivating the CS4 on your old computer, install CS4 on your new computer, activate it, and then install CS5? Maybe you want to wait for someone on this forum for a better answer.
