I edited my payment info as advised but there is no button to try and pay so I am now 3 days overdue. I don't want to lose my photos. How can I pay? I was in Thailand when I signed up, so that means I pay slightly differently to most at https://shop.adobe.com/store there is no button ro re-try or option to switch to PayPal. Will you try taking the payment again or not? Surely you should have done so by now as I updated it immediately. I am not currently in Thailand and didn't change to the new country because that seems to cause all sorts of trouble. Plus I don't live in Vietnam, just been here since last March because of covid. I am originally from the UK and that is where I got my debit card, so I could switch to that but I don't have accommodation there (I coulduse whatever address is on the card). I am more likely to move back to Thailand when everything dies down. Please tell me how I can contact someone to pay my subscription. If its not possible to pay is the

How can I get a refund for a yearly subscription thay I didn't sign up for?

I manually cancelled my adobe stock subscription before the trial ended, but in May I was billed for it. I contacted support multiple times. The first 3 representatives prematurely closed the chat for no reason. The last one told me my trial was successfully cancelled. However, I checked my bank account today and I have a $37.99 bill from Adobe stock, as well as an upcoming charge, so I logged in and somehow I was signed up for Adobe stock. I manually cancelled it but I was told I'd be charged a $200 fee. Adobe, please cancel this properly and refund me. This was not an error on my part, there is something wrong with your system or your support reps are not doing their jobs properly (probably both). I refuse to be unfairly charged for these fees. Is there anyone else I can contact? I don't trust the people at helpx.adobe.com/  because they didn't actually cancel my subscription when I asked them to.

I'm looking to pay for a years subscription upfront as opposed to monthly billing. How do I set this up?

Since there is no one I can contact with E-mail at adobe,  so so let me write so everyone can see 🙂   My daughter Emilia, Sweden  (adobe loggin: <email address removed> made an adobe account at the begining of april.  (She was 15 years at the time) The first thing she did, was buy some plans with 1 year subscriptions. (after effect) She saw the little check box "Add a 30-day free trial of Adobe Stock".  " but forgot to cancel the offer after 30 days... so now she has two plans totaling $68 a month for a year..  with no income! she is too young to understand the meaning of the deal.   Emilia only mentioned this for me,  after adobe deducted bout $68 from her account! I can say she was crying when she talked with me,  I had no idea what deal she made with adobe... When I tried to cancel the plans, I saw that she was locked in for a year!!! without my permission!! Hello,I signed up for a free trial on a "Photography plan (20GB)" and then continued to use it. I am satisfied with the software and don't mind the 9,67 EUR a month. BUT then, when another payment of 36,29 EUR came through on my card, I became aware, that apparently I had joined another membership called "Adobe Stock - 10 assets a month". I didn't sign up for anything like this and I decline to pay for this non-sense. I have never used or even downloaded the programs.Apparently, it is a yearly subscription too and it wants a 200 EUR as a cancellation fee. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am not in the financial state to pay for this non-sense.Is there a way where Adobe can cancel this for me right away? Or what should I do?If not, I demand evidence where I can see WHEN and HOW was this new membership started.Thank you!

Hi, can anyone help.I've just seen an amount leave my account of £6.98 in addition to the monthly charge of £9.98.On investigation, I have found that this has been going on for years, it's just simply slipped through the net! Last year was £7.98.After speaking to Adobe they can not find any trace of this on their side, which is really odd as it's for sure legit Adobe.I have several email accounts and one has expired, so I can not get in to see if it was something to do with that, BUT why do ADOBE not have any record of this under my bank account? Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit einer Rückrestattung von Adobe an PayPal. Adobe sagt sie hätten die Rückerstattung am 20.5.2024 in die Wege geleitet und ich solle mich an PayPal wenden, Paypal sagt in ihrem Systhem gibt es dazu keinen Eintrag und ich sollte mich an Adobe wenden... das habe ich jetzt zweimal gemacht immer mit dem gleichen Ergebnis... keiner will's gewesen sein und ich habe Pech gehabt? Ich möchte einfach nur die zugesagt Rückerstattung, was kann ich tun?

My account just existing, I can't delete it, I can't buy a new plan or change it, I can't even look the information about my account. It was banned or blocked or i don't know what happened. Even when I create the account with different email, the issue repeats. Maybe my the internet can't get the access to adobe servers(I don't know how to say it correctly.). Or it's just a bug.

In going through my bank statements I just discovered that I'm being charged $59.99 a month over the past three months for a plan I never intentionally signed up for, OR EVEN USE. I tried to cancel and found out it I would be charged $269 for an early exit. I see that I'm not the only one to fall into the same trap. I find this very disappointing in a well known and well regarded company. Adobe, please make this right.

Signed up for a a trial, canceled, still got charged.They want $150 cancelation charge online.Been calling over and over to cancel.Instead, they are trying to peddle discounts. "3 months for free then you pay again".When I say "no, I want to cancel", I get put back on hold.It's been days. I'm sitting on hold for hours and, finally:They agreed to cancel the service I never signed up for. $100 down the drain. What is happening with Adobe?
