Acrobat Reader Mobile

Strange issue faced due to this app. Using Oneplus 9R 5G, Most of the times when I open this app. I could see 2-3 horizontal lines on phone and it turns off. I have to restart. Initially I couldn't figure this out. It looked like some display issue. Went to service center. they couldn't found any issue. Finally found out that whenever I open any pdf. This happens. So I uninstalled this app. Since then it's been 5 months. Haven't faced that issue.

Can someone who has access to view your pdf edit or delete things 

Help me!!I can't open all over 500mb file in android tablet.But Ipad can be open file.Now Im use galaxy tab 8+ 

Hi there,             I was starting to use this app on April 6, 2023 to see the features if they work for me or not. However, instead of just starting the 7 days free trial for me, the app charged me for first month already when it was actually showing the trial. I did start the trial first but right way it charged me $13 for the subscription. I do not want to use this app anymore because it does not do what it says for the subscriptions. Please give me my money back for the first month. It is 7 april today. I already cancelled the subscription.Thanks 

I went ahead and got the 7 day free trail today to test out the product but as soon as I check my PayPal statement. It shows I was charged $69.99. I did not agree to this price/membership, only the free trail. Completely disappointed. 

I'm trying to clean up my files and delete some. I select them and there's a check mark beside them but it says I can't delete "some files".  But it doesn't explain why.

I emailed someone PDFs and the received said it's asking for a password. I never created a password. How do I get rid of this security feature?

How do I delete a line from my document

Good evening, I downloaded the app to try the free trial and the annual subscription was purchased automatically without me wanting it too. I canceled my subscription and I would like a refund. Could you help me with this or should I contact someone else? Thank you.

A pedido da Adobe, como resposta a uma critica, coloco aqui oproblema que vivo há dois meses com a aplicação.   Há cerca de dois meses que os meus PDF's aparecem assim... começou por não permitir editar com OCR. Na altura percebi que havia um valor em atraso e efetuaei o pagamento. Com tudo regularizado, o problema continuou mas, com tendencia a agravar-se. Decidi desinstalar e voltar a instalar. Voltei a fazer login na conta e nada.Até que chegou ao que podem ver nos prints abaixo.É lamentavel pois, estava a pagar quase €19/mês para ter este serviço. NO inicio desta semana optei por atualizar o plano e estoua pagar porque, caso eu cancele, é-me cobrado uma indmização contratual. Estou a pagar €15,98/mês... e tenho este serviço. Já tentei de tudo e fica cadavez pior. Não tenho tempo para tirar um curso de Adobe... aliás, tal não deveria ser necessário.Mais, só com uma critica negativa é que consegui contacto da Adobe.    

I want how do I sign a lockable document?

I can't save anything to the cloud or star anything in Adobe Acrobat, instead an error message pops up and it creates a copy of the pdf randomly.

I was using this app for my school and accidentally pressed the premium, (WHICH I DIDN'T USE because it wasn't helpful) and they CHARGED ME $75!!! I need to cancel my subscription, a full refund and HELP!! How and who do I contact!!!?

Hi, is there any way to transfer the subscription account to another email? Meaning using the other email to log in and disabling the current one. I know I can just cancel this and create a new subscription with the other email but just trying to avoid that way

One of our customers complained about issues when he tried to share a PDF with filled out form fields from the Reader to our app. I was able to pin down the source of this problem to sharing a PDF, editing it, and sharing a copy, without saving a copy to the device. In this case the Android Studio Logcat shows following exception when you try to share the file: permission denial: reading com.adobe.reader.misc.fileprovider uri content://com.adobe.reader.fileprovider/flattening_temp_dir/ from pid=14042, uid=1000 requires the provider be exported, or granturipermission()The exception prevents the selection of target apps, to share the file with, to open.Saving a copy of the edited document into the device first, and sharing the file afterwards instead, works. There is a German review with 81 upvotes probably complaining about exactly this problem:

Hi to whom it may concern, I got my new iPad Air recently and noticed that copy option is missing after highlighting text.Is this a bug? I noticed some other users complaining the same issue in discussions.It this happening with any pdf files (not file specific). Device: iPad Air 5thiOS version: 15.6.1Acrobat version: 23.02.01free user, not logged-in.

I try to fill and export as jpg or png  filled PDF form using ios Adobe reader, as a result I get image without forms at all. I created this form using last version of Acrobat Pro for Windows. Is it a known issue?

I recently acquired the Adobe mobile premium. When I email my contracts to the customer they cannot return email to my companies email address. I need to rectify this problem
