Acrobat Reader Mobile

Read through the community forums on similar questions.  Saw that it was asked for photos and information on current versions.  I just downloaded the most current version of Acrobat to both devices, as well as made sure they were both updated.  I've read that some people experienced a fix after Acrobat was updated to version 27.10.0.  My version is currently 21.10.0.19961.  I've already linked them from my desktop just fine.  Is there a setting in the Microsoft 365 Admin center I need to change? 

I have created some digital business cards using adobe pro dc. I have 5 buttons on the card that link to different social media platforms on the internet, ie" Facebook, Twitter, etc. The buttons and links work perfectly on a pc as well as android phones. I gave the card to 3 different people with Iphones and two of them worked fine but one users iphone the links would not open. They could click the button and get a message to "open link" but when they tried nothing happened. I'm sure this is an Iphone issue since they worked on two different Iphones but was wondering if there is a setting in adobe pro that I need to change to make sure it works on any iphone. This user was using Chrome and Safari on their Iphone as a browser and they don't have any 3rd party apps to open the pdf such as adobe, they are using the browser apps to open pdf's.Thank YOu.

I have an Adobe subscription. Each time I attempt to use it, it says subscribe. I cant because I have an active subscription.

I am wanting to select a pdf layer of a sewing pattern while using my iPhone or iPad.  I can't find any way to select a layer when I want to print. I have this option with a regular computer but a regular computer is not available at my home. Is the layer selection not an option with the mobile app?

I get my dutyplan everytime in horizontal A4 PDF format (usually 2 pages).Now, for years and years that wasn't any problem.But the last few months or so the app keeps forcing the orientation into landscape viewing mode.Whilst the dutyplan comes as a horizontal A4, there are three columns more or less dividing the horizontal plane in 3 vertical planes.These individual planes when zoomed in on, fill the whole screen of my smartphone nicely, which fit portrait viewing just fine.So... I want to keep viewing the horizontal pdf file in portrait smartphone orientation.But... everytime, also with auto-rotate disabled (which I do not want to have set up that way as a default), it forces the viewing mode with the smartphone app to landscape viewing.               "Switching orientation for a better reading experience", it saysBut I don't want to turn my head or smartphone 90 degrees. I use pro on Android. Characters are easily recognized, but images and buttons are often not recognized on mobile devices. I was disappointed because Android doesn't work even though I used to support it on my PC. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there is any other way.

I have a new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.  When I try to open a file with Adobe Reader, it doesn't open.  It just downloads instead.  Is there something that can be done to fix this? Thank you.

Can I recover deleted pof

I have purchased a new HP printer. HP Office Jet Pro 9012e. When I try and print a document from the Adobe app, it only shows my old printer. The new one is visible but greyed out and I am unable to select it and also make it my default printer. The new printer is set as my default printer using the Print settings on my phone. How can I remove the old printer and make the new printer selectable? Thanks

Why is my PDF portfolio opening as a blank page in Acrobat Reader on iPad?This portfolio opened just fine a couple of weeks ago.  What changed?  How can I fix this?  We have to use a portfolio to preserve digital signatures. for almost one week, I am not permitted to save any PDF file to my document cloud. And every time, I receive a the same message, shows up in red color as alert, that I can only use the document on my device. pls advice what I shall do?

Hello, we are using Acrobat on an iPad (iOS 15.4). When we open a PDF document and we try to share one of its attachments, a login screen pops up, requiring us to enter our credentials to complete the operation. Is it possible to share a document's attachments without authentication? If so, how can we do it? Let us know.Thanks

Why does the latest versions of acrobat require all storage access as opposed to just media access? This is not consistent with the personal privacy trend in computing! Don't be evil, change it to media only access required in the next update.
