Acrobat Reader Mobile

  I just purchased the monthly subscription & it says that there is an error. There is no update for the app, I have deleted the app, logged in multiple times & I am still receiving the error. 

Hello guys, I just noticed that the option to copy text disappeared from the Adobe Reader app that I use in my Ipad. Once I highlight the text, I get highlight/underline/strikethrough and define. That is it. What happened to the option of just copying the text? Best,

Adobe Acrobat Reader is the best on the market and you would expect it to be able to open all .pdf docs. However I have found I need to open many of them using my PC. I purchase an android software call "PDF Utility" , for the purpose of compiling my pictures into a single pdf. This software was able to open the pdf but it's primary function isn't for this. Adobe, please fix your software. I just like using your software because I have used it since I was a teen. I'm reporting this in the hopes you can fix your software. I have attach pics for reference. 

HiWe face an issue that not able to open the 256-AES protected PDF with Android Adobe Acrobat. However, the same 256-AES protected PDF is able to open in either IPhone Adobe Acrobat or Desktop version.  This issue was tested in various brand of the Android phone with Adobe Acrobat, it is facing the same issue. It still prompting to enter password after valid password was entered.  The PDF file was protected by user password & master password. The issue is only happen to user password. Is there any configuration or workaround solution to resolve this issue?

When using the comments, marking up documents with the pencil tool, I use a Wacom tablet with pen. The pencil tool is dysfunctional and frustrating so I need to mark up in another program before resaving as pdf. Lines using the pencil tool are slow to show up and disconnect from cursor randomly. This seems like it should be a simple function in acrobat.  

I have an inspection form created in PDF that has full funncionality with fillable form fields and pulldowns on my Mac.  I cannot use either function with DC on my iPad.  The form displays view only in DC on IOS.  Are these functions unavailable on IOS?

Hi , I bought the premium acrobat subscription for my iPad but I cannot use the feature of premium to edit the files and when I go to login and try to restore purchases I am unable to do so. It says there is another adobe account which is linked to this purchase but I don't have any other account. How to resolve this issue

Hello,I need help with an IPad/Adobe issue. I just started using an IPad Pro, preciously I had a MacBook and no problem. I have a tax for I need to FILL out each month. The is my first time using the IPad for  this. When I bring the form up and download  it to Adobe and try to fill it in, it continues to say it is read only, I've tried every button, I've tried clicking the little circle with the pin to edit it, but a message comes up that tells me it's read only. I've have been working on this for 2 hours and called Apple, they tried but finally said I needed to contact you. I have attached 2 photos, on is the directions from the State telling me how and where to download the fill... the second is a shot of te actual tax page with the yellow  highlighting on Adobe showing it is read only. I am hoping that this is understandable....I really need to send these in. Thank you so much!

I've been using the Adobe Acrobat on my phone and iPad and using the document cloud to acess files from either device. When I close the document I'm editing in the cloud it says that it cannot save to the cloud and a recovered version has been saved to my device. This has happened with multiple files. I have tried signing out of the app, restarting my device and signing back in- still doesn't work. I have also tried deleting the app, powering off my device, reinstalling the app and signing back in and it still doesn't save on the document cloud. 

Hi, i want to cancel my subscription, because i don't use this program. I have'd registered from two different accounts and didin't know. For one account I cancelled subscription and for another one not. Now if i want to cancel subscription I have to pay termination fee. Maybes it's possible to cancel my subscription without paying. Just bought the adobe premium app for IOS Read previous help on this same issue and it said it was solved in the past. However it is not. Just trying to modify existing text on pdf. It is already recognized as text by this app. Edit only haw thr delete option, ot does not matters if i hold it on the screen. It turns a blue layer and deletes all the page. This is just bought and in the 7  trial period, if this trial is the cause how can I skip this trial to use ALL the features right now? Thx

I had cancelled my premium subscription early which was also even the 7 day free trial period. It was not supposed to take my cash eitherways and still the money got debited from account. I had cancelled all the autopay from all the mediums and still the money got debited. I need a refund asap. 

Hola:1.-Tenía la app grstuita ACROBAT en IOS 12. Dejé un archivo pdf de esa aplicación abierto y al pasar las horas intenté abrir la aplicación  y estaba congelada. 2.- Borre la aplicación y reinstale Acrobat de nuevo desde apple store. Me identifiqué en Acrobat y me habían desaparecido todos los archivos PDF3.- No tenía subidos los archivos a ninguna nube porque en las copias de seguridad del fono tenía marcados hacer copia de dichos archivos al realizar la copia de seguridad diaria en Icloud de apple4.- Abro iCloud de apple y no permite recuperar archivos de Acrobat &&&&&&&&Por favor ,alguien me sugiere una solución para recuperar mis documentos PDF que tenía en la app gratuita de Acrobat en IOS 12 antes de reinstalar la app Acrobat?Graciasjesus

May I please have a refund? I thought I had a 7 day trial but was charged for a month. I cancelled within 1 hour of subscription.
