Hola pagué la suscripcion anual hasta marzo 2023 pero hace una semana la anule sin querer. Ahora tengo la versión gratuita y si quiero activar el premiun otra vez me pide que vuelva a pagar cuando no me han devuelto el dinero. como puedo activar el premiun otra vez o recuperar mi dinero?

Hi i need some help. We are using adobe acrobat to edit maps with marks to where we have been. Since we do alot of these "comments" it can be hundreds in one map. And it had all been fine for a year. But lately there has been an issue with acrobat creating a "Restored" version of the original document(file).Badly translated from Swedish it reads something like this: "Couldnt save ("nameoffile") too reviews. A copy has been saved to ("nameoffile" Restored) has been saved on your unit." Im not sure what to make of this. I've been hunting a answear but i dont seem to find any related.It only occures here and there, so not on every use of the app.Hope anyone have an idea! Thanks 

I have created a fillable form in acrobat DC and sent this to use on my iphone through the acrobat reader app, in this form I placed a number of text fields and buttons that I don't want to see when the form is flattened or printed in the iPhone acrobat reader. The fields are set to 'visible but doesn't print' but they always appear using the iPhone acrobat reader app. PS they don't appear when I print in acrobat DC on a pc.

Hi,It is requested to please also add a feature to read from "Right to Left" in mobile.At present, it is only possible to read left to right.It seems very difficult to read "Arabic" & "Urdu" books in Acrobat reader.I hope, later or soon, this problem will be resolved and we will receive an "Update".Best regards,Engr. I ordered Adobe premium and paid for it and it continues to redirect me to buy premium when I try to access the features. How do I fix this? It's been almost 10 days

Estuve resaltando un archivo que tenía en mi document cloud desde la tablet. Resulta que cuando lo abro desde la computadora me aparece pero sin lo resaltado. Volví a la tablet a donde me seguía apareciendo el resaltado y me lo compartí a una dirección de mail. Apenas lo abrí desde la computadora con el usuario al que me lo compartí me desapareció el resaltado de todas las versiones. Dejé de compartirlo y sigue sin aparecer el resaltado. Incluso guardé una copia con el resaltado en otra carpeta y me aparece la fecha y la hora de modificación de la carpeta como si hubiese guardado el archivo pero adentro de la carpeta no me aparece el archivo.¿Qué pudo haber pasado? ¿cómo hago para recuperar el archivo resaltado?

I have an iPad Pro and a MacBook air and I'm trying to print a 150 page PDF document with both legal and letter size pages. Neither the iPad or MacBook are allowing me. Is there a fix for this.

I'm using Acrobat Pro DC on my iPhone (15.4.1) and I open a pdf and I'd like to know the paper size of the pdf I'm looking at.  Is there a way to do this?

Hi community, i have tried searching for past incidencies similar to mine, however i have been unsuccessful. what i am facing, iphone and ipad do not allow me to edit pdfspc and another iphone are able to editthe iphone and ipad have an error message pop up saying need the password to edit. when i call the governing body behind this pdf, they are 100% positive that there is no password. please help

HiAfter I have updated my IOS my adobe acrobate is needs be updated. My ios version 14.6 the developer if this app needs to update it to work with this version of ios. What to do now? My all files are saved herethanks

 The default color my local adobe has is green(shown in the picture) then in trying to change it to any other color the app is crushing totally...and sometimes making my phone to freeze.. what is the problem?All the documents i have are opening well in other apps and responding good... The problem is only happening with adobe

I try to duplicate my files but when I duplicate them, they don't stay in my recent. Files show for a bit then disappear, even if I type in file. Does it for all my files. Started happening after update. 

Hi, I would like to be able to save files directly to my sharepoint folders with the android mobile app.   Everything is fine with computer, but I can only access my onedrive with the mobile, not the sharepoint. I tried to put a shortcut from my sharepoint to my onedrive, still can't see the folder while saving files to my phone.   I can access the sharepoint for files consultation via mobile app, but not the other way (to save them) Any answers for me? Gd 

After running an update, my Android tablet will no longer download .pdf files, stating that they can be harmful.  I didn't have this problem at all before.  I tried an uninstall, reinstall directly from Adobe website because Google Play Store no longer offers it as a download, so I can't restore any earlier version.  Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?  I can open Acrobat to view documents that were downloaded prior to the update.  I just can't get any new documents to download. I have Edge set as my default browser because Google Chrome is not good, IMO, but that wasn't a problem before, so it shouldn't be now. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I'm writing here in hopes to get a refund. I was offered a 7 day free trial on March 28,2022. I agreed to the free trial. On the same day, I was charged for the entire year! 69.99. I reached out to Google play store and was denied a refund. I cancelled my subscription in hopes that would work, no luck. What do I have to do to get my money back? 

Issue:  Issue on iPad (iOS) is that when user use “Submit Form” function from within the PDF opened in Adobe Reader for iOS where is located the submit button  of the PDF form. This submit button in Adobe Reader iOS always kicks iOS native Mail app  despite of change of default mailer in settings. Namely, although the user set Outlook as default mailer, Adobe Reader ignores this setting and start native iOS Mail app.  Expected behaviour: Once user change default email client to Outlook in iOS settings, Adobe Reader will reflect this and when  there is submit Form button in PDF file hit, Adobe Reader iOS will create new email in Outlook (with predefined parameters from the form).

Hi everyone, I am wondering if there will be a text to speech function on the mobile app version of Acrobat Reader for Android mobile phones anytime soon? I have reading disabilities and would appreciate audio functions that can help me get through reading research papers like an audio book. Adobe has the read out loud function only on laptop/desktop versions but not on the mobile. Even with the former, it doesnt quite allow me to select reading just the main content of each page without repeating the same footnotes at the bottom of each page.  I have not really come across any app in the market that could omit the footnotes. Pocketbook gives me some mobility and accessibility now but it is like the current adobe laptop version on mobile.  Thank you.

i got charged before the trial ended. at the day i started the trial the same day i cancelled and i got charged for full month fir mintime . in the google store under subscriptions adobe subscribe is cancelled.  how can i get refund?
