donde puedo ver la informacion de mi suscripcion anual de Adobe premiere (fecha de inicio y fecha de  finalizacion de mi contrato) quiero darle de baja al servicio where can I find my Adobe premiere annual subscription information (start date and end date of my contract) I want to cancel the service.

Adobe, I paid Rs 8,111.00 for  individual Adobe standard software and the expiry on Jan 29, 2026. But now my adobe package is not working and asking for the upgrade the high level package. This is very unethical and unprofessional way you disturbing me. I will make the Consumer protection complaint if my software if not working within 24 Hrs. Thanks 😊 

Can Adobe please fix their payment method screen so that customers can delete old payment methods? There is currently no ability to delete old payment methods after adding a new payment method.

I need to do different things like edit photos, play around with AI, create 3D models to print, create and edit videos, work with PDF files including editing and organizing, etc.  I need to scan documents.  Basically I want to subscribe to a plan where I can just use everything Adobe offers.  I'll likely rarely use any of it, but I want to be able to if I need it without having to waste time researching plans.  Just tell me how to subscribe to one plan that lets me do everything.

i got an 3 months adobe cloud gift card from my frined and when im going to redeemed i found my old subscription is still working from 4 months ago but its 1 month subscription, anyway i redeemed the new gift card in 1 july 2025 while the old subs working and its worked and giving me the expired date is in october and now after 20 days i got ended subscription!! and the code didnt working anymore!!i have a lot of working to do in this month please any help?

Dear Adobe Customer Support,   I am writing to formally request a refund for the early cancellation fee that was charged to my account on July 21st (KST) following the cancellation of my Adobe Illustrator subscription.   I canceled my subscription around 10:00 AM KST, and shortly after, a charge of approximately 150,000 KRW (about $115 USD) was made to my account as an early termination fee. What concerns me deeply is that at no point during the cancellation process was this fee clearly disclosed or communicated in a visible and understandable manner.   As a consumer, I have a right to be clearly informed about any financial penalties or contractual obligations before making a cancellation decision. I’ve been trying to resolve a SIMPLE issue since July 15—just need two codes applied to two email accounts.Every time I contact support, I’m told “3-4 days.It’s been over a week, and nothing has been done. Hi, I need help i paid for subscription and im not use it often and i have project recently i someone changed email my adobe account and now i can't even subscription again and email that's appear not even my account or somebody i really know

I had cancelled my free trial on Adobe and ensured the AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription was marked as cancelled, keeping a confirmation mail from adobe as a proof. Additionally, I logged into my HDFC NetBanking account, navigated to the Credit Card section, and successfully cancelled the e-mandate linked to my card. I have retained the confirmation email as further evidence. Despite these actions, I was still charged for the subscription today, 17th July 2025. Adobe's chat support has been unresponsive and has failed to provide a proper resolution. This constitutes a clear case of unauthorized charging, and I would like to know the proper procedure to initiate legal action against such practices. I paid for premium but I was not able to use premium features after like 10 days or 2 weeks idk excatly, every time I opened the app I used to click restore purchase history and it worked, but then it stopped.. 

Hi, I was unaware that a subscription was made. My daughter used my account and must've bought it. Today I have been charged for a monthly fee but I immediately cancelled it the same day I was charged once I was aware. Will I be able to receive a full refund? I didn't want this subscription.

I was charged $91.99 annual subscription for Adobe acrobat without notification...! The instruction is so complex a d hard to follow. I immediately contacted Adobe online customer service, and the staff said I needed to contact Google Play store, then I contact Google Play store, their staff helped me finally cancel this subscription, but advised me to contact Adobe for refind. When I came back to Adobe again, three staffs couldn't help me with anything but gave me wrong information said they don't have authority to cancel or refund and asked me to go back to Google store again, and even sent me the wrong link to Apple store( excuse me my phone is Android system and already told them it's Google store). I signed up for a Trial. The welcome message stated: "After the free trial ends on August 25, 2024, you will be charged CAD $29.37 (incl. tax) monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew annually until you cancel (price subject to change)."Note the use of 'monthly' here.When I went to cancel they will bill for for the remained of the year, in my case another $116.96.I feel deceived, and I have a very low opinion of the predatory billing practice. Hello folks,As the subject says, I am having a problem canceling the free trial subscription here. Whenever I go and click on the manage plan, it says that I need to wait to access the manage plan option. I have been trying this since the 4th day of my subscription. I was on Photoshop free trial and after it ended, I am trying to Renew and even trying to Upgrade my plan to include more apps. Everytime I try to make a purchase for either Photoshop or upgrade to a plan for other apps, I get a message that says "You already own Photoshop"... "This purchase is unsupported"...I mean yes, I do, isn't that the point of Renewing? Next option I tried was to Cancel my Free Trial, even thought I'm on day 0..but everytime I try to Cancel I get a "Unable to load data" error pop up. Why is such a simple step to upgrade my plan becoming so frustrating?

Aujourd’hui j’ai une formule "Tout Creative Cloud 100 Go" et j’aimerais passer sur la formule "Creative Cloud pour la Photo 20 Go" (comprenant uniquement Photoshop et Lightroom). Lorsque je cherche à modifier ma formule depuis mon espace, celle que je souhaite n’est pas proposée, même en tapant son nom dans la barre de recherche, donc je ne peux pas la changer. Comment faire pour passer à la formule qui m’intéresse tout en gardant mes données actuelles et sans cloturer mon compte ? Cordialement,Mana
