Adobe apps will not work properly if you use the migration assistant to install the apps. Yuu need to use the migration assistant to only move your data and non-Adobe apps, and then properly install your Adobe apps. If it is an Adobe app that uses a serial number, the only way to deactivate it is to open the app on the computer with the same hardware and operating system on which it was installed. You can't deactivate a serial number app from your Adobe account.

Stabilize the clip and export to an intermediate codec like ProRes. Then import that to Premiere Pro.

You may be able to do the removal with After Effects. Inserting other items could be done using Premiere Pro and keyframing (and rotoscoping in After Effects, if necessary), but it would be a very tedious and time consuming project.
