You need to save your action set to .atn file using the action panel in the old version. You then load the .atn set into the new installation using the action panel menu.

Kevin Stohlmeyer says to disable the GPU. However, doing that opens up the files (yay!) but it screws up my On1 plug-ins so they launch with a blank screen. I get the message shown below when I start up the Mac each morning and try to open any file, then have to restart and it all works fine after that. What is the solution to keeping the GPU on and getting rid of this "program error"? I tried a chat with Adobe tech support and got nowhere with the tech.

This method doesn't seem to work with Illustrator 2021 in Big Sur 11.4. The only FEX plugin working is the one for InDesign.

What are your computer specs? OS, Graphics Card(s), RAM, available HD space, VRAM, etc.
Have you updated your On1 software to match the version you are using? They do not carry over from PS 2020 version to PS 2021 version.
You can download previous versions (1 back) of Adobe application - here are the directions:

There is no crash report for InDesign. There is a crash report for Acrobat. It shows the Acrobat app has been modified since it was signed. Check console for disk errors. Consider whether you may have malware. Consider if you nnstalled any Acrobat add-on. Then uninstall Acrobat and reinstall it. Do not reinstall until uninstall success.

WHEN PROFITS OUTWAY DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE In fiscal year 2019, Adobe achieved record annual revenue of $11.17 billion, which represents 24 percent year-over-year growth. ADOBE STOCK IS A SCAM!!! This has really changed my opinion of Adobe.... I have paid for the assets but they're taken away from me if I don't keep paying,,, great way to make extra money for Adobe,,, I don't think many customers will be happy with this irregular model. IS ANYONE LISTENING... Shantanu Narayen (president and CEO), would you like to comment? I can just about make a living but this has left me out of pocket.... I AM CANCELLING ADOBE STOCK AND WILL MAKE SURE I TELL ALL MY CLIENTS AND FRIENDS WHO NEED ANY STOCK CONTENT TO STAY WELL AWAY.

Hi, Here, we could suppose each "entity" including a no-break setting [logical!]! its "semantic" structure is simple, … no need soft-returns! … So, apparently 2 entities per line! … To avoid a "even number" entity to "jump" to the next line, it's really simple and you could "correct" this just in 1-click on all the doc! How? Search for all entities couples; if their "lines" parent = 2, modify their "justification" until = 1! … To do that, you'll need a [simple] script!
