Please I really need to cancel my subscription, help me out 

I need to cancel my free trial asap. I went to the app store checked on my subscriptions as directed and the adobe app is not listed there, then I go to the adobe app click on subscription management and I see my subscription but it doesn't allow me to do any kind of update to it. Please help me to cancel,I cant afford to get charged for an app i barely use. 

I noticed another post stating the "7day free trial isn't working", as if there's a system issue. It's not a technology issue, it's an integrity issue. To offer a consumer a 7day free trial just to turnaround and immediately charge me for 1 month of service is a MISLEADING &DECEPTIVE business practice. when I noticed I was actually enrolled I immediately canceled the subscription but I did not receive a refund. Please refund all charges or forward this to someone who can. I am not interested in doing business with your company. 

how to recover a deleted file?

good afternoon everyone!when I delete recent files are they completely deleted or do they go to some folder? I deleted a file in the adobe app and it was also deleted in my samsung download folder. It's also not in the trash folder. can i recover the file?thanks

I had purchased the premium subscription from Samsung Store for Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF, it worked for sometime and then it got rekoved suddenly. Now when I try to restore it and try to purchase the subscription it shows some error that you have purchased it already, but it doesn't restore the membership somehow. Its really frustrating to not being able to work on it. Please look into this ASAP.

Good morning. I have been trying to cancel my free trial and when you push cancellation it still shows that the subscription is active? Is there any phone number or email that I can speak to someone directly because I do not warrant to be charged for a subscription that I have canceled in a timely manner.

I have cancelled my adobe subscription but today amount has been debited from my account. Please do refund

SInce the most recent update I am missing the "Remove from Recent" option and the "Save to Adobe Cloud Storage" options when opening the individual document's menu from the Home screen on ios.  The Remove from recent option is part of our process for field service techs to be able to save documents to a shared drive and remove similar documents from "Recent" so there are no mistakes filling out an incorrect form.  This function has worked for a long time, and I have a screen recording from about 2 weeks ago where it is functional...when I call tech support I was told that the app is not supported on ios and they could not help me...disappointing...anyone have any ideas?  Pictures of both the old and new menus attached.

I am trying to fill out a form. I did the beginning and now when I go to the next it repeats and copy's that one thing onto all the lines then when I go to delete it deletes everything. What is wrong?

EEvery time I try to download a document to my account I keep getting the error message " invalid PDF format" .... Why...? And how do I correct it.....?    I haven't alway had this problem..... So why recently has this occurred...?‌

I use the Android version of Acrobat Mobile to markup/take notes on PDFs for school. I use the Comment>Pencil tool for this. Occasionally I make a mistake and have to use the undo/redo buttons. The issue is that when you have to undo several lines, the toast notifications (non-interactive pop-up notifications at the bottom of the screen) that say "Drawing was undone" stack and take FAR TOO LONG to disappear. I'm not an Android developer, but I know the decay time can be adjusted for a toast notification. Either that needs to change or the app shouldn't keep stacking the notifications on my screen. They obstruct content. Hello all,Apologies if this has been answered previously but I did spend a lot of time searching and have found several people asking the same questions as me but not getting any answers [that I could find]. I have had a fillable PDF form which is a medical questionnaire for my customers to fill before treatments.Firstly, I would like to fill the form in using the iPad and then 'save as' so that I can preserve the original blank form template to be used multiple times over for the following customer instead of saving the filled form overwriting my original blank form.Secondly, when I go to send this form via the 'get link' or 'share a copy' to the customer who has just filled out the form, the form is still fillable and hence can be edited, I would like to send them their filled out form but in a normal uneditedable pdf form, how do i go about doing this?Many thanks !

I'm having issues with my subscription, I tried restoring it,they said they saw I had a subscription but its attached ro another email,whereas this is the only Adobe account I have and that is only email I attached. I'm using Adobe 22.06.00 (20220614.115655) iPhone 11 pro with ios 15.1. Please I need an answer urgently cos this has been delaying my work. Thanks

Number one how do you create a document inside of adobe.com number two if everyone is having problems with Adobe help me decide is it good that I sign up and have the same problems or is there a way to resolve these problems because I don't see anybody getting their problems resolved

Hello, Ive been having problems signing in to google drive it shows error "unable to connect to that location" every time I try signing in. It works just fine when using my laptop and I can connect and access my files on google drives in adobe acrobat. The device I use is an Apple iPad mini 6th generation running on the latest ipad os 15.5. The app is also updated to latest version. Please help. Thanks.
