Acrobat Reader Mobile

I see the file in attachment and when I click on the file the screen turns blank. No further action, no  suggestion on app to open the file. The exact same PDF works perfectly well on an Android device.

I am charged monthly for the premium features but I am unable to access them. 

Anyone else having an issue on Android with downloading ans pdf states an error and file is corrupt? How do you fix that issue?

I'm trying to add Onedrive account to Adobe Acrobat Reader and I'm getting this message <failed to link onedrive please contact it admin for consent adobe>. How can I link them?

I subscribed for the mobile app free trial. And am unable to unsubscribe. There is this nice and easy video guide that shows you how to unsubscribe.. easy... you go to my plans and there you simply click cancel subscription and everything is nice and easy.  As I do that. And click as suggested in the nice video and reach the "promised destination" what do I see.. that the bar cancel subscription is missing. Only manage payment. I have it written in the initial email that I can unsubscribe without any charges until the 28th of this month.How??? Additionally I subscribed for the adobe for pc to try. I dont even know why my subscription was processed through Google Play when I did it through the official page of Adobe. One of a sudden I get charged for 65£ Within 36h I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund as stated on Google play. If refund is requested before 48h refund will be full.Then I get a reply that they cant do anything because

Hello! I subscribed on premium editing while I was on mobile phone. It works there. But when I check my dekstop there is no premium there. 

I am charged monthly for the premium features but I am unable to access them.

Bumping this to the top as I also am now getting this issue when trying to use Adobe Acrobat Reader on my Android phone.  Suddenly I can no longer use it to view PDFs.  Anybody figure out a solution to this? Thanks.

I have used Rich Media to add videos in a PDF. It works well on my desktop computer but when opened on an iPad (which is required for final use) the poster remains but the videos won't play.  I have tried different Apps (eg PDF Expert - videos play but the fonts get subsituted, Books - button links work but no video). I have also tried adding the video in InDesign but that still doesn't work. Any advice would be very welcome!

Acrobat Pro or Reader for Mac (2021.007.20099) does not have this issue either. 

I am able to access Request signature when I'm signed in from my desktop but unable to access Request Signature from my tablet. I don't know why?

Highlighting option in Adobe reader has disabled that's why m not able to notify the important point on my pdf file . Please look into the matter and do something needful.
