Hi, I'm a student who's using Adobe Creative Cloud since Febuary 24, 2025 for my university education. I have recently noticed that Adobe has taken quite a lot space on my MacBook so I have deleted some of the Caches through ~/library > Caches > Adobe and then checked if Adobe apps work fine (I followed the instructions from a YouTuber and Adobe worked fine on his).Unlike my expectation, when I open Photoshop, Illustator, or any other Adobe CC apps, a pop-up began to show up saying, "Your Photoshop license has expired, but you can still use this application for 6 more days." In a panic, I tried to solve the problem by signing out and logging back in, uninstalling apps and Adobe CC and reinstalling them, and restarting my computer while troubleshooting, which none of them were working. I am using my Adobe CC from two different computers; one is MacBook Air and the other is Windows. I have checked my account from Windows by signing out of my Adobe CC and logging back in and op

I canceled my free trial within 7 days and was still charged for a subscription. How do I get a refund and have my credit card information deleted since I now don't trust Adobe? 

I was somehow subscribed for AI assistant (I am not even sure what is that feature as I never used it) and I cannot even cancel it without paying huge cancellation fee!! it is outrageous! 30 min on the support chat and the solution they recommended me to pay monthly subscription for longer so i can cancell for a bit smaller fee! which summing up will be practically as much as to cancel today. It is so upsetting, such a great way of making money from so many people for nothing. Did not expect such fraud from Adobe. All other companies were happy to cancel if i did not use that service, because mistakes do happen and people should not be panished for that, especially if mistake is pressing wrong button on your screen (who knows maybe it is my cat who "subscribed")

Ok.BUT:Creative Cloud Standard will cost $54.99/month excl. tax - this is 46,81€.The price 61,95€/month incl. 19% tax seems to be wrong - please comment/ make correction at https://account.adobe.com/plans thanks! 

 Please cancle this payment We haven't used any of these in the last couple of monthsI tried to cancle it but I couldn't find any of functions to do so I just left messages to canclePlease check we haven't used any of these and refund this payment I leave the message to cancle here again since i can't find any other way to do

I check my Adobe account every few days.   I noticed this morning that my subscription is increasing from $9.99 a month (the old photography plan) to $14.99 a month.  I thought about it and paid for the entire year all at once to sace 33% on the const of annual subscription.   Knocks it down to about $12.00 a month, but I still get al lthe other stuff (in particular Adobe express Premium features) too.   For me it's a good deal, just disappointed I didn't even get an email about the increase.

Are you guys completely serious!? I didnt even use it once!! I would please like to somehow talk to a customer service representative? or need someones advice somewhere because I cannot, in my right mind, rationalizer this unjustified fee. 

Hello, I’m reaching out regarding an Adobe subscription that began with a 7-day free trial on 3/12/2024. I believed I had cancelled the trial that same day, but I recently discovered that I’ve been charged $19.99 monthly since then, totaling $339.83. As soon as I noticed the charges, I immediately cancelled the subscription today (7/26/2025). I have not used the service at all since the initial free trial, and the continued billing was entirely unintentional. I sincerely apologize for the delay in noticing, and I would be extremely grateful if you could consider a full refund for these unused charges. Thank you very much for your time and understanding!Samir

Gostaria de saber o motivo do meu periodo de teste de 1 ANO ter sido cancelado antes! Segue os prints da pagina de vocês falando o tempo restante do meu periodo de teste. Fiz a assinatura anual! 

Hola! desde hace un mes aproximadamente que en mi cuenta de banco tengo Q.203.68 retenidos por parte de Adobe, ya llamé al banco para hacer la liberación, pero me comentan que es directamente Adobe quien debe liberar ese saldo. Traté de contactarme directamente con ellos, pero el Asistente Virtual no me deja hablar con un agente, siempre dice que no están disponibles, alguien sabe el contacto directo para poder gestionar la liberacion del dinero? Fue retenido debido a que se intentó cobrar cuando no tenía dinero en la cuenta y cuando la recargué directamente se fue a retencion. Desde el banco me comentaron que se hicieron dos cobros de Q101 aproximadamente

Hi there, I subscribed to the 30 day free trial, but somehow I got charged for a month instead. I canceled in less than 30 minute after it, for I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service. I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Thank you so much!

Hello,I cancelled my Adobe Photoshop subscription on July 23rd. I received a confirmation email saying that the subscription would end on July 24th. However, I’m still seeing a message asking me to make a payment.Could you please let me know why this is happening?

For years I have payed for Creative Cloud Photographers (Photoshop & Lightroom) and have had the same problem on my home computer, even after upgrading Windows OSes trouth the years the only support I get is this lousy community here, its' redicoulus! You are clearly not caring about your paying customers to the point that I am going to cancel my subscription for real and going to another prouduct!!! I am a hobby photographer who pays a hefty price for your "industry standard" software although I use it like 6 times a year. But every time of this 6 time a year it's the same whole story again, and now I'm fed up and furious!!!If I don't get answer soon, because you didnd't even read until here, it's another proof you don't care and your support is just so terrible! And your subscription verification process is just buggy beyond belief!!!There have been are hunders of users posting this same issue with your products over and over the years with non of them I've read really solvingn a

"Why did Adobe increase the pricing of its plans?"If somebody running a business etc they can paid because they are earnings but if our earnings is low then how can an indivisual buy these expensive plans.For an indivisual, it cost around Indian Rupees 7500/- almost double of it's previous plans. "Why are they creating a monopoly?"So many people cancelled their subscription & swithces other softwares in the market.Adobe company is growing in softwares but downgrading through subscriptions.

Hi there, I'd like to ask your help about following issue. My annual plan was renewed on 18. July 2025 and I would like to cancel it.When I tried to cancel I've got a message that I need to pay cancellation fee, but I'm within 14 days from renewal date. Please give me feedback how can I handle, because unfortunately I don't need all of the applications in the current package, and it can be enough a smaller package for my future work.Thank you very much for your prompt reply in advance.

Hello,  I putchased a standard Acrobat Standard Membership found that this did not allow me to do what i needed so then purchased a Acrobat Pro Membership thinking that this would cancel my subscription to standard which it did not. I've noticed I'm now essentially being double charged each month.  I no longer have a need for either product and would like to cancel but am being told I need to pay a cancellation fee if I cancel before one year. Given this I would be happy to continue with the Acrobat Pro Membership but cant believe this would mean I have to pay a cancelation fee on the Acrobat Standard Membership!  I would like to be able to speak with a customer services representative to find a solution here otherwise I will just cancel both subscriptions and I can't say I would be inclined to use Adobe products again.  Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!
