Acrobat Reader Mobile

Not able to convert files , Refer Attachment for Error ,Waste of money paying for Premium 

I have been using iPad to send the same documents for the last 3 years now suddenly the signature field has disappeared every time i send the document to be signed. I have a form that has several signature blocks and now it deletes those blocks before sending but all the other fields are unaffected.How can I get back to how this was before sending my document to be signed from my iPad.

Form field in landscape mode wont change orientation of text no matter what is selected, 0, 90, 180, 270 if I open it in adobe it shows properly when i send it to my I phone it the orientation always shows up the same, as if its in Portrait page setup. I tried adjusting it in properties. does not seem to do the trick no matter what. Help! 

Ho chiesto parecchie volte come cancellare un file da Adobe Scan avendo solo lo smartphone, niente PC. Non riesco a trovare una risposta e non so più dove cercare. C'è modo di trovare una soluzione, e soprattutto di poterla vedere da qualche parte? 

HiI have asubscription to both Lightroom and Adobe Scan, which I use almost daily.  Now, on my PC, whenever I open a PDF with reader, it tries to force me to take out a Adobe Premium subscription. I am logged in woth the same email as the one I am using right now on my Adroid tablet.The PC is running Win 11 I have logged out an d back in I have tried re-installing Adobe reader.always the same result What is going on??  It worked just fine 2 days ago - reader opened as usual.  Now I am being told no go unless i subscribe to yet another service. can anyone help?  

A fee has been deducted from my card. I don't want to pay this fee. I want my subscription to be cancelled. Otherwise, I will submit an expense objection to the bank. Can you help

Android app. New design is miserable. Table of contents and Bookmarks in one menu option is the worst UX nightmare possible.Perviously it was possible to activate old design but this feature is either gone or moved. How could I do that?

Liebe Adobe-Community!Ich verwende Adobe Acrobat auf dem iPhone/ iPad Version 24.02.02. mit Abonnement. Seit einiger Zeit werden Dateien, die ich aus dem Cloud-Speicherplatz öffne, NICHT unter Start "Zuletzt verwendet" aktualisiert. Lokale Dateien werden immer in der Liste angezeigt. Was ist das Problem? Danke für jede Hilfe!

We have created a fillable placeholder for pictures with Acrobat Pro. When we open the document on a work station, it is possible to fill out the whole document and to upload pictures, even with the Acrobat Reader.When we open the same document with an android device, we can fill in the whole document exept from the picture placeholder. The placeholder icon is not displayed - there is only a "grey box".Is there anyone who knows a solution for this? Android Version: 14 Version of Adobe Acrobat on our mobile device: 24.4.2.33155Samsung device Thanks in advance!

Hi,I normally print from my phone (android), and today I tried printing many different pdf files, and got the same error (in subject).I reinstalled the app, and restarted my printer.Btw, files that are not pdf are printing normally.What can be the issue/fix?If it matters my phone had run a system update to One IU 6.0.Thank you. 

I'm having some issues setting the text size for an iOS device.I can set the text size for a PC/Mac but when I then send this across to the iPad it defaults to Automatic so some fields have large text the others small.How can I standardize the text size for an iOS format so that it doesn't have size dependent on the space of the box and the number of characters.

Hola comunidad,Tengo una inquietud y es acerca de la reproducción en dispositivos móviles de videos incrustados en pdf.Adobe Acrobat Pro permite incrustar videos en los pdf gracias a su sección de multimedia. Se hace el proceso normal y se guarda el documento, pero sucede que al momento de abrir ese pdf que se acaba de modificar en un celular, los videos no se reproducen, es mas, los reconoce únicamente como imagen. ¿Alguien me puede explicar por qué pasa esto? A qué se debe que no pueda reproducir en un celular?Gracias por su atención.

I'm having an issue using my app on my iPhone should I delete the app and reinstall it? 

I used Adobe to add our signatures for a tenancy contract signed by a new tenant. I sent the completed tenancy agreement to my agent using WhatsApp who cannot view the new tenant’s signature except our signatures on her Whatsapp. She can only see all the signatures on her computer. I think there is a glitch in the mobile phone Adobe pdf reader.

I have created a pdf filler form with multiple dropdown items. Everything works fine within a windows environment, but seems to hang up when using on a tablet or smartphone.  There is also javascript built in to export the data on the filler form to a csv file, but that is executed on a button event so I dont think anything in the javascript is causing the issue there. Are these options not functional on smart devices? Any help or ideas would be extremely helpful and appreciated.

Every time I open the adobe app it says Im not subscribed but I can see Ive subscribed in my subscriptions section of my ipad. When I click restore purchase it gives an error message. I want to edit my pdf.

hi,when i tried cancle after free trial, adobe offer discount plan so i accepted it.but i didnt know that if i cancle early, you charge extra fee.if i knew that,definitely i didnt accept that offer.i think, this is trick.i couldnt see any warning about that at all.plz cancle my plan asap.thanks

Just wondering if anyone knows how to turn off 'highlight existing fields' on the iPad app? I have created a form in Acrobat Pro with fillable fields. When I open the file in Acrobat Reader on my iPad the purple existing fields are all highlighted and I'm wondering if there's a way to turn this off? Thanks!

The app only has access to my notifications. However, when I go into "All permissions" I see that it also has access to my camera whenever I use it and I suspect that that's how it gets access to my photos. I don't want Adobe to have access to the pictures I take but I don't seem to be able to find a way to turn this off without uninstalling

Why the heck are some of my files  cloudy and unclickable,  is this because they want money,  wouldn't suprize me!!!
