Hi @Shivangi_Gupta can you please confirm mine as well if I am eligible for a refund as I got deducted for a trial account that I have cancelled before the free trial ends.
there have been multiple attempted charges on my account for 165 dollars my card blocks these charges due to me only having 9 dollars in my bank account, I only had a free trial which I cancelled and despite all of my efforts to identify the charge, there is no actual source for it, I can't even delete my account. So now I am stuck in a tight spot where If I do get money in my account it will be immediately taken out because of this fee, and I am just a college student who is barely getting by every day. please help
Today i purchased the premium subscription for RM7.99..ots said the payment was declined something like that..but my RM7.99 was gone and i doesn't get the premium features.... someone please help me

Hallo, mir wurden heute 77,99€ für eine Student / teacher Version abgebucht. Ich habe keine Email zur Preisanpassung erhalten. Seit 2019 bin ich Kunde und nutze CC gelegentlich. Daher waren die 39€ bisher vertretbar. diese sind ja beim heutigen Angebot auch angegeben. Anstelle 77,99€ nur 13€ und nach einem Jahr 39€. Daher frage ich mich. Warum man jetzt direkt als Student / Teacher auf den Regulärpreis hochgestuft wird? chatbot konnte mir nicht helfen, Abo lässt sich nicht auswählen. Soll ich telefonisch machen. kein Support Kontakt ist auf der Seite zu finden. hat jemand einen Tipp? Grüße
Hello, I signed up for the Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial at the beginning of August to sign a single document, and i thought I cancelled immediately. However, I didn't realize I was charged in August. Now, I've been charged again yesterday, Sep. 12, and I just noticed the charge on my bank account. I cancelled immediately, but my service is set to continue for another month with no refund. I'm not asking for a refund for the month I paid in August, but I would like one for the month billed in September. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello,I signed up for an Adobe free trial but did not continue using it after the trial ended. I never used the paid plan. At the time, my card had no funds, so the payment did not go through. However, today my savings account was charged automatically for the full annual plan.Since I only used the free trial and never used the paid subscription, I believe this charge was unintended. I kindly request help to process a full refund for this payment.

Hi! I'm having a very frustrating issue. I set up my account a couple years ago with an email address given to me by my university when I was in grad school. The school has since closed my account, so I no longer have access to that email to sign in or login to cancel my subscription (the real task I'm trying to accomplish). I'm getting a message "couldn't find your google account". I tried to change my email on my account, but I can't do that without logging in first- it keeps trying to send the code to my email address which I can't get to. I've emailed the school's IT department, but because I'm no longer a student and haven't been in a few years, they can't help me. The chat support robot cannot seem to understand my issue either. I just need help so I can cancel my subscription. Thank you!
Please cancel my adobe premium subscription free trial. I don't want to get charged for it.
I paid for a solo adobe acrobat pro subscription before switching to the creative cloud suite of apps. Even though I have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe acrobat pro, the app still thinks that I just have the standalone app and does not allow me to use adobe studio features. When I try to click "subscribe to adobe studio" it opens a pop-up and then says that I can not subscribe to adobe studio, as it is integrated in my creative cloud subscription. Please help.

Deseo cancelar la RENOVACION AUTOMATICA del plan. Pero Adobe no da opción. Esto es un servicio deficiente. Y solo me deja cancelar el plan con penalizadion de 133€. Con estas condiciones no volveré a contratar ningun servicio de Adobe. Además ya no necesito, ni uso el programa desde hace meses. Deberian alquilar sus programas según el uso de mismo, esto lo hacen algunas empresas de programas: pago por uso.

I had to create another account to request any kind of help from Adobe support...I'm trying to log in to my original account, but when I log in, I'm forced to create a new password. To create this new password, I need to receive the code at a phone number I haven't had access to for years.I try to log in by entering my email address, the code arrives in my email. I enter the code, and right after entering the code from the email, it asks me to enter the code that was sent to the cell phone, which I don't have access to, and I have no other option to click. I don't know what to do because I have three assignments due in one day, and I don't have access to any of my apps, and I don't have the money to subscribe to another plan on this account.I can't get phone support in Brazil, and the chat can't solve my problem.

J'ai été déconnectée du compte Adobe et pour me reconnecter, Adobe demande une procédure de double vérification : je dois entrer un code envoyé sur l'adresse mail associée au compte Adobe. Hallo Community,ich habe am 12.8.25 ein Creative Cloud Pro-Abo abgeschlossen.Daraufhin wurde mir der Betrag von 116,99 € zwei mal abgebucht. Mit zwei verschiedenen Rechnungsnummern.Das eine Abo habe ich am 22.8.25 gekündigt. Das Geld wurde zurücküberwiesen.Das andere Abo würde ich auch gerne kündigen. Allerdings taucht es in meinem Adobe-Konto nirgends auf. Nicht in der "Creative Cloud" und nicht unter "Bestellungen und Rechnungen".Ich würde das zweite Abo gerne fristgerecht kündigen und das Gehalt zurückerhalten.Nur wie?Mit freundlichem GrußMaik

I have no idea what it is for, and more importantly, I don't know which account it's coming from...I checked all my accounts, but there is no active subscription anywhere. There is probably an account where it is activated, but I don't remember it.Is it possible to contact Adobe directly by email? I used the bot, but it's useless...Thanks
