Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have a subscription but it keeps listing me as a free user and won't let me access features I need. When I click "subscribe" it tells me I already have a subscription. I can't seem to get out of the loop. Others have had the same issue it looks like but I don't see any fixes for the issue.

Seid ihr nicht einmal in der Lage, die Funktionalitäten eures eigenen Produktes Adobe Acrobat Reader DC anständig und funktionierend in eine App für Handy und Tablet zu packen? So etwas Stümperhaftes ist mir wirklich noch nicht begegnet!!!! Ihr braucht euch nicht zu wundern, wenn euch die Leute weglaufen... wahrscheinlich eher eure Masche, die kostenpflichtige Version zu pushen...? Dass ich nicht lache!!! Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall...heißt es bei uns....  What kind of clueless programmers are you? Are you not even able to pack the functionalities of your own product Adobe Acrobat Reader DC decently and functioning in an app for cell phone and tablet? I really haven't come across anything so bumbling yet!!!! You don't need to be surprised if people run away from you... probably more your scam to push the paid version...? That I do not laugh!!! Pride comes before the fall...they say with us.... 

I designed an interactive agenda in InDesign but when I export to PDF and open it on my mobile the text boxes appear in blue color ¿how can I change the color of the text boxes?  The problem only occurs on cell phones!!!

When I select a pdf from Google drive share folder and open it in Adobe app on tablet it will not let me fill and sign or edit, it says the document is a read only document. I have checked the settings in Google and they are set to allow edits on document. We even upgraded to the paid premium version and are still having the same issues. Is there a setting in Adobe app that needs changed? Thank you. 

Dear All,i want to know about how to enable green tick mark in signature appearance so that when anyone open the file them after validation of signature shows green tick or question mark at the signature appearance container.i want same green tick or question mark after signing of pdf.i have highlighted in red circle.is this customization is available in free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader or any other application.

Hello gurus!I'm having some issues with a file on my Android phone. It just doesn't open (stays blank and the app seems to crash) you can't select anything.I've managed to open the file on my computer and iPad without a problem.I've attached a screenshot of the app after I tried to open the file.Any suggestions? Regards,Eoni.

I'm creating a pdf document from a word document and it seems to work. When I go to my Acrobat app to retrieve it and email it, it's not there! I've done this befor with no problem. Help please 

I am unable to convert a gmail message to pdf on my iPad. There is no print to pdf option. I've downloaded the message to my iPad and paid for the Adobe subscription to convert to pdf, but I don't see how to do it. I've added the email to my Adobe files and saved in Adobe cloud, but I only get a blank file. Anyone know how to do this?

Incorrect Account details.  Name on my account is not correct, the email is correct however. How should I correct it? 

  I just purchased the monthly subscription & it says that there is an error. There is no update for the app, I have deleted the app, logged in multiple times & I am still receiving the error. 

Hello guys, I just noticed that the option to copy text disappeared from the Adobe Reader app that I use in my Ipad. Once I highlight the text, I get highlight/underline/strikethrough and define. That is it. What happened to the option of just copying the text? Best,

Adobe Acrobat Reader is the best on the market and you would expect it to be able to open all .pdf docs. However I have found I need to open many of them using my PC. I purchase an android software call "PDF Utility" , for the purpose of compiling my pictures into a single pdf. This software was able to open the pdf but it's primary function isn't for this. Adobe, please fix your software. I just like using your software because I have used it since I was a teen. I'm reporting this in the hopes you can fix your software. I have attach pics for reference. 

HiWe face an issue that not able to open the 256-AES protected PDF with Android Adobe Acrobat. However, the same 256-AES protected PDF is able to open in either IPhone Adobe Acrobat or Desktop version.  This issue was tested in various brand of the Android phone with Adobe Acrobat, it is facing the same issue. It still prompting to enter password after valid password was entered.  The PDF file was protected by user password & master password. The issue is only happen to user password. Is there any configuration or workaround solution to resolve this issue?

When using the comments, marking up documents with the pencil tool, I use a Wacom tablet with pen. The pencil tool is dysfunctional and frustrating so I need to mark up in another program before resaving as pdf. Lines using the pencil tool are slow to show up and disconnect from cursor randomly. This seems like it should be a simple function in acrobat.  

I have an inspection form created in PDF that has full funncionality with fillable form fields and pulldowns on my Mac.  I cannot use either function with DC on my iPad.  The form displays view only in DC on IOS.  Are these functions unavailable on IOS?
