The submit form button on IRS Form 4506-B PDF is not working un Adobe Reader and I am unable to find any customer support without paying for an adobe account. Can anyone help me with this? The IRS gives no other option than to submit this form through Adobe reader. So while this button is not working I have no idea what else to do. When I click the button, nothing happens. There is no loading screen, no confirmation screen, no indication whatsoever that anything is happening.
What is the effectiveness of Protected mode of Adobe reader?... Secondly can Adobe Reader protected mode be turned off to prevent conflicts with McAfee products?

Your feedback matters—and we’ve listened. We understand that not everyone requires AI assistance in their workflow. Many of you shared concerns about intrusive prompts and lack of control, and we’ve taken action. Now, Acrobat gives you complete control over AI features through Preferences. You decide what stays on and what turns off—no enforcement, no surprises — just flexibility. Important Note: Acrobat AI Assistant is continuously evolving, so different users may see slightly different options depending on their version of Acrobat. Rest assured, the available preferences will function as intended. To check the latest version available, please visit here: Release Notes. Where to Find These Settings Go to Menu > Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat > Preferences (Mac). In the left panel, select Generative AI. Here’s what you’ll see: Enable generative AI features in Acrobat (If you want to disable AI f
How do I disable the comments bar from opening up automatically everytime I open a pdf file?
On my HP Spectre All-in-One laptop running Windows 11 Professional Edition 64 bit, when I start the laptop Adobe Reader does not open with pdfs where I left off.I have Googled this issue and checked the boxes in Preferences, Documents "Restore last view settings when reopening documents" as well as under General where it says, "Open Pdfs from last session on Acrobat Launch" but it still does not open the pdfs where they were when I shut down the laptop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader as well.
Hi,When I type any word, some letters do not appear immediately. I need to wait some time to see them. The Adobe Acrobat Reader freezes, and I need to reload the program again and again. I updated the program, but it hasn't helped.I was wondering if somebody could help me to solve this problem.
When I try to print a page that consists of a standard form merged with data, only the form prints. The printer sounds like it's printing, but doesn't.An example is a PDF bank statement that consists of a form with the bank's name address, logo, etc., and the transactions. The transactions don't print. If I highlight the data, it prints in a highlighted font. In a different PDF document, it printed only one word of an entire page. Examination of that word revealed a blue shading on only that word.

Some large corps. truly love to confuse everyone.Although I have never actually subscribed to Acrobat, I have used the free version of Adobe Reader since 1999, mainly for read only purposes, allthough I was always under the impression that I could also convert a normal text document into a PDF. But apparently that's not the case. 1. Is Adobe Reader and Acrobat Reader the same thing?2. I have the Adobe Reader 64-bit free version installed on my Windows 11 64-bit desktop pc, although Windows has identified it as Adobe Acrobat. I am now trying to convert a normal text document into a PDF but Reader is requireing my log in to Adobe.com wher it shows various prices for various apps. Can you please help?

Adobe Acrobat "DC" (detail below) takes a very long time to open each PDF file. After double-click on a PDF almost 30 seconds elapses before it opens. That's not right. The old reader worked fine. This "DC" version has trouble. In addition, it provides an inferior way to save the document (a list of previously-used folders, or always "Documents" if I select "Choose a different folder". Why not remember the *last* different folder I chose? Annoying. Can this be removed and replaced with the old reader? Hello everyone, I’m currently managing Adobe Acrobat Reader updates in a corporate environment, and I would like to get advice on the correct method to deploy and update the 64-bit Reader (Continuous track) using MSI + MSP files, without letting each PC download updates from Adobe’s servers. What I want to achievePrevent Adobe Reader from checking online updates individually (it causes network congestion in our company).Instead, I want to deploy only the necessary update files (MSP) from a local server or software distribution tool (e.g. SCCM, Intune, SKYSEA, etc.).In other words, offline patching/distribution using MSI + MSP, not using the built-in auto-update function. What I already triedI downloaded the latest Reader update file:AcroRdrDCx64Upd2500120756_MUI.msp (Continuous track, 64-bit, MUI).However, when I double-click or run it via msiexec on the current PCs, the patch fails with an error like:“This update could not be applied. No qualifying product is installed or the
Dear Community !I have got error message in all situation. All the best: PG
I use the "combine files" tool almost daily. About a week ago, it started bringing me to a page in Adobe with a grayed out picture of a cloud and rain and a message that simply said "something went wrong. Try again later." I have tried at least twice a day over the past week or more, doing the same steps I have always used to combine files, but have not had any success. I am still getting the same message. All other tools seem to be working fine. So it seems like just this feature is "broken" in some way. Please help!
Apparently I have made a grave mistake, because I uninstalled Acrobat Reader DC in the process of trying to diagnose an issue, and now I cannot reinstall it again. Every time I try to install, I get the error code 150201. I have tried many things, including restarting my computer, updating Windows 10, updating my graphics drivers, the AcroCleaner tool, and also the off-line installer. After all of them, the installation fails with the same error 150201. I assume there has to be a solution, but I'm not going to reinstall Windows in order to address this issue. How can I find out what the real issue is and how to solve it? Thank you in advance.
We are seeing issues on numerous systems (all Windows 11) when printing PDF forms. Content in various tables is missing when printing the PDF's. The content does show in the applications however. This is occuring in version 2025.001.20744 | 64-bit
Hello, I work in IT Support and some users have reported that the Acrobat Reader app freezes when performing any operations, eg adding a signature to a document - the screen goes black and the app becomes unresponsive. I managed to replicate the issue on my own machine. I try to add a signature to a document and the app becomes completely unresponsive. All Menu functions are greyed out and the only way to close the app is to Force Quit. I've seen that this issue has been discussed in the Adobe forums many times over the past few years. I tried many of the suggestions but without any success. Here's what I've tried:Uncheck "Use Page cache" and "Smooth Image": under the Page Display category.Uncheck "Enable hardware rendering for legacy video cards": under the Multimedia section.Uncheck "Show online storage saving files": in the General tab.Click "OK": and restart Acrobat to see if the issue is resolved. I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling Acrobat - still have

Hello, I have a user who needs to drag and drop several PDFs from Outlook and combine them into a PDF using this feature. Instead they get a stop symbol. They also cannot paste from their clipboard. I am experiencing it on my copy of Acrobat also to verify. I have already ran a repair and restarted their machine. We are updated to the latest version of Acrobat which is 25.001.20756, and on Windows 11 25H2. We are also using the NetDocs ndAdobe integration. Please advise, thank you.
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2020.009.20063 - After already going through Accessibility Setup Assistant, when attempting to launch Read Out Loud there is an error message shown of "no US English voice available on this system". This is being seen on multiple systems. This is a vital component for users with limited vision.
