My account is still registered as a business account for a company I no longer work for.I didn´t realize that until I bought a program (Substance 3D) and I can neither access it nor does it show up in the "purchases" section of my account. Now I want to refund my purchase but since the program doesn´t show up in my account, even though I already paid for it there is no way to do so.Should I just contact my former company or is there another way?

I'm on IPad OS 15.6.1ipad 11" 2nd gen Recently I have issues accessing iPad photoshop, a prompt to subscribe/trial block my access when I open the APP, I'm an existing Adobe CC paying subscribed user. Tried uninstall and reinstalling, logout and relogin, issues unresolved. Called the regional support, issue unresolved(very bad experience and more confusion). May I know if anyone experienced similar issues and found a solution? 

I signed up December 9th for Pro and forgot to cancel until now.  I'm now being charged over $100 and I've had the plan less than a month.  Help!

AVOID SUBSCRIBING! MUST PAY TO CANCEL AT ANY TIME! I have subscribed to adobe for seven years. It has always automatically renewed in December each year. It's January 6th and I've just tried to cancel as I can't afford it any more and they essentially say I have to pay £45 to cancel! I was given no option to cance the auto renew, there's nobody to contact to register my wanting to cancel or even stop the auto renewal! I planned to temporarily cancel and start again when I could afford it again, this has totally put me off ever returning to using this product again. What do they need the £45 fee for exactly when im doing all the admin to cancel myself anyway and theorems nobody to pay to contact

Hi I activated a trial license. I cancelled this subscription through my pay pall account. Today I received an invoice.  I tried to cancel this trial, but I can not enter my account, before I made the payment. Help me please!

I have somehow got 2 email addresses registered and am being charged for both each month. When I try to cancel one accoun, adobe, of course, want to charge me a cancellation charge. I have been round and round the support pages and just can't find a way to just have one account without incurring a cancellation fee.

Since 23rd july till today i can't pay the billing. everytime i fill my debit/credit details always failed. i try with my 2 debit cards (visa & master) & 1 credit card visa. all failed. already talk with a tons of agent & adobe sales, and all of them can't fix the problems. They help me with the billing address, make a new quotes, fill secure payment, make new adobe id, reset my account and change the password, etc. All failed! And always end up with the: 'check your bank, we cant read your card in our system". and of them told me maybe the bank block my card for international purchase. Kinda impossible coz i use the same debit card for facebook ads.i already check all my bank, and they said all good and they didnt receive any purchase quotation from adobe.FYI last May i still subscribe adobe with the same debit card payment. but in June because i dont have a project during pandemic covid 19, i stopped the subscription. And now i want subs back with the same card but didnt

As the tittle says, I've canceled my subscription months ago and I just realized I'm still being charged monthly. I'm trying to contact either support or someone in billing/acounting that can help me out but I'm not being able to. I do have the proofs for both things, the cancelation and the charges on my crredit card but nor sure what to do 😞    (Moderator moved this from Enterprise & Teams to Account, Payment, & Plan.)

I accidentally paid for a year of all the apps thinking I could install premier pro on my iPad but ofc u can't, it's been longer than 14 days, is it possible to get a refund? Literally can't use what I paid for.    [moderator moved this from Enterprise & Teams to Account, Payment, & Plan ]

What a despicable company.

I had to sign up for creative cloud for a short course i've been taking.  When I signed up I think it told me a date that I could cancel the yearly (monthly paid) subscription by and not be penalised.  Is there a way of seeing that again?  Basically I don't mind paying a month, but I really don't want to pay any more than that if I can help it as this course finishes before the month is out.  Anywhere I can check how much I will be charged and when I need to cancel by??

I am a simple 3D artist who does not support what is happening in any way. And it's sad that this protects me from my creativity, because I want to use only licensed software. The current policy simply destroys the creative personality in me and drives me into a deep depression. I hope for your understanding and help.

Hi!I cancelled my subscription on Creative Cloud 2 months ago which I've used for a year. Today I log in and saw the uptaded versions of apps are on my plan and give it a try and it opened. I can use Ps and Ai, open files and save it etc. I didn't got any payment warning. And in my account it still looks: "you cancelled the plan". I don't want to do something wrong or subscribe again. Why can I open the apps without payment? 

I've cancelled my photography plan as I can get the student plan with all the apps at the reduced price as I am a Uni student. First off it charges me a cancellation fee for stopping my photography plan which is well unnecessary and out of order, now I just cannot sem to download creative cloud / apps and I cant proceed at all. Ive uninastalled it, reinstalled it, deleted photoshop and lightroom, and now I literaly cant edit my photos or footage.I only did this to get the full plan so I can use Premiere. Can you please either help me be able to use your software, or delete my emails etc from your site so I dont keep having trouble trying to log in and download. I literally hate the way that you made your software a subscription in stead of just buying it outright. I think I'm guna have to give up on Adobe, and give up on Premiere as I can just go and buy Final Cut Pro and Luminar. So much easier to buy a software and then use it instead of all this messing arou

Hi there I canceled my free trial and was still charged £20, I also cannot cancel because of a cancellation fee which will charge me £500. Today I redeemed a 12-month free trial which is nowhere to be found. Please help.

I've been stuck to an Adobe subscription for almost a year, wasting a ton of money. I've lost the email account that was attached to the subscription, so I can't cancel it in the traditional way. I need to contact Adobe to cancel it through my creditcard details, but apparently customer service doesn't even exist. What can I do?

There are 2 accounts in my name and one of them is not mine. I am being charged for my account that is not mine, how can I cancel?
