AI provides 4 standard sizes for Web, with the  "minimum" size of 1024 x 768. Why wouldn't you want to go smaller than that? Is it possible to do the following in Captivate? 1) The user is given a line drawing and a set of swatches. 2) The user drags and drops the swatches or does some other action that results in the paths being colored in. For example: 3) Version one, this is assigned as a "creativity" task, there is no "right" answer, for example, perhaps instead of what you see above, the user might have preferred to create this color scheme: 4) Version two, this is assigned as a quiz question to test the users understanding of a color harmony "rule". Hello, I hope this is the right place to ask these questions. I am commissioning the development of an app that will generate color schemes according to classical rules of harmony. I would like the user to be able to specify the output medium using ICC profiles, so that the app knows the gamut of colors to select from.  Q1: Are there color management or color engine solutions out there that can be used for this purpose? I don't want my app developer to reinvent the wheel for this part of the project if instead he/she could purchase/download a solution that someone has already developed and tried out. I'm helping a family get ready for a memorial service. They have some photos taken with a 3MP camera; they'd like to print them at 8x10 or 11x14. Adorama indicates that minimum for 11x14 is 240 dpi, which works out to 2640 x 3360 pixels, or 8.9MP. But, the files I have are around 1375 x 1750 pixels. Is there an upsampling routine in PS that is worth trying in this circumstance? Also, I've read about doing upsampling in a sequence - first going up to 5.5 x 7, then up to 8.25 x 10.5, then finally 11 x 14. The theory being that a series of smaller upsamples is better than one big one. Any substance to that idea? And, finally: is there any way to preview on-screen the amount of pixelation I'll get before sending the files off to the lab? ... View more
