Acrobat Reader Mobile

We need to build a PDF document that function very similarly to a website, due to achieve that, we first and foremost need the document to be able to run "Rich Media" (such as videos) on iPad 2 machines.Are there any solutions to our problem? Thanks alot. 

Most pdf books I have downloaded gave me this unique problem. When I exited and came back, it took me back to page one. Please help and thanks. 

I imported a pdf documrent into abobe. When opening the document in adobe only a partial of the first page loaded not the entire multi page documrnt.

Hi, the App informs about some new informations but when i open it, i can't find these anywhere. Any ideas, where i should look or how i can get rid of this?thxAlex

How can I deny access to my storage and still access my files I have granted permission for access to media thank-you 

I have the latest version of the app. Im running Android 11 on a LG G8x Thinq.I go through the process of signing in to my onedrive in the app and I get an error afterwards saying "Failed to link Onedrive account, please contact your IT department for concent."I am the administrator of my IT department and as far as I can tell, I have nothing blocking this link.Ive tried reinstalling the app and clearing storage and cache and trying again but I get the same error.I had another admin try on his phone and he also has the same issue.Looking for answers I found that this was a bug in the last patch but from what I can tell, it was supposed to be fixed recently.

I just bought a Rugged SA blackview smartphone. Updated everything possible as with any new device. Downloaded a few apps: came across Adobe Scan to PDF app and I just had to. So it's installed and I open it then it's stuck on sttart up limbo. I've given it every permition : looked for any restrictions and nothing. Any ideas guys? 

I'm currently using Acrobat reader version 21.10.00 on my iPad (ios 15.1) and the app keeps freezing while I'm  highlighting and editing pdf documents. Please let me know how to fix this issue at the earliest.

Hello all,Just having a moment of disgust, but does anyone else feel that it's "highway robbery" for Adobe to charge and additional $69.99 to access Acrobat Reader Premium Features on a mobile device, when I'm already paying $599.88/ yr for my Adobe Technical Communication Suite?  I understand there are many valuable programs included with that subscription, but to not include mobile access to premium features seems a bit predatory. Just my 2 cents.Sorry for venting here. I know it will change nothing but needed to get it out of my system.

How does this work? I just installed free Adobe Reader on iPhone 12 Pro, and can't open Budget car rental receipt to view  help!

The app doesn't let me select text and highlight several of my pdf. For further test, I tried another pdf reader Foxit and it working fine. Also, the Adobe Acrobat Reader on pc is working fine. Only the mobile version is having the issue.

I have no access to Adobe cloud with Acrobat on my iPad. It says that I am using the free version, but I am logged in with my adobe cc account.

Hi,  I'm trying to create basically a sign in sheet where attendees will be unknown ahead of time (so sending them the document to sign doesn't work).  I currently use paper forms that attendees  write  their names, some additional info, and sign. Then I scan the sheets. I want to pull the same form up on my iPad Pro, have attendees type their info and sign with their finger without creating new stored signaturesany guidance?

Please add Adobe PDF certificate signature to iPadOS / iOS.  I realize this is my fault, but I bought a $2,000 12.9" iPad Pro  for my job, and I cannot use it because Adobe Acrobat does not allow Certificate Signatures on anything but PC or MacOS. With iPads being a main way of people working these days, this feature should be a part of what is available on Adobe Acrobat on IPadOS 

Adobe Reader, more often than not, will not work to open .pdf documents on Safari. I keep getting an error stating that I need Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 10 or higher and I have Version 21.10.00, so I don’t understand why I have this problem.  Anyone? 

I have evidence I cancelled my subscription before the end of trial period yet your company stole money from my account an unauthorised transaction and if u return my money I will go through other means. That cost me food for 2 weeks as I had no money for transportation into town I live very remotely so thanks a lot. Scammers

I was converting Docx files using Adobe Acrobat for Android. When I was about to download/save a copy, it says "waiting for network". I already fixed my network and my gadgets in use, and tried reinstalling the mobile app but still it shows "waiting for network".   I tried viewing the pdf I converted, it says "Error connecting to Document Cloud. Please check your connection." Again, my internet connection is fine. I tried logging in to the Document Cloud (using Chrome) and tried downloading some files and it says, "Download Error. Exceeded maximum number of files (50) or total size of 100 MB" I tried downloading other files, it's just the same. I can't download it.  

Ah.. I have the same problem. The message should be " Access Denied".I am not using decrypted Pro edition, just the free Acrobat Reader DC, downloaded from adobe.com

Recently, I've noticed while using Acrobat Reader on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus (SM-N975U) for AT&T, I keep having to sign into my account (The App). For some reason, it keeps signing me out. I can't figure out why. I was logged into it without any issues in the past and currently on my Tablet (Samsung Tab S3), until I started troubleshooting and logged out. Now it's the same on my Tablet. I contacted customer support (Billing Department) and they told me they think I need a paid account.Anyone else have same issue? Or any ideas why this is happening and a fix?Thanks!
