Bonjour,  Je ne sais pas si je suis la seule dans ce cas, mais j'ai résilié mon adhésion à creative cloud au terme de la version d'essai et j'ai quand même été prélevée de 20€. J'ai donc vérifié sur mon espace en ligne que j'avais bien résilié cet abonnement ce qui était bien le cas, je n'avais "aucune formule payante en cours". Cependant, je continue d'être prélevée tous les mois de 20€ alors que cela fait un moment que j'ai fait part du problème au service client d'adobe, qui m'ignore complètement.  Savez-vous comment faire pour contacter directement quelqu'un ? Je ne sais plus quoi faire pour stoper ce prélèvement abusif et pour qu'on arrête de m'ignorer ...  Merci par avance pour votre aide.

Buonasera, sono iscritto all'Adobe Creative Cloud con piano fotografia da diversi anni, pagando sempre€ 9,75 al mese. Ho notato che dall'2 Agosto 2022 e in tutti i mesi a seguire, oltre a pagare la mia quota normale,c'è sempre un secondo addebito di € 12,19, pur non avendo acquistato altri servizi,e il mio caso non rientra in nessuno dei casi elencati nelle FAQ.Oltretutto, qui in Italia non è disponibile un numero telefonico a cui chiamare per risolvere questo tipo di problemi, ne' ho trovato una chat analoga e nemmeno una mail diretta.Come posso capire da dove viene il secondo addebito? Come avere un rimborso?Grazie.

So today I saw that I was being charged $54.99 but I have the basic $9.99 plan. Looking through my bank, that charge was occuring along with my usual and was $29.99, so I was confused as to why this was going up and where it was coming from. I talked to customer service to figure this out and we didn't know what account those charges were linked to, but thankfully they cancelled it. Then the agent told me the email address ended in .edu and I figured out it was my old college email.  Not only did I graduate 4 years ago, but with that I lost access to my college email and closed everything associated with it, including Photoshop as I remember not having it after college until I started this new account and subscription in 2020. They said I had two accounts linked to that college email this whole time. I am just wondering if there is any way of getting any of that money back and who I'd talk to. i have alresdy canceled the subscription you tricked me into getting please see reference #11103082. i have filed a dispute against you with my bank for your unfare / illegal busisness practices in addition your disrepitual busness has refunded my money. now i see you have attempted once again to steal money out of my account. just so you know i canceled that card 6 days after you stole from me in March. any further attempts to withdraw from my account will be construde as fellony in as its wire fraud. if you think that you can report negativly on my credit history be asdvised that i will report you to the Security and Exchange Comission. in closing leave me alone go trick someone else.  

Hi, I was charged 20.99 USD twice on 31st March 2023 and on 4th April 2023 (this one is immediately after I  cancelled my trial subcription). I have cancelled within the designated timeslot (screenshot attached), please immediately refund 41.98 USD back to my credit card. Also how can I get charged on my credit card immediately after cancelling my subcription ?? This is cheating. Please remove my card details from your system immediately. Please confirm on email when both these things are done.

Buonasera, vorrei semplicemente due info riguardo gli abbonamenti. 1) Nel caso facessi l'abbonamento al piano incluso tutto Adobe riservato agli studenti per il primo anno pagherei € 200 e qualcosa. Il secondo anno di rinnovo ovviamente andrebbe per il piano non più studenti, ma individuale e la cifra sarebbe di € 400 circa o € 700 circa? E quindi da li in poi annualmente quanto pagherei tutto il piano Adobe? 2) Adobe stock in questo caso sarebbe compreso nel prezzo del piano sempre? O si pagherebbe a parte? Vi ringrazio gentilmente e vi auguro una buona serata. Marco.

I have have had a monthly paid sub for Audition & premiere (which I no longer need for work) which I want to cancel but am getting a message that I have to pay for the remainder of the year, altough I already am on month 14 (my year is up). I cannot get any customer service support because chat and phones are nonexistent.. I am afraid to proceed with cancellation because it says they'll charge me a huge amount which my compnay will no longer pay since we are not using this software any longer due to the completion of the project. I haven't even used Premiere in months. I've spent a couple hours searchign for answers, support, work arounds, Nothing. Has anyone had this issue? How can I resolve this without being indentured to Adobe further? Any advice would be helpful!Thanks!

Hello ThereI am a 3d Games Artist and previously I applied to the student and teachers plan for substance which I was approved for. I had to reset my PC and now I do not have Substance Painter downloaded. Luckily I still have the licences key. files however, I am having trouble finding an area where I can download Substance Painter. Please help me.

I've just downgraded from Adobe All apps to photography only as my yearly All Apps subscription was coming to an end. A shame but last year on Black Friday I was a bit put out seeing All Apps for a year reduced to £200 less than I was paying, and it looks like waiting until black friday again is going to be the best option to pick up a yearly All Apps subscription for less than nearly £600?

I recently signed up for a CC subscription. Because of circumstances, I'd like to create a new Adobe account and switch the subscription to that account. Is this possible? If so, how does Adobe know to which of my accounts the subscription belongs? Thanks,Lloyd

Every month my bank account has been charged $34.35 for "Adobe *PS Creative CL." Upon logging in to this account, I did not find any plans. I don't remember if I have any other accounts. What should I do?

I want to cancel my subscription, however it says that in order to cancel it I have to pay an extra £24 as it is an annual subscription. I want to dispute this. I  never agreed to an annual subscription. I always payed monthly. I was recently given a special offer last time I cancelled  but I never agreed to take up an annual subscription as I cannot afford.it. Problem is there is no way to contact adobe to let them know I am not happy about this. When I try to use chat, it says I have to contact my administrator, or that I do not have access. No one answers the phone. I just want an email address I can write to to let them know about my dispute. I have asked if the bank can raise a dispute but they said I have to contact adobe first.Should I just tell the bank not to accept any further payments and forget about it or can they take further action against me?  Seems unfair that it is impossible to cancel without getting charged a penalty. Rather a catch 22 problem. sorry

Can I buy the Creative cloud if im from Croatia and if I do will everything work the same?

I signed up for adobe cloud for college and I forgot what year I graduate, soo I put 2017 which is wrong. Is there anyway for me to change that since I will be a student after 2017?

I have been using the same Adobe account for more than 10 years while in Australia. Now that I am living in Turkey, I need to buy Substance Designer, but the currency is always displayed in AUD, and I cannot add another credit card because the country section is locked to Australia. I have been trying to solve this issue with the support team for a month, but they have not been able to help me. My portfolio page is now closed, and this is affecting my business greatly. I do not know what to do. If I change my email and get a new account, I will lose all of my Behance and portfolio pages. I only want to buy a Substance account and getting my portfoilio page back. I am still waiting for a solution.

Hola llevo 2 meses pagando un plan y lo quiero cancelar por que casi no lo estoy usando y despues volverlo a contratar pero sorpresa me quieren cobrar mucho dinero por cancelar y ni en sueños les vuelvo a pagar algo. tengan cuidado mejor usen otros programas ya que son unos ESTAFADORES y cobran por nadaa mucha gente le esta pasando, como consumidores tenemos que quejarnos y hacer viral sus estafas y aparte nunca responden el chat ni los correos
