When I want to edit it says I need a subscription but when I click to subscribe it says I already have one and it expires in November.🙎

I don't have any subscription to the Adobe but I still get charged every month

l forgot my password. I m unable to view my pdf Please help me out How iI can restore it or create new password so to open my all pdf files  Thank you 

I have poetry written on my notepad on my iOS. This girl I was seeing for two days. While she was here she changed my Face ID to password. I don't know how to get bac into it. I already went to settings and turned back on Face ID but it's still asking for password. Please someone help

I no longer have an outlook account and my Adobe app automatically tries to open outlook to send the scans of my PDFs. How do I switch apps? I couldn't find anything in the settings 

I just paid for a subscription so I could edit some resumes. I edited them the way I needed them to be,  or as closely a I could given the limited features of the program,  saved them as they appeared and when I went to send them off to where they needed to be,  everything I edited was a blank space!! Hours of work gone due to using your program!! I attempted to recover the original files just to find they were gone even though I saved copies of the files to my phone. Now I have resumes for myself, my husband and a family friend with huge blank spaces where information used to be. Now I have to remake all of the resumes and waste time and $10, just to get my resumes off. To say that I am extremely dissatisfied would be an understatement.... Canceling subscription. Worst $10 spent and biggest waste of time ever!!

I've been using the adobe app for many years, as a truck driver this app has been a tremendous help for me to forward my Bills of Lading in a timely manner, as well as other important documents to my front office. My company has been really appreciative of me sending documents so much so, that they rewarded me in appreciation Amazon and Starbucks and subway gift cards! Just for getting the paperwork in on time without having to call me and asking about the BOL's, thank you adobe for giving me professional tools to make my job easier! The free side is pretty much all I need I can't afford the pay side features but this work's just fine. 

I can't add a star nor sharing ma file as I did since few days ago. A red error appears, I updated my app on IPad but no way, why? Who can help me please?

I use Adobe reader and when I try to convert a high quality image to pdf, it keeps loading forever without any response or conversion m. I use iPad Pro 2021 and I have a premium account.thank you

Hi my name is lacresha when I go on my states website to download court documents from a pdf form, it does not open up the pdf in the adobe app. Is it the fact that I have an old iPhone 6, or is there some other way to get to and save these pdfs on my phone. It is weird because it will even let me  click download to acrobat, it acts like it is downloaded, & then boom, a bunch of nothing. I am still on the web page that I was on to click on the download area  of the page

Hello. I've read through the comments that fit my situation and followed them exactly to try to resolve my problem, but it's not working. I've gone to the App Store to restore my subscription to be able to use the Adobe Premium Services but that option was not there. So now I've already paid my subscription for the month and I'm not able to use the services.

Hi,I subscribed for a trial version and right after subscribing I canceled (I do this with all the trials so I dont forget/ if I like it, I renew it). Apparently I didnt cancel. I wasnt happy with the product and basicaly stoped using it after the first day. Now when I try to manage my plan, it wont let me and tells me to update my billing and payment because there is one failed payment already.  I dont want to update it since I dont want to pay for a thing that I didnt use and I dont have the money as well. It says it will cancel automaticly after October 23th , but I am scared that as soon I have enough money on my account the payment will go trough. I couldnt find any contact info for support so I am writing here.  Any advice would be great. Thanks

I would like to buy Adobe for me and my family, as we live and work under the same roof. The cost and lack of business sense makes this decision one I am holding off on for now.Please can someone clear this up for me? Thanks in advance,Cory

I'm a citizen of Guyana (Gy) {Caribbbean / South America}. It seems that the Adobe Acrobat Reader app {Android ed. (com.adobe.reader)} is still not officially available via Google's Play Store in Gy? If so, this is probably due to some app feature(s) not being supported for my country, such as in-app subscription capability which Google (unlike Apple) doesn't support in Gy, necessitating resort to alternative / manual means and thereby {among other issues} losing the convenience of the Play Store's automatic app updates. However, other companies with similar Android apps {esp. those normally offering in-app subscriptions}, have nevertheless managed to make them available in Gy's Play Store — e.g., by removing the feature for affected countries, or displaying a suitable alert message, etc. Such apps that are available in my country include many from global streaming services, i.e., Amazon Prime Video, Crunchyroll, HBO Max, Netflix, etc. I'd like to request that Adobe

Everytime I try edit my pdf it crashes on my Note 20

I can see this question has been asked before: I pay a monthly subscription for Adobe Acrobat Premium (Edit & Create), however whenevr I go to use this to edit a PDF document I am asked to subscribe.. When I subscribe, it tells me I am already subscribed and then begins to 'activate' subscription however, as with a previous inquiry over same, it the screen remains 'processing' indefinitely.  I have been subscribing for a long time now @ $18.69 per month but have not yet been able to use the features?  Do I unsubscribe and subscribe to a different Adobe Edit & Create Software?  Thank you, Bonnie1812 

I started the 7 days free trial. I ended it the same day so I was sure I wouldn't get charged. But now I'm charged voor the month. So I paid for the extras but I can't use them. I want to know how I can get a refund and if it is ended now.
