Another current project with thousands of clips from different origins with different framerate... I forgot the hell it was in Premiere Pro to deal with interpret footage and proxies, and the dozens of hours lost on a bug this dumb. I have the feeling everyone lost hope on this.

@goutos19 its not in the file you sent so its not saved with it in place. I opened the Liquify filter with the mesh on and its clean. Try doing this again using the steps I outlined.

Still encountering this in latest version v22. Fix that works for me is to: 1.) Open the nested clip 2.) Cut the entirety of it. 3.) Open sequence with nested clip. (shouldn't freeze now) 4.) Disable the nested clip. 5.) Reopen the nested clip. 6.) Paste back the nested clips contents. This allows me to go to the sequence without it freezing.

Thanks for your input, it's really interesting indeed. To give some additional explanation about the structure, which is really simple, to be honest. We do have about 30 video files in one folder and the project has usually one Sync Sequence and one Edit Sequence, where we use the Sync Sequence as multicam. Sometimes another Export sequence for the final post production effects or credits. That isn't even very complex if you compare this to a movie, which has hundreds of takes and files to process. This allows us to do all synchronisation with audio and color correction in the Sync sequenz, so the edit sequence will only include the raw cuts and the effects we need for that specific clip. Neither CPU, GPU or even memory is anywhere near to be overloaded. We have 64GB of RAM and usually between 20 and 30 Gbyte are used. GPU Load is minimal and CPU is usually at 5-10%. During the procedure of editing like i did in my demo video not a single number goes up. The software just waits an eternity to come back after i clicked with the mouse and adjusted the position of a cut or tracks. This is the same behaviour on all of our machines, which have a simular configuration. So no performance is used from the PC, it's just the internal management of that many cuts and creating the UNDO/REDO Buffers. But the fact, that the PC power is more than enough to handle this, is an indication of bad programming. I may try to save one of the project files and test this one out with all assets being offline and not effects installed. I would suggest this will be as slow as with all the files actually online, because the number of cuts the program needs to handle is the same.

Did that! Will let you know if it helps. I also changed from default output to a manual selection of output. My other soundcard is mostly not on. Only used for recording. Thx already!

Resetting did not help. I have this problem already for a few versions. Even with content exceeding the canvas, when I don't move my object the mesh should respect the actual pixels it was applied upon!

Hi Neil, Thank U very much for your quick response. Yes, I will start a new thread. I'm quite new with Premiere (I've been using it for around 6 months. Previously, I used to work with Sony Vegas Pro. I'm planning on upgrading my system soon, but meanwhile I will have to deal with this little problem.😩 Have a great day and I hope to hear from you again.👍 Thank you for your business, Sales Department CYEM Services (239) 691-6520

Hi Joost, I do have this when the Wacom tablet is unplugged. I also use a monogram controller, but I unplugged as much as I could. The problem remained. Sometimes I do not have it when PP en AE are open. But when I open Media Encoder, it starts again. Thx

Mine is on Windows. Anyway, the feature is really nice. Before I used Image Processor Pro from Russel Brown. It worked but was not perfect. The export panel is a big improvement.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. I understand you are unable to edit or get the preview for the .prproj file inside After Effects. Did you create the Premiere Pro project and After Effects project on the same computer? Did you update either of the applications after linking the projects dynamically? Where have you saved the projects and the media files used? Let us know. Thanks, Shivangi

karols74747332 wrote No ones talking about printing invoices. We want them automatically emailed every month.... therefore your answer was not helpful because it does not pertain to the topic. Sorry, but neither I‘m talking about printing. KanikaS is refering to an article telling you how to download the invoice. The article is titled „PRINTING...“ but basically if you look into the article, it talks about how to find and download the invoice. After downloading you can print or not print the invoice. That‘s your choice. And yes the topic is „getting the invoiced e-mailed“ which is one possible solution. The problem with e-mails is that they get lost in spam, deleteed, do not arrive the destination because the mailbox is full etc etc. Going to fetch the invoice is the better solution. I agree, that means that you need to take some action.
