I try to duplicate my files but when I duplicate them, they don't stay in my recent. Files show for a bit then disappear, even if I type in file. Does it for all my files. Started happening after update.
Hi, I would like to be able to save files directly to my sharepoint folders with the android mobile app. Everything is fine with computer, but I can only access my onedrive with the mobile, not the sharepoint. I tried to put a shortcut from my sharepoint to my onedrive, still can't see the folder while saving files to my phone. I can access the sharepoint for files consultation via mobile app, but not the other way (to save them) Any answers for me? Gd
After running an update, my Android tablet will no longer download .pdf files, stating that they can be harmful. I didn't have this problem at all before. I tried an uninstall, reinstall directly from Adobe website because Google Play Store no longer offers it as a download, so I can't restore any earlier version. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? I can open Acrobat to view documents that were downloaded prior to the update. I just can't get any new documents to download. I have Edge set as my default browser because Google Chrome is not good, IMO, but that wasn't a problem before, so it shouldn't be now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
I'm writing here in hopes to get a refund. I was offered a 7 day free trial on March 28,2022. I agreed to the free trial. On the same day, I was charged for the entire year! 69.99. I reached out to Google play store and was denied a refund. I cancelled my subscription in hopes that would work, no luck. What do I have to do to get my money back?
Issue: Issue on iPad (iOS) is that when user use “Submit Form” function from within the PDF opened in Adobe Reader for iOS where is located the submit button of the PDF form. This submit button in Adobe Reader iOS always kicks iOS native Mail app despite of change of default mailer in settings. Namely, although the user set Outlook as default mailer, Adobe Reader ignores this setting and start native iOS Mail app. Expected behaviour: Once user change default email client to Outlook in iOS settings, Adobe Reader will reflect this and when there is submit Form button in PDF file hit, Adobe Reader iOS will create new email in Outlook (with predefined parameters from the form).

Hi everyone, I am wondering if there will be a text to speech function on the mobile app version of Acrobat Reader for Android mobile phones anytime soon? I have reading disabilities and would appreciate audio functions that can help me get through reading research papers like an audio book. Adobe has the read out loud function only on laptop/desktop versions but not on the mobile. Even with the former, it doesnt quite allow me to select reading just the main content of each page without repeating the same footnotes at the bottom of each page. I have not really come across any app in the market that could omit the footnotes. Pocketbook gives me some mobility and accessibility now but it is like the current adobe laptop version on mobile. Good afternoon, Hopefully someone can direct me to who or how I can get my paid subscription. I have a reaccuring monthly charge of 9.99. Now, I am attending college the Adobe paid subscription which is not on any of my devices, only the free subscription. I need it to be active and connected to my desktop, android note 10, tablet and laptop which all have the same gmail.com email account. However, I have tried to contact Adobe through help & support but have never received a reply. I am sure this is easy. When I logged into my laptop to get it ready for school the Adobe log in page says my user account name is incorrect but it is the same Gmail account on all devices on the same network. I need to make sure this is all synching properly so I do not have any problems creating necessary pdf documents for school and using the fill and sign feature. Please help. Thank you. I got the free trial adobe app from my App Store and wasn't able to cancel in time due to lack of internet service while I was out of the country. I got home and canceled it right away and was charged the same day, not meeting the deadline to cancel the subscription apparently but I did not want to keep it. How do I get a refund for this service? From who? Since it was done through my App Store
Last March 31, 2022 I was only trying to avail the 7 days free trial for Adobe Acrobat premium yearly but to my surprise Google already charged my paypal credit card for an annual fee of $68 or 3,400 pesos. Both PayPal and Google doesn't want to refund me eventhough I already send my intention for refund within the 7 days supposed to be free trial and I also cancelled the subscription already. I gave you 1 star and made a comment on the Google Play app for Adobe Acrobat last April 4, 2022. You replied just today and told me to go here at adobe.ly/readercommunity and told me you want to investigate and help resolve this. Kindly help me please. Thank you!
Hi,I have an iPhone and have subscribed to Adobe edit and convert and Adobe premium membership. The apps do not work, I cannot make PDFs or edit works, it just keeps telling me to subscribe which I already am and then there is an error message. How do I fix this?

I purchased these 2 iOS Adobe Acrobat two apps together as a bundle for my Business needs a while back from the IPhone App Store on my IPhone , and I downloaded them again on my new iPhone after we set my new iPhone up & it is fine it recognizes my information , it says purchased on the Apps and opens up fine, but in order to continue to use any of the advanced features other than the reader , it says I have to renew my subscription ?? How can I renew it when it's only a purchase option App !!??? It's already been purchased by me !! It says it on the app too that I purchased it !! Ugh !! I am frustrated with why you have it not auto recognizing my Emsil to the point that I don't need to renew some subscription when It's obviously recognized my email as a purchased account for your Apps as bundled !! thank you . Highlights don't show on iPad even though I can copy text. Acrobat recognizes highlights, but it doesn't show up on documents.

I opened Adobe reader on my IPhone today, and all my saved .pdf files have gone (stored on this phone) I just have one adobe 'welcome' document.can I recover my files in some way?
