I cannot see "Manage Plans" on my account, so then how can I cancel my free trail, any advice? Thank you

Boa tarde. Há dois meses atrás comprei o plano de 26,86€ da Illustrator. Enquanto estava no free trial, cancelei o plano (cerca de 2h depois de ter subscrito) pois não correspondia às minhas necessidades. Recebi um e-mail com essa confirmação por isso achei que não ia precisar mais, infelizmente já não tenho. percebi que me tinham cobrado, mas achei que fosse só como funciona, primeiro cobrança e depois quando associa que foi cancelado, volta a cair na conta. hoje recebo uma notificação de como 26,86€ saíram da minha conta do ilustrador e reparei que o primeiro mês não foi reembolsado. Não consigo falar com um assistente, mas não posso continuar a pagar 26,86€ por mês e quero um reembolso dos 53,72€ retirados sem aprovação.

My Adobe Premiere Rush subscription has expired. I cancelled my subscription, but my money has been deducted and even the subscription has not been renewed.

I canceled adobe subscription about three months ago. but in my credit card record they are still stealing my money. please don't steal my money adobe company. and give my money back. when I return to my country I will charge the money for me. and the angry part is that they don't provide proper customer center. I have to pay extra money to use that.

El 26 de abril de 2022 inicié la prueba gratuita de InDesign y cancelé el plan el 2 de mayo. Tengo el mensaje de mail de la confirmación de la cancelación: “Hemos procesado la solicitud de cancelación. Tu servicio acabará el 02-mayo-2022 (PT)”. “Abono cancelado” Sin embargo no solo no me han realizado la devolución del cobro inicial, sino que, además, me acaban de cobrar otra mensualidad. Pese a la cancelación y la confirmación de la cancelación mi cuenta en la web de Adobe continúa activa. Como yo he realizado todos los pasos correctamente y el error es de Adobe que no ha procesado la cancelación les ruego que me devuelvan las dos mensualidades que me deben a la mayor brevedad.

Alguém da Adobe, pode me orientar, como conseguir BAIXAR o Photoshop, e como consigo finalizar a compra? My son started a trial by accident for Photoshop express app on my iPhone but when I signed into my Adobe account it came up that I had no plans etc so I thought that meant he had already cancelled the subscription, I had not checked the actual App Store and then today I got an email and a notification from my bank that I was charged £99.99 for yearly subscription. I had to go and cancel the subscription on the App Store too and I have requested a refund. Can anyone help me as I didn't think to check the actual App Store subscriptions and only checked my Adobe account online on their website and thought it was all sorted. Now I'm down £99.99 and in a really bad financial way and can't afford it and I'm freaking out as I have house bills coming out next week.

Hello,On October 12, 2024, I made an order, that was canceled on the same day, like 20 minutes after the payment, that I realized, that an amount of €780.74 was deducted from my bank account, even though I couldn't get past a screen, that didn't let me cancel or modify my plan in any way. In other words, I wasn't able to cancel my plan (annual, prepaid), because My Account site was telling me I needed to update my card details, so I needed to buy it, and then cancel it right away.With that said, I waited for 7 business days, and no money came back. I'm perfectly sure, that the applicable refund (cancel in the first 14 days, get money back) applies to my situation, but still nothing from Adobe's side. No money came back to my bank account. This is a lot of money, and it is very sad to see this stuff happening. I would also like to mention, that the date of the purchase got for some, to me unknown reason, changed to a wrong date of purchase (18th of September 2024), so on the My Acc
