Hello there I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Continuous Release Version 2021.005.20048 and I'm trying to fill up some documents in Arabic but when I type up in Arabic it goes like : م ر ح ب ه instead of مرحبه. I tried also to find language pack or fonts pack everywhere but every link I click on takes me to nowhere. I tryied aslo to change the font to arabic from settings or from the text layer but I still don't have an option to change my font. Can you assist me with this?
Hello, We are March 20, 2023, around 4:00 PM ETCSo I downloaded and tried to install Adobe Reader. I made sure it was from the official website, as I already have a story with a third-party one. So it was no doubt from get.adobe.com. Halfway through installation, Windows Defender blocked it because it found the Wacatac B, a serious threat, attached to the .exe file. The affected file was rooted in: C:/PRogramData/Adobe/Temp/7682/installer.bin. It was deleted at that moment. Just in case, I went back and double-checked my browsing history. And again, that was get.adobe.com. Did that happen to anyone, how could this be? I think the threat was blocked, but I'm running a full scan through my laptop at the moment, with Windows Defender again, and with Malware Bytes later. I will edit if further detail is found.
I'm experiencing some pretty annoying rendering artifacts when scrolling through PDF documents with images. These look as if some horizontal pixel lines are rendered multiple times, replacing other lines. It's especially obvious when the image contains text, which sometimes becomes downright difficult to read. Here's an example screenshot. You can see the artifact on the top of the line starting with "Bearbeitungsgebühr", and in the lower half of the line starting with "Sofern": The artifacts change, i.e. they disappear but reappear in other places of the image, when scrolling up and down through the pages of the document. For example, here I scrolled the text section from above out of view and then back into view, and now the artifact shows up in a different location: I've tried experimenting with page zoom (it happens at all levels including 100%), rendering settings (hardware and software) and page display options (page cache, picture smoothing, text smoot
For some reason these went missing. I want them back! Under View > show/hide > toolbar times > show select and zoom tools ... I see different zoom options, marquee, dynamic, etc. but I don't see the plus/minus zoom +/- button option?

I am using Acrobat Reader DC Version 2021.001.20145.32109 64 bit. It must have updated in the last 48 hours, beause now when I try to use the comments section to correct text, I can no longer enter a supersript. The superscript appears when I apply the text style, but when I "post" the comment, the superscript become a subscript. This is a new problem since 48 hours ago. I have uninstalled and re-intalled reader - but no difference.I am totally unable to fulfill my editorial role with this error!HELP!
Windows 11 PC - I've been having intermittent issues with Adobe Reader not opening PDFs, or not opening at all even by trying to manually open it. So I downloaded the latest Reader version, which appears to be Continuous Release 2025.001.20467/64-bit. I HATE IT! For one thing, it takes forever to get the document completely open, because it has to load AI, and the tool panel, and prompt about spelling mistakes, and whatever the little tool box is too. I have the free version because I only use it to read PDFs that I download to my PC. I have tried to disable AI under preferences but it makes no difference. I can close the tool panel and the spelling errors, and the AI box each time I open it, but I'd rather be able to just never have them appear unless I actively chose them. Is there any way to do this? Or maybe I need to try to download an older version and hope that it will keep working for me? If not, I may have to abandon Adobe and look elsewhere fo
The same issue has happened when editing a document on two different devices and different browsers. I go to edit the file and the file just keeps on saying preparing file for editing. When I do edit a file and try to download is says it cannot find or create the font(I tried two different/separate fonts each time) and the file where edited ends up blank.
Have installed Adobe Reader on my MacBook Pro 2,3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, Ventura 13.7.4. Trying to add PKCS#11 Modules so I can sign legal document. Options for "Attach module", "Detach module" and "Refresh" are in light gray color and not operative. Tried to fix the problem with support of Certilia in Croatia, but they told me that this is Adobe issue on Mac OS with latest update and quit a lot of users having same issue for apx. last 50 days. Can You help?
I can't open PDF files that are inside multiple folders. Adobe Acrobat Reader says "the path does not exist", but if I savethe same file in the desktop, it works.
Hello,I have an institutional account, and use pdfs all the time for work. Everytime I open acrobat, I am required not only to reenter my adobe credentials, but then it kicks over to my institutional login, for which I need my phone, etc. And even then, the "remember me for 30 days" function doesn't work. I admit to using my account on three different devices (home computer, office computer, Ipad on which I do most of my academic reading), and in the past have had to routinlely log out of one device to permit me access in another. But in the last month this has become utterly ridiculous. Even when I'm working on the same computer during the day, it prompts me everytime I reopen the program. Frankly, this is an enormous waste of my time, and I'd like an option that is smoother. cecilia
I can't share a link to any files from both my accounts because an error keeps popping up "We weren't able to share your file. Please try again later". I have updated the app and repaired the installation, changed some security and general things in settings, tried sharing different files fromn different accounts and nothing seems to work. It also doesn't work while sharing by email or by adding other people to the file. What do I do? I use Windows 10.
I just downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader (18.011.20040) on my new computer. I create files all the time through Microsoft Word and Excel. When I save these files as PDFs, Adobe Reader automatically opens. I do not want that to happen. I simply want it to save as a PDF and go on with my life. How do I stop it from opening automatically?
Dear Support Team, I cancelled my acrobat subscription before the trial period ended, yet I noticed a charge attempt was made. Fortunately, the transaction did not go through. Could you please confirm that my subscription has been fully cancelled and that no future charges will occur? Also, please ensure there's no pending charge in my account. Best regards
Through work recently, I just got a license to install & use Adobe Acrobat, which I've installed on my laptop at home. I've been using it to help create PDFs that are ADA compliant. What I would like to do, however, is install the free DC reader that I used to have for years (not the pro version), because I'd like to see what services (specifically, screen reader) has for individuals. Is there a way I can install the free DC reader that will not install over my current Adobe Arobat pro licensed software? Can I run both versions of their reader on the same device?
How to remove restrictions from a PDF File?
HiI know this might be a trivial question but I can't disable "take a snapshot" function. In previous versions I could change it to scroll screen by hand or smth like that. Here, once I tick it on in edit menu, I can't disable it and change back to normal state. This is not convinient because whenever I click somewhere, all page is copied to clipboard...Im just wondering why Adobe Reader programist don't make such tools idiot resistable. Here is my example 🙂Thaks and regardsPaul
I will continue this topic https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader/%D1%88%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%84%D1%82-%D0%B2-quot-%D0%B7%D0%B0%D0%BF%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1%82%D1%8C-%D0%B8-%D0%BF%D0%BE%D0%B4%D0%BF%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%B0%D1%82%D1%8C-quot/m-p/12336978#M82416 because I think it is not closed, and no one answers my questions in this topic. So, as I asked earlier. You say that the font cannot be changed, but nevertheless it spontaneously changes for users. It means that somewhere there is some kind of setting or section in the register that is responsible for this font. So where can this font be changed?
Hello, I found an issue when using Adobe Acrobat Reader when using Polish keyboard and fill and sign tool. Until I type standard characters, font seems to be Arial or similar, but when I type special character like Ś, Ł, Ę which are typical to Polish alphabet, then font changes to something like Times New Roman. Please see attachment for better understanding. Is there any way to fix it? I dont care about font type but it would be great and professional to have just one font type in filled document 🙂
After opening a file to check it, I modified the file name on the directory.Of course the name change can occur only when I close the file.Closing the file Reader asked if I had to save changes to the file: but I did NOT make any change. And I needed the file stay what it was.So I pressed "NO"The file disappeared from Reader window AND from the DIRECTORY TOO !!!Of course this is a MAJOR BUG and also INTRUSION on personal Hardware devices. How can this be possible ?
I've filled out a job application, all 3 pages, using Reader 10.1.10. It's complete with my signature and ready to send with one exception....I accidentally check a "yes" box that should needs to be unchecked. I cannot for the life of me get the x out of the box. I've watched 4 or 5 tutorials, googled my problem, read 50 forum entries, and can't find anything remotely able to help. I don't see a way to contact Adobe, I don't know anyone to call. Of course I just found out about the job last night and the application deadline is today, 6/25. I can't let this "yes" checkbox thing slide, as I'm a nurse, and it states I've had my license suspended/revoked, which is untrue. I'm desperate!!!
Hello. I have a question. Currently, a closed network PC is continuously calling cc-api-data.adobe.io. I would like to ask if there is a separate version of Adobe Reader that does not make the call, or if there is a way to disable it in the reader.
