Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hello,  I am having difficulty sending a file for signatures. An error comes up stating file unable to be sent for signatures due to size. I then tried compressing the file to then send out for signatures but an error reads "unable to compress" without any further reasoning. Any suggestions will be helpful. 

Utilizo o app em um computador Windows 11 e iOS 17.5, porém percebi, como anexo, algumas informações estranhas quanto a versão apresentada na Apple Store e no detalhamento de aplicativos do iPhone. Existe a possibilidade de alteração para vazamento de dados da nuvem ou algum outro tipo de problema relacionado?

Please address the problem with the App Jumping out without automatically saving the progress. It makes us as users redo our work over and over. As I have read on Reddit many users have this same problem please fix this issue I even thought paying for a subscription would resolve the issue, but nothing changed. It is frustrating and I'm probably gonna break my iPad in the next couple of days.

Hi all. I'm having trouble opening an Adobe shared file on my IPad. It's telling me I need to upgrade to the Adobe that's compatible with Apple. I cannot find an APP. Please help.

Documents stuck in pending status pending  

Purchased acrobat mobile around march and logged out of my apple id on my ipad to check some files on another icloud email but when i opened the app again, the premium subscription suddenly disappeared. i tried logging out and restarting my device and logging in again but i didn't do a thing, also tried restoring purchases but it said a subscription was found but i needed to log into that account. what irks me is that the icloud email i used for that premium subscription is what i already logged in to. please help, this is such a waste of money if i can't recover the purchase. 

My e book in which I commented and highlighted a lot of things with Adobe Acrobat reader tools disappeared from the phone. I am unable to find that pdf with highlighted portion. This happened when I re downloaded the same book from my e mail. I suppose new e book replaced the old one, but I couldn't understand how is it possible. Please help me to retrieve my old edited book. 

Hello, I have created a form with Adobe. Inside the form are text lines and dropdown list for reciever to fill up. However, my drop down list does not work when opened with a mobile app(iOS). Request for a solution to go about this as most users will be filling up using mobile.

I need to have about a dozen Safari tabs open rather than several apps I bounce back and forth to all day long. I am signed into Outlook trying to preview the attached PDFs in my mail. I have to download it and open it. When I click on the PDF, the preview pane comes up and everything is formatted had it should but the preview pane does not display the actual contents of the document. This issue started a couple of months ago. I know I can use the Adobe app, it only previews correctly on the app, I've talked to our in house tech support, I've downloaded and used other browsers and experienced the same issue. I've cleared caches, turn off and back on - the typically troubleshooting IT has you do. I'm using a 5th gen iPad Pro.OS is up to date.Adobe app is up to date.

Hi there, I'm having issues trying to add a signtaure from Adobe mobile where all my signatures I need to add are located in my linked OneDrive account. When I try to select an image in Adobe Mobile for the signature it will only show up my iOS photos and doesn't give me an option to select any OneDrive files.I'm able to do this on the desktop app and really hoping I'm able to do this as it was the main reason to get an iPad. Kind Regards,Carolyn

Change name in my account.i have changed my new name in setting but my past name still appears at the top center with my correct email. Same old name appears in documents I need to sign. How do I fix this? I need my new name for signatures.

I have a premium abonnement on my apple account and Thatcher Works on iPad and iPhoneI want to use it on Windows, but thaï doesn't wotk there.i can read in Windows, but I canot changé anything, like Turing Pages, or fil in documents, what works on Apple

Há 4 meses tenho tentado cancelar minha inscrição, já fiz o cancelamento pelo google.play, tanto que nem aparece essa opção de assinatura do Adobe e eu sigo sendo cobrada.Antes dos 7 dias de trial eu fiz o cancelamento porque a utilização que eu queria não era possível e por isso cancelei o mais rápido possível.  As cobranças no meu cartão continuam, e quero o reembolso das parcelas pagas indevidamente. 

Cannot compress a pdf file  

I bought the Acrobat Reader Premium Plan from Android Store. It worked very well at the beginning , but later, suddenly, Premium Plan was shifted to "PDF Pack" and Premium tools were not able to be used. App is asking me to buy the Premium Plan again, but when I click on the button to get it, It shows an error message saying "You already own this item." I can't use Premium tools and sadly Adobe doesn't offer any direct support,  so at this time,  I can't use Premium Tools. Please HELP!!!

After the last update for iPhone on August 1st (Version 23.07.00)  when sending a Document, the receiving party doesn't receive the document but a link asking to download the Acrobat Reader app. This is happening when sharing on WhatsApp.        [PDF to WhatsApp] added to title for clarity    

 This is how a hyperlinked pdf file is opening in the Adobe reader app. This issue has been persistent for quite a while & I haven't found any solutions yet. 

Adobe ne veut plus ouvrir les nouveaux fichiers PDF que je télécharge en me disant de réduire la longueur du nom du fichier ce qui est impossible. Que faire ? 

Hi,It is not possible to remove Google files från the app. You can remove from recent and other options but not delete them entirely. Some of the files are removed from Google drive even. Please read and understand my request properly and answer adequately. I am now testing the pro- version. If I cannot solve the problem or receive adequate help within 48 hours here will be no subscription for me. Thanks in advance!/Gechen 

I used to be able to open pdfs on my phone and save them to google drive or onedrive, but with the new update I'm not able to do it anymore.
