Hi,I am running a Teams Project, all Team Members (3) are on 23.1 While I (project owner) see, whenever collaborators are online, my colleague does not "see" any collaborators, and receives an error message when clicking on the collaborators icons. There was a problem loading collaborators for this Team Project. Please try again later. This results in squence-lock not happening (I assume because my collaborators project thinks noone else is working) and various sync problems (duplicate sequences etc.) As I understand from reading in this forum, Teams Projects in 23.1 are not reliable currently. Is it safe to install 23.0 and open the current Teams Project there? Thanks!Max
I inherited a Teams project where proxies were made from MXF, MP4 and MOV files. My issue is the file path isnt properly working and premiere only recognizes a different folder than the one attached to it. I have offline the media, detached the proxies, created news ones, while that has corrected some of my issues, I still find when I reveal in finder some folders are still connected to a folder that's not correct. What am I missing?
Issues with Team Project after 2020 Update We updated several of our edit bays to 2020 this yesterday morning. The update itself went normal. After the update we attempted to edit several team-shared projects we have been working on over the past couple of months in 2019 with no issues. This is where the trouble started. Opening one of the shared projects we noticed that all bins and bin structure was missing. About 30 seconds later we were presented with an error dialog message of: “There was an error auto-saving the changes you’ve made in the last 10 minutes.” To exit out of the message we clicked the “ok” button. Once done, the message went away, kinda. The message kept popping back up. At this point the only way forward was to “force quit” Adobe Premiere. Exit or Save and Exit did not work. Thinking this was an issue with this one edit bay we attempted the same process in another edit bay. Same result. In addition to no bin structure
Hello, I thought to try the team project on this job, so i set a project and tried inviting my friend at three different emails, he is not receiving any invite email. I tried his adobe account email (hotmail) as well as other. Do we need any special account type to make this work? Can we not generate a link to send manualy? thanks /J
Hoping to get some useful insight and assistance to an on going issue while using Teams.I inherited a Production project with multiple Project bin folders that all have sequences and assets related to that particular project. To be transparent, there are 18 project folder bins not including project bin folders that are duplicated or copied, I have to mention I'm on a server where all of this media is stored.I've tried to convert from Production to Teams to create a better workflow but when I open one of the new project bin folders, assets are created (all related to this particular folder). The conver went well except to discover some of the media was actually missing from some sequences..not offline but missing clips. This has caused days of delay. I eventually dumped all of the footage from the server to a external drive in hopes I can avoid additional issues...nope, the same thing happens again. I hear teams can't handle multiple Project bin folders with stored assets.Con
Hi, i just download the new version of Premiere and i have not idea of how it works the collaborations with collegue in team project. Are there any tutorial? We want to work on the cloude cause we want are free to share all the projects and works everywhere we are. Thanks a lotCarola
Hey All! I am working on a project that has been converted to a team project and shared with me. All the media is missing from the timeline. Any tips on how to save/share a project but keep the media built into the timeline?
Hello from Greece! Premiere Pro 23.1 Team Projects use Mercury Playback Engine Software Accelearation as default. Configuration: Intel i9 12Gen - 128GB RAM - AMD Radeon 6800XT - MacOs Monterey 12.1 So, every time I open the program, I have to switch it to Metal in order to work properly and for the render line to be yellow and not red. This was also tested on my partner's system, with Windows and OpenCL, and he had the same problem, so it could be a cross-platform issue. Could you please address this issue? As it could be really confusing for someone who hasn't discovered it. Thanks, Stavros Symeonidis [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum, as TP has its own forum. Though it doesn't yet have the 'bugs/ideas' options yet, the TP devs do monitor this directly.]
Hi, I've been working in the Teams enviornment with three other editors since July. Recently, one sequence being worked on by another member of the team is reading "view only." The other editor has updated/published, I've updated/published. We've both turned our systems off and reloaded everything (multiple times), but Teams will not let me into his sequence confining it to "view only." No other sequence that he's working on or any other member of the team is blocking me like this. It's as if Premiere Teams is stuck. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help! Seems to be a bug in the markers system. I will create markers in my PP teams project and publish. When I reopen the project, the markers have dissappeared. This is happeneing in many projects over a long period. Our workaround seems to be my colleague opening the project on his mac, altering the meta data slightly and then sharing his changes. Is this a bug, or is there a way to keep my labels?
Folks - help... we're working on a feature doc and we just ran into the exact problem outlined in this thread from several years ago:https://community.adobe.com/t5/team-projects-discussions/team-projects-connection-lost/td-p/8755294I am the group administrator - nothing has changed on settings or the project itself. This just happened randomly at one of our team's system. Update and Publish buttons keep blinking on and off and Premiere itself cannot Update or Publish.MacBook ProApple M1 Max64GB RAM
The team project I created in 23.1 has been working just fine until yesterday afternoon. The connection now comes and goes every few seconds, and won't stay connected long enough to publish or update changes. Nothing has changed on the network side, all is working as it should. I was able to update and publish changes last night after a hard reboot of the computer but today that has not been the case. Any suggestions?
I have two mac computers. I'm logged into Adobe Cloud with the same email address on both. I only use Premiere. I'm trying to have one Team Project I can sync back and forth. When I saved one Team Project on one computer (and published it), I can't see it on the other computer. Why is this? How do I get it fixed?MacBook Pro & Mac Pro (Tower). Newest Mac OSes. Newest version of Premiere. TO REPRODUCE: 1) Create a paid account on Adobe.com. $79/user. I have 4 or 5 seats at this level. 2) Install Premiere and Creative Clound on Mac_1 and Mac_2 3) Sign into Adobe account on Mac_1 and Mac_2 CC and Premiere desktop software. 4) Mac_1. Premiere. Create a Team Project. 5) Load that Team Project full of data. Publish 6) Launch Premiere on Mac_2 7) Open "Open Team Project" THE PROBLEM: I can never see the project from Mac_1. EXPECTATION: I can download and open that project on Mac_2. [Moderator not
In Team projects in Premiere 2023, everytime I quit and come back to the team project. The Team Project settings under File / Team Project Settings / Options / Video Rendering and Playback revert to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only. Wich cause the option Display Color Management in the Preferences / General to get greyed out. The playback of the Tproject gets unusuable and it becomes impossible to do color correction. Please fix it.iMac Pro (2017)3GHz 10-Core Intel Xeon W64 GB DDR4Radeon Pro Vega 64 16 GBJPchef-editor / technical director CBC-Montreal
Working on Adobe Premiere Teams with another editor we both have Mac M1 Ultra chips systems... We believe we found a bug - we can replicate this in both systems and it happens every time.... Every time either of us opens a Teams project we're sharing all timelines appear Red and the systems have a hard time scrubbing through them in real time (indicating they have to be rendered before previewing - which should not be the case with the footage we're working with), but when we go to team project settings/options/Video Rendering and playback set the GPU to Mercury Playback Metal... the timelines reset themselves to yellow. The problem becomes even more strange that if we close Premiere and open again - the timelines are back again to red... again we go into project settings/options/Video Rendering... but now... Premiere remembers that it's supposed to be set to Mercury playback... it doesn't allow us to change it... but to re-set the timelines to yellow both of us have to push 'ok
Hey all, Upon opening a team project, all of the Rendered Preview Files are gone and its a red bar across the entire timeline. I have went to FILE -> TEAM PROJECT SETTINGS -> SCRATCH DISKS and made sure that it is pulling from the appropriate place. It is not sustainable to have to re-render each time opening the project as that would take hours. Advice? Thanks [Moderator note: moved to best forum.]
Hello everybodyI heard that the Magento2 "MCOM" module ( is the order management system) will not be supported anymore as of July 2023. I would like to ask you if anyone already planned to replace it and with which product. Thanks a lot
We are a team of freelancers and it happens quite often that we works on the same video project.Sharing a common Team Project on Premiere would be amazing for us so sound guy/colorist and editors can share the same timeline. The problem is that we all have CC subscription but we are not a team of the same brand so we do not have the team subscription and we cannot share projects. How could we share CC projects? We are a network of professionists. It is a shame that Adobe does not support this feature for us.Any ideas? Thank youAlberto
I have a team project that my partner shared with me however when I go onto the project, the preview says that I don't have anything there even though on my friends' computer it works. What can I do to fix this? [Moderator note: moved to best forum.]
When I want to save my changes and publish my team project, I obviously click on the arrow up (or now the blue button in the latest version) and there should be a small window to confirm my choice. Instead, nothing happens and i can't interact with the screen because the invisible window needs to be closed first. The software knows it's there but I don't see it (it's not behind or dragged out of my monitor screen).TEMPORARY SOLUTION: press TAB + ENTER and the window gets approved and all is saved fine, but I would really like to fix this.Thank you for your help.
I am new to Team Projects. I can't find any information on how to share the media between collaborators. Every time I Publish, my collaborator's media goes offline, and vice versa. Where does the shared media need to be stored, and how do I set that up? Thanks for any help!Julie
Version 21.1.0 build 86, no auto-update configured. Two people using Team Project on a small-ish project that has all resources stored in Creative Cloud.General flow is: user A opens project, pulls down changes as needed (new "update" button) makes changes, publishes video, "publishes project" (new "publish" button) and quits Premiere. User B does same. Users are in frequent contact and are careful never to open same timelines/sequences at same time. Issue:Multiple times since we started using Team Projects (about 2 months), when I've opened Premiere, opened the Team Project and notice everything is slow, red update bars in timeline and when I go check, the Team Project settings have the renderer back to software only (File -> Team Project Settings -> Options -> Video Rendering and Playback) To fix it, I change it to GPU Acclerated (CUDA) and everything is fine, until the next time it reverts.I don't recall this ever happening with normal non-Team p
Hi all, I am new to Team Projects but it is working well collaborating with a fellow editor. I will have 10+ hours of plane time on Sunday, crossing the Atlantic, and am wondering if I can continue editing even though I won't have Internet access. It seems that changes are saved locally (somewhere) and then published? Or is each little edit saved to the Cloud, requiring constant Internet access? I am concerned about not being able to "save" the project locally while working, in case of a crash/restart, since Team projects can't be saved in the same way. Does anyone know how this works, exactly? Would it be safer to create a regular (non-Team) project to work in offline, and later copy things back to the Team project? Or can I safely work offline and then just wait to "publish" my changes once I'm on land/WiFi? Thanks for any guidance.Jen
I am using premier pro 23.1 but it fails to auto save team projects. any solutions ?
I have all my media for a Team Project on a folder on my hard drive. My collaborator has the exact same files with the exact same names in a folder on their hard drive. Yet every time one of us publishes the project and then the other person updates, the media for the person who updates shows up as off line. What am I doing wrong?
