Hi, It is possible that Bridge is running in the background due to which you are having this problem: If you are on Windows, follow the steps below to fix the issue: 1. Navigate to the task manager. (right click on the taskbar and click on task manager). 2. In the task manager dialog, click on the "processes" tab at the top. 3. Click on "Show processes from all users". (this is at the bottom of the dialog) 4. Look for a process named "Bridge.exe" in the list of processes. 5. Select bridge.exe and click on end process. Reinstall the application. Hope this helps.
