Hi johannesk17091359, I understand that when you sign in to your Creative Cloud Desktop app, you are getting Start Trial option . Firstly, I would suggest you to make sure that you are signed in with the correct email id to your CC desktop app and if still gives you the same issue then please follow the below link. Stop Creative Cloud from reverting to trial mode Along with this, make sure that there is no Adobe listings in your hist file. If so, please remove them.
