I received benefits from the 23,400 Won plan and changed to the 18,000 Won plan. It is said that if you change the plan, you will get a refund. However, there was no refund. Please refund as soon as possible.

I've placed an order for an additional Acrobat Pro license (which worked???) but now get an alert that "action required" and the "order has not been placed by your account manager at Adobe".  I've taken over for someone who left the company and is no longer available.  How do I find out who the account manager is? And why is this so difficult?!?!

Can I use adobe if I pay using Philippine Pesos while I live in Canada? 

 Hi there, PLEASE BEWARE OF ADOBE SCAM!!! I was offered a 60 day free trial on the 13th October 2022, today I went to cancel this free trial and unfortunately Adobe had automatically subscribed me to a annual pay monthly subscription. I spoke to an agent named 'B' on live chat and told them what had happened, she told me by accepting the 60 day free trial I also accepted an annual subscription plan. I have the email with the 60 days free, but no email or contract about the annual paid plan. I never signed up for one and now I'm being charged monthly and can't cancel without paying a crazy sum of money! When I tried to explain to the agent, they first said the 60 days was a goodwill gensture, which it wasn't as it was a 60 day free trial, and after a discussion she then said they don't have a 60 day free with any of their plans. Hello,I tried the Illustrator plan for free. I have now discovered that two payments have been deducted from me (one for 24.19 euros per month). I have to pay an extra 120 euros to cancel the plan. I have recently fallen extremely ill and cannot afford to pay the term for the Adobe subscription anymore due to medical costs and general living costs, but Adobe refuses to let me out of the term agreement regardless. Do I somehow find a way to battle this in court + sue for damages or is there a peaceful way to help the company understand when you're completely out of financial/life control and release the term without trying to bleed me into debt?

I will tell my story.En 25 of december i suscribed for Adobe Acrobat Pro.At the subscription you need to put your card details.After 2 days, on 27 i cancel the subscription.This month i discovered that i was charged with 15,17 on 5 of each month (january,february,march).I speak with an agent who told me that there are no active plans on my account, but there its another account for who was charging with my card (they can not tell me that account).They said that they cancel my subscription starting from now but for the payments already made cant refund me and i need to make a complaint to the bank.Conclusion.....Adobe its a FRAUD.You put your card details, suscribe,cancel and then they said the payment its link with another account.Very good bussines.I am going forward with all complaints, bank, abudsman, police.

There is a way to confirm every monthly payment? If I don't delete the payment plan they take money from the credit card every month without asking for confirmation?

First one is only photoshop with 100GB storage, second one is Photoshop and Lightroom with 20GB storage and third one is all creative cloud. Hi, I ended up paying my adobe subscription about two weeks late. Normally I pay monthly (for the premium 54$ package or whatever.)I would think, given the cost of the monthly service, I would either 1: Not be expected to pay for the full subscription (at least; considering I did not have access to it for that time.) or2: My payment date would simply be reinstated for thirty days after the last payment. Surely the minds at Adobe are capable of creating such a feature within their systems. Because my payment is "late" according to adobe cloud - it appears I cannot so much as access a help-desk agent. I am posting here because I am a bit frustrated; so I figured I'd start here. Any suggestions would be great.
